“Excellent support from Emily today to help to set up a new product with Sheffield Mutual. Really pleasingly whenever I call Sheffield Mutual I can get through quickly and not stuck on hold for ages. Service is polite and friendly and informative. Really pleased to recommend this company.”

“Have called a few times over the years and always so impressed. Spoke to Emily today, and she was so helpful. Customer service is always excellent no matter who I speak to. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“Excellent customer service ! Everything was explained thoroughly, I wasn't rushed or pushed to do anything it was my choice, I am very satisfied and happy in joining Sheffield mutual to invest for my future I would highly recommend Sheffield mutual .”

“Spoke to Emily this afternoon who gave me all the information,wasn't pushy and clarified points with me. A very easy experience and happy to have opened a junior ISA for my daughter. Sheffield Mutual was recommended to me and I will be recommending also.”

“Emily was able to take me efficiently through the process of buying a Regular Savings Plan. Her knowledge of the product shone through. She was able to answer my queries in a calm and courteous manner, explaining what would happen next at all stages. She removed any anxiety i had about making the phone call and made me feel like a valued customer. (It is unusual these days to feel this way as, too often, customer advisers in other companies rush you, sound bored, do not explain what is happening or simply don't have the training or skills to deal with people.) Thank you Emily :).”

“A cheerful individual Emily from the business development team phoned today, to let me know more about their products and left a message. I phoned back and Emily talked through all of their products on offer and answered my enquiry and the options of products on offer. This is most useful alongside the advice I get from my regular financial advisor.”

“Really friendly, helpful and professional. My experience started with an online chat, when Megan called me, I was so pleased to discover a real person behind the keyboard! Megan was very helpful, clear and answered all my questions. I was amazed at how much my son’s CTF had grown and look forward to a dealing with Sheffield Mutual as I have invested the CTF into an JISA. Highly recommend”

“Sheffield Mutual is always easy to deal with. Staff are courteous and helpful and make the time to answer any questions. I have never had any cause for complaint or experienced disappointment with their services, and I look forward to continuing my association with Sheffield Mutual in the future. For anyone considering find a home for their savings, I'd just say, 'Look no further'!”

“Sheffield mutual have always been very helpful at every step of my investment dealings. Whenever I have telephoned the office the call has been promptly answered in a polite clear manner and not by an automated answering service. Would recommend Sheffield mutual happily.”
