“Unsure about using online application for policy. Phoned instead, very helpful , polite staff. Most reassuring to speak to a live person, answered any questions. Much better than online.”

“Sam was great on the phone and very helpful in arranging bonds for our 2 grand daughters. The phone was answered straight away with the minimum of recorded chat and I was quickly put through to Sam by the receptionist who wasted no time in sorting out exactly what I wanted and both applications dealt with professionally and efficiently”

“Spoke to Sam today who was brilliant. He has been super patient with me on a number of occasions as everytime he has called I have always been occupied. He showed empathy and reassured me its absolutely fine. Service has been brilliant from the get go and I would always recommend Sheffield mutual to family and friends. Having employees like Sam is a bonus and credential to the business.”
