“Very poor , within a week the boards were warped and there was several splits with large gaps , flimsy door which doesn't hang very good all in all I could of bought a cheaper shed which would probably be a better quality . Would not buy from here again , the aftercare service is appalling there is supposed to be a 10yr guarantee doubt that very much , my shed was useless within 3weeks emailed and was totally fobbed off , thankfully my bank is going to help get my money back but on a positive note the shed did get delivered very quickly and the driver was very helpful .DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!”

“My order states 9th May 2020, still no shep. Sent two emails now but no one has got back to me since Saturday. We waiting in all day Saturday expecting delivery, never mind being on lockdown we still made sure one person was home to receive the shed that never arrived. Absolute joke!!!”

“Be warned do not buy from this company. Ordered a greenhouse at the beginning of May with 7 - 10 day delivery and still waiting for it to be delivered. Email their customer services and still waiting to be advised. Suspect though there web page stated the item was in stock they took my money knowing they could not deliver. Web page states excellent customer services what a joke yet to see this. Trading standards advised.”

“I ordered a shed, gate and posts on the 20th April, your website said 7-10 days delivery. Today is 13th May and I still haven't had any date for this delivery. I have had numerous emails saying the order would be chased up and I'm getting fed up with being fobbed off! Where is my stuff??”

“The money was collected promtly, but the shed has never turn up. It is well passed the expected telivery date. The calls drop, they do not answer emails either. I need to cancel the order and contact my bank to recover the money”

“If I was to tell you everything that went wrong with this order you would not believe it. Ordered a summerhouse with installation, all seemed fine. The installation date came and went with no contact from the company, we had to chase up and were told they no longer did it due to coronovirus which we understood but they didn't think to tell us. We then got a company to erect the summerhouse and found parts missing. Trying to get the parts was a complete nightmare until we bypassed sheds.co.uk and went straight to the manufacturer Shire who were very helpful, Carys in particular. Like others we had many emails and phone calls ignored, you would not believe how many, I don't want to name individuals who were very unhelpful! In general we are happy with the product and thanks to Shire we now have all the parts.”

“I am extremely concerned that I ordered a shed from 2 weeks ago and received any notification or delivery details despite numerous phone calls where you hang up and no reply to emails I have sent. I am beginning to think that you don’t exist and have taken my money so I am going to contact the police and my bank if you do not get to me within 24 hours. Thank you Nikki Booth”

“We have received a text with a link to arrange delivery. From the link when I entered the reference number which could not be found. It gave a phone number to call but I got a message saying all staff were currently busy, leave your number and we will call you back. 4 days later I’m still waiting for the call. Payment has cleared the bank and I’m getting concerned about our order.”

“The delivery date turned out to be much later than the website says. :( Very desolate. I expected delivery in June according to the website, and the delivery time after the purchase was made, changed to 03/09/2020. Late summer. I promised my grandson, who is autistic, told him it would be until June 25th and the kid is counting the days. I don't even know how to tell you that I won't have the house in June, but just in September :(”

“I ordered a trellis for my garden and the money was taken from account only to find an email the next day to say they could only deliver a min of three. I feel really let down. I understand why it couldn't be delivered but to get to he stage of completing my order really isn't on.”

“Useless. One panel damaged in the factory and yet still delivered. I called to see what is happening about a replacement panel and have to wait. Meanwhile the roof is out in the elements and is not weatherproofed. Feel very disappointed having spent over £700.”
