Website order poor - took money instantly but said order incomplete - £675 gone! 5-14 day delivery was actually .....75 days!!! Currently being advertised as 28 day on website so buyer beware! Customer service awful to get hold of! No answer on phone and 4 ‘ticket numbers’ not responded to by email. If you are told you will be called back - promised even - you won’t be! Appreciate the situation all businesses are currently in and that people are working from home etc. but this doesn’t mean that you can misadvertise and lie to customers. I am able to provide names of customer service reps, ticket numbers, dates and times and hope you also have recorded conversations. We cancelled our order.

Ordered a shed on 29th April, which said it was in stock and available for delivery within 5-10 days. I got no delivery date, just a confirmation from a business called woodland sheds who fulfill the order. It had no delivery date, other than that the shed would be delivered on the ‘3rd working day’ after the email. On this day, I’d had no contact for a delivery slot, so I emailed woodland sheds to check the delivery date and they said 21st May! I am beyond gutted, the shed was a birthday present for my partner and I chose this model solely on its availability. We spent days and hundreds of pounds laying a 12x6 slab base to fit this model, so I can’t even easily swap for another model or size.

Bought a small bin shed - paid for it in advance - on April 12th - still no delivery and still no contact from this company to inform me of the status of the delivery - will not use this company again and won't be recommending it to anyone. I completely understand we are in difficult times - but delivery difficulties should be communicated anyway

I ordered an item on over a month ago. Nothing has arrived. I emailed to enquire about it. I received a reply saying that customer services would be in contact. It is now ten days later and despite asking once more, I have received no further replies. Avoid this company.

I can’t write a review yet as the purchase is not complete. However, I am concerned that it is very difficult to communicate with the company by e-Mail or telephone. I have a very strange feeling this transaction will not run smoothly.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible after care service. Item was delivered on Easter Monday, with a panel missing. Emails go unanswered, calls get dropped. When you do get a response from someone they fail to answer any questions direct which adds to the frustration. Had to pay £20 for the delivery of the shed and they will not even refund the delivery cost for all the inconvenience. Missing panel finally arrived on 1st May. The supplier Shire were very helpful and apologetic for the level of service received from Sheds.co.uk. The quality of the shed is average, couple of planks were split and poorly nailed together in places. Would be good standard of practise if someone from customer service would have the decency to reply to my emails, to which I have sent several.

My husband made an online order for a garden summer house on 12th April and we are still awaiting a dispatch notification. The order was meant to be delivered on 25th April. We have sent two emails requesting an update on our order with no response or acknowledgement whatsoever. We have tried calling the customer service line multiple times for almost 3 weeks now and nobody answers. We understand that due to the current circumstances orders may take longer than usual but to take over £900 from a customer at the click of a button and then have zero correspondence following purchase is absolutely appalling!

I ordered a shed over a month ago. Despite emails and calls (where I have been constantly disconnected) and I still have had no information about a delivery time. I know we are in the middle of 'unprecedented' times...but the lack of communication is disappointing. I have asked for someone to contact me and have been ignored. May be now someone will contact me to discuss further or give me a refund? I would add a photo as asked.....but I have not had the delivery!

We placed our order weeks ago and still haven't had so much as a confirmation email. They have taken our deposit though. Every time you try to call you get cut off. My wife managed to get through about 10 days ago, they said the order hadn't gone through yet but they would out it through that day. I've just managed to get through today and was told it still hadn't been processed so they would put it through today. Not holding my breath. Will be ringing again this afternoon if I don't get a confirmation email by then!

Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company. I ordered a shed from them only to find they had processed the order with the wrong delivery address. This happened even though the correct delivery postcode appeared on the original order. After not being able to contact them because they won't answer their phones I managed to cancel delivery through their courier. Their delivery company rang me to arrange delivery (at wrong address) notifying me the next available slot is may 25th. The original delivery was may 1st. I've not managed to sort out a refund because they wont answer their phones and ignore emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have ordered a shed roughly 2-3 days ago however haven’t received my confirmation email. I have checked my account and the money has been taken but left unsure when it will arrive or if you have processed my order…

I ordered a garden storage unit from this website. One week later a completely different company contacted me to inform me that A) The product wasn't even manufactured anymore B) I would have to get in touch with sheds.co.uk to arrange a refund. Sheds.co.uk should have been the ones to contact me, to inform me that the product wasn't available and to offer me a refund. Instead it is the other way around. And sheds.co.uk are impossible to get in contact with, they are not picking up their phones or responding to their emails. It is not my responsibility to chase for a refund.

Having orderd a 4ft by 6 ft double door shed and having too wait 4 MONTHS for delivery is unbelievable, i personally wouldn't recommend or buy from here again 😕😕

my shed turned up an was off loaded by a nice guy.. ab we went to work painted th etimbers to find half the nails not even in fully the timber was warped in sone places up to 36mm tge pre drilled holes was not even in the timbers so now have to go buy a drill to do this.. an when you phobe to speak to sone one they either cut you straight off or as you talk to some one the put the phone down one You an no i eas not RUDE just trying explain what was wrong.. so no i will not tell people to use this company

Ordered April 2. April 24 item is not here. Inquiry to Sixty Stores (Sheds.co.uk) parent company said the issue would be raised and I would get a response. Have yet to hear anything back. Phone rings but is immediately hung up. They've taken my money but will not respond to inquiries. I understand it is difficult times for people at the moment but it is 22 days after order and nothing.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 11 APRIL AND STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE RE A DELIVERY DATE. 13 DAYS IS A LONG TIME TO WAIT!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO "ELLIS" THROUGH THE CONTACT FACILITY AND STILL NO FURTHER ON. HE KEEPS ASKING ME FOR MY ORDER NUMBER AND I HAVE PRIVIDED IT 3 TIMES NOW.
