I ordered my triple storage bin from them on the 12th May. Giving the current climate I was willing to wait a few days past the supposed delivery period for its arrival. However no goods arrived and despite numerous emails and attempts to call them direct I did not receive any information regarding my order which they told me would be despatched on the 22nd of June. I therefore contacted the suppliers directly only to discover that the item that I ordered was out of stock at the time of ordering and only came into stock recently and at no time had Shed.Co.Uk contacted them regarding my order and its whereabouts. Emails from the 'Customer Service' gave no indication of a delay being due to out of stock and I feel that they have done very little to ensure customer satisfaction. I will therefore not be purchasing from Shed.co.uk ever again.

Absolutely shocking service I waited four weeks for a delivery and when the shed was delivered it was so poorly made and unfit for purpose I sent it back 2 weeks later the shed got pick back up and returned to the supplier then I was told a full refund will be in my bank 48hrs later which a week later I'm still waiting dont buy a shed of this company steer clear 😡

Ordered a 8x6 wooden base - it wasn’t 8x6! It was short on both dimensions. Website suggests you will get a flat floor to fit on the frame (there’s a picture showing this) - it wasn’t clear this wasn’t included. The two long sections were warped, a couple of others had rounded ends (difficult to fit together) a couple of splits in others - poor quality, low value. £99!!! Probs £20 of wood. Disappointed to say the least. Couldn’t give No stars or I would have.

I ordered a shed with a delivery time of twenty days. It was delivered after 6 weeks, but was missing the centre roof truss. I reported the problem through their website ( they are not currently accessible by phone. I got an automated reply telling me they would be in contact within 2 working days. One month later, still no roof truss, plenty of automated emails, no contact from the company. Terrible customer service. I have given up, and will be chasing them for my money.

I ordered a bike shed back in April which was delivered 3 weeks ago, by a company called Woodlands. The delivery guy was extremely helpful; although I was told it would be kerbside delivery, he carried it all round to my back garden for me. Unfortunately, having put the shed together, we discovered that one of the doors has a chunk missing from the bottom and the other door is warped, so it closes fine at the top but sticks out at the bottom. Also, the fascias for the roof, front and back, and the finials were missing. We should be able to sort out the problems with the doors ourselves, but we do need the missing parts to be sent so we can finish putting the shed together. I called Woodlands to ask for the missing bits to be sent and was told I would need to contact Sheds.co.uk and raise the issue with them. I emailed Sheds.co.uk but got no response, so tried calling several times but kept getting cut off before I could get through to anyone. After a couple of days of constantly trying, I eventually did get through to a guy who said he would email Woodlands straight away and ask them to contact me about sending the missing parts. I didn't hear anything for over a week, so tried calling Sheds.co.uk again but as before, could not get through and kept getting cut off, and up to now have not been able to get back through to them. I have also sent several emails but had no response. I called Woodlands to see if they had heard from sheds.co.uk but they told me they had received nothing from them, even though the guy I had spoken to had said he would contact them. So the upshot of this is that I have been left with a sub-standard shed, with missing parts, and cannot get hold of anyone to resolve the issue. I am not sure if I am supposed to be dealing with Woodlands or sheds.co.uk, so that is another problem. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and that everything is taking longer than usual, but this is ridiculous. There was no delay with them taking my money at the original point of purchase! I just want what I ordered and paid for to be sent in its entirety. Anyone thinking of ordering a shed from these guys, be warned - if anything is damaged or missing or you have a general complaint about the quality of the shed, then you will be stuck because their after sales service is pretty much non existent!

Looks like a bunch of kids did the nailing together all the nails were nailed in but completely missed the wood behind so nails just sticking out every were the floor is so weak it most likely wont last 1 or 2 years the blocks of wood nailed to the bottom of the front sides and back u have to take them off but they were nailed on instead of screwed on took my all day trying to get them off and nails all over were still sticking half way out so i spent a day just sorting out the mess they sent it to me dont by sheds from here very poorly built

Well must say this is worst even online buy i ever done. if you are looking for a shed keep looking. very poor service.i did for first in seven weeks of phoning get to talk to someone today only for them to hang up on me when i said that they had broken the contract in regards to delivery time. Placed order on may 11 .email on may 15 to change order to bigger size 6 emails later on may 26 when i said i was going to cancel order and claim refund from credit card somebody then called me. Was told on top of 2 weeks that had passed i have to wait 15 to 20 for my order 20 days has passed and still no shed and now told it will take up to 30 working days for it to be made plus delivery time. And by reading reviews on here who knows that when i get it will it be any good anyway. would never buy again from this company and so should you KEEP LOOKING.9 to 10 weeks to get a shed is longer than the tree is make from took to grow.change lead time once order was placed. cancelled order and wasted 7 weeks in getting a shed

paid nearly £300 a month ago for a shed that still hasnt been delivered. Cant get through on the phone at all so ive called the supplier direct who tells me the item is out of stock and wont be restocked. They appear to have taken my money despite having no way to fulfil the order. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This shed (Hartwood 5'x3' Windowless Overlap Apex Shed) is unbelievably poor quality. The overlaps are so big that in some places my hand fits in between. There is a one inch gap between the door and the doorframe. What a waste of money, effort and resources. The shed took a long time to be delivered, which is understandable because of lockdown, but the communication about it with Sheds.co.uk was very poor.

Awful customer service. Hard to get hold of. Shed ordered and delivered on the day but not informed that the base that came with it was going to be a separate delivery and someone else to install. So now I have a shed in pieces unsafe in my back garden. There is no complaints department and I just keep getting fobbed off with the installer will contact me. The customer service is appalling.

No communication whatsoever i emailed numerous times to change the delivery address no responce at all As for the quality of the shed, very poor quality, aftwr less than month split already on numerous slats

No after sales care at all Delivery was two months late and panels don't fit. Had no reply from the company in over 3 weeks. Don't deserve one star!

I initially contacted the company with a technical query regarding some fence panels I was interested in. I received a reply saying someone would contact me within a day. Five weeks later and no reply!!!! Despite not getting a reply I went ahead and placed an order. The fence panels were due by last Friday (28 days after the order was placed). I have had no contact from the company, no delivery date, confirmation of order.... Nothing! Whenever you try to call the company the line cuts off! Very poor service!!

Terrible experience with this company. Selected and paid for a shed in full (31.5.2020) was offered various delivery dates and selected the closest one available (17.06.20). Received confirmation of payment on the day of purchase and received no further emails. On the expected day of delivery I contacted Oren (the shed supplier) as per the advise on shed.co.uk website to get an estimated time frame for delivery. Was advised by Oren that I should have received an email stating my order would not be delivered until 9.7.20. No such email had been sent and my partner had already taken our old shed down on the morning of the 17.06.20 to prepare the base for the new shed. Informed the lady I spoke to of this (Natalie, I believe), who suggested that she could send the email I should have received now. What use this is to me, I have no idea. I advised the lady that I would like to esculate a complaint and she informed me I needed to speak to sheds.co.uk. Having contacted them, I was told to put my complaint in writing and that this would be dealt with by Ben Greenhalgh. Ben has been back in touch with me today and had seemingly forgotten all about the email he requested I send to him personally, had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to inform me my order had been cancelled at my request? After telling Ben I had not requested to cancel, he advised he would speak again with the supplier about a potential resolve by way of compensation or an earlier delivery date and call me back. Ben has failed to call me back and merely sent an email saying my order has been cancelled as neither of the above options are agreeable by Oren. I have now been left with a garden full of tools, bikes, electrical items with no way of storing them other than under tarpaulin sheets with heavy rain expected this weekend. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. These companies have passed the buck between each other with neither willing to assist in resolving the issue and not one apology given from either party. It's not often I leave a bad review but the service received from this company is beyond useless. I would advise anyone to steer clear and purchase from a local or well known company that has a track record for good customer service. This company is sincerely lacking.

Not reliable, really bad, my order was received by delivery company after then 3 weeks from the day i had made an order, I only ordered shed from this company because it was promising delivery within 3 weeks, I payed for shed more because it was an emergency and the delivery was promised - the delivery will take about 8 weeks, and the Company keeps lying about the delivery to get customers, very unprofessional, if there is a problem we are during pandemic they should be honest and say that not sure about the delivery. Stay away

Order recieved is wrong when they replaced one wrong box I got another customers returns again with missing bits they dont respond to emails when you ask for a refund Avoid using this company

Buy somewhere else. Shockingly poor customer service and no goods despite taking payment. Bought a summer house with 7-14 day advertised delivery time. 7 weeks later, no summer house and no update. Phone calls drop out and email responses are generic and never followed up. Go somewhere else where your custom is valued.
