Awful I ordered a shed which on the website stated 5/10 days delivery ( regardless with current situation) so I emailed as I never heard for a delivery date, the reply I got was a date 1 month away! Which isn’t good enough! I spent my money because of the delivery time (mislead) jenny was very helpful and swapped the shed for one that could give me an exact delivery date, which again on the website stated thursday which was 4 days away! So I get an email to book the delivery date, 15th June which is one month away again! Awful service, took my money with false promises! Trying to get a refund so I can go to a proper company which will fulfill there promise and not con me out of my money

Ordered summer house, two weeks later after hearing nothing contacted them only to be told order was cancelled. Asked when were they going to tell me. Will refund money within 7/10 working days. ???!!! Now ordered with another company delivery date 09/0620.

Total waste of time of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Customer service very poor, no response to emails or phone calls. Take your money, and dont deliver.

Summer house was delivered on time but with all glazing missing. This was raised with the delivery driver and 4 emails and countless phone calls but no response has been received. I appreciate Covid19 is affecting businesses but Shed.co.uk is still trading and able to accept orders therefore there is no reason why this could not have been resolved. As things stand I cannot have my Summer House assembled and I cannot comment on the quality of the product. However the customer service is extremely poor.

Website stated 5 week lead time, there order placed and paid in full. Was then contacted by a separate manufacturer (Shire uk), the summerhouse differed in name, style and to top it off was given a 15 - 16 week lead time. Disappointment to say the least.

I ordered and paid for the shed 6 days ago. Having heard nothing I chased confirmation of order and expected delivery date. I got a very ambiguous response giving me no indication of if they actually had stock or when delivery might be. The reason I ordered with them is they clearly stated they had stock which now seems like wasn't the case and that they were delivering as normal. I would love to cancel but they have my money and I wouldn't feel sure I would get it back.

After buying 2 items online, l was informed that my purchase was invalid because the minimum number was 3. There was no clear, indication of this on their website or at checkout. As we also need a couple of sheds and a new fence I'll now be looking elsewhere.

I made my order 2 weeks ago and I've only just received an email asking for a review no confirmation of my order or delivery date as to when to expect it. I have tried emailing for an enquiry but no response. Very poor communication so far hoping my wood shed still turns up

I've just recieved this email to write a review as I've purchased a shed from yourselves. Well you might have taken the money, but can't be bothered communicating about a delivery slot. Still awaiting shed, and I'm waiting till Wednesday and then I want a refund.

I ordered a greenhouse 17th march delivery was good it took 2 appointments cancel the 3rd arrive to do fitting came at 7 o'clock in the morning left before I got in from work greenhouse house left not done parts where missing wait 2 weeks for the parts 2 fitters came back put it up it was a mess broken pieces 1 piece still missing roof didn't fit could put my hand in the gaps window wasnt put in right customer service is terrible I've emailed at least 30 times also phoned and been cut off worst company I've dealt with never use them again

Order no S-00098558 Adley 10x8 Truro Summerhouse Upon attempted installation twice . I painted it first as instructed whilst waiting help to build it plus electricity needed to be disconnected from old summerhouse. I noticed how it badly finished it with a lot of nail heads protruding, easy fix I thought, turns out not to be the case. After partly building the summerhouse and standing inside, I was disgusted with the amount of knot holes and holes running length ways along the thin part of the shiplap pieces. The lengths of shiplap were all different lengths aswell so not a good finish around the corners and the door frame. The frame is only 1’x1’ which not thick enough for the size of the structure. Plus the panels don’t match hence you cannot get a neat finish which is needed to install the roof, well that’s if the roof supports where not bowed as well. II haven’t even attempted to attach the doors for fears of collapsing. very flimsy. Overall very poor quality product Not fit for the purpose. I took down a 15 year old Summerhouse which was in better condition which I am now sorry. Response from sheds.co.uk...you accepted it and painted it....yes I never realised how Important it was to have straight sides, no protruding shiplap pieces and holes from missing notes which makes it not waterproof. They did offer to assist with missing or damage parts - the whole building basically. Now no reply from Ellis to latest email I have never written a review until now. Do not buy , read past reviews which unfortunately I didn’t , also in trustpilot

i find it so hard to believe alot of these positive reviews where my experience in dealing with Sheds.co.uk has been absolutely shocking. When i first made my inquiries to the sales team they were very quick to call me 4-5 times to take the order and reassure me that the shed was in stock and that i would be able to secure a delivery date which was 12 days from the order date. The emailed order confirmation also confirmed the same delivery date. Before the delivery date i called them and was reassured it was still on schedule for the same date. Nothing arrived that date, i gave it a further few more days and still nothing. In the last 4 weeks i have been chasing regularly and still nothing from the company. They clearly do not care about customer service. I will seek my money back through my credit card company as clearly this company has no intention of resolving this in one way or another but they will need to collect the few bits that has been delivered.

Shocking customer service. Ordered from sheds.co.uk then cancelled order well before they were due to be shipped. That’s a month ago and still waiting for refund. I’ve had an email over a week ago saying they have refunded but nothing has hit our account. It’s £400 that has mysteriously disappeared. I think they are lying. Can’t get through on phone and waiting and waiting for answers on email. Avoid unless you enjoy stress in your life.

I ordered a shed from Shed.co.uk on 25 April and they took the £328 immediately. I received no email confirmation so I phoned them on 28 April to tell them. They would not deal with me unless I had the order number but fortunately I kept a record of it. They found the order said they would get on to the supplier and let me know. It is now 8 May and I have heard nothing; no email confirmation, nothing.

Terribly poor service. Shed delivered with no roof. Took over a month to process refund. Ellis, customer service, refused to communicate, unhelpful throughout. Shed was very poor quality. Never ever use this company.....one of the worst experiences if my shopping life! Nothing but stress, poor communication and unwillingness to help.

I ordered a shed but received no email acknowledgment. I have emailed customer services 4 times for an estimated delivery date and only received a 'we will get back to you' message. More than 2 weeks after paying for my order that should have arrived in 10-14 days, I still have no idea when or if it will arrive. I can't get through to them to get my money back.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Order placed for a shed on the 6th April. £339 taken immediately from my account. Had to chase up numerous times and ask when I would receive shed. Phone lines jammed or crashed? Email system you are given a ticket number-pointless! Eventually shed arrives on 25th April and is damaged in two parts. Very poor quality. Driver takes it away. Needless to say I haven't been refunded and I am now into my 7th email! They are meant to refund you by 14 days according to Consumer Contracts Regulations, so we shall see. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, so please beware.
