Received email today that today’s delivery that we will only be receiving part of our our summer house we have waited 8 weeks for this not to be told we will not receive all parts! Shocking service summer house will be returned and will claim a full refund..... avoid this company

There should definitely be an option to leave 0 stars!! Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service i have received. I ordered my shed and had to wait over a month for the wrong shed with missing parts to be delivered. Sent emails with no response, despite the website and automated reply saying you will have one within 48 hours. Also tried to call numerous times a day but it keeps being cut off. Please can someone answer my emails or the phone so i can get this resolved?? Really wishing i'd read all of the negative reviews before i ordered off this shambles of a company!

UPDATE Since writing my review my complaint has been dealt with and resolved by Gemma. I will be receiving a full refund. 1 STAR AS I COULDNT SELECT NONE !!! GO ELSEWHERE !!!! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE START ..... Firstly after placing my order I had to chase up delivery a few weeks later as had no correspondence whatsoever I was informed my order never got to them .... TOOK THE MONEY MIND YOU ...... then a few days later I was told the product was out of stock .... then the next day I was told they were having a delivery and i would receive my order the following week .... great or so I thought ... My delivery arrived A. They were the wrong size to what was specified on the website B. ONE WAS DAMAGED ... I emailed straight away on June 23rd no response I had to re-email on the 27th to receive a reply on June 29th saying they would send replacement parts ! I sent an email back requesting that I wanted a refund on the 29th of June AND NO REPLY WHATSOEVER.... I have sent further emails on July 1st July 4th July 6th YEP STILL NO RESPONSE.... Can’t even get through on the phones. SO IM LEFT WITH A DAMAGED BOX THATS THE WRONG SIZE !!! GO ELSEWHERE AS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS !!!!!

Processed my payment in minutes website stated item in stock 5-7 days delivery. After 2 weeks emailed them as impossible to contact via phone, alarm bells should have rang what company disconnects a call after 6 rings. So 7 emails later (one never answered) one informing my order classes as a back order and they were expecting stock on the 8th June excellent I thought except this was sent on on the 26th June. Requested my money back they offered me to purchase another item. Requested my refund again no reply in 4 days now have requested a refund quoting the chargeback scheme as it is less than 120 days since I placed my order (54 days) Wish me luck, how many more emails can one sendbrenda

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Shed arrived weeks late. Broken wood & missing half the roof! Emailed numerous times - no reply! Absolutely disgusting!!! Any star ratings above one must be fraudulent! Awful company & no customer service!

!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. !!!!!!!!! Ordered a shed which was late getting delivered then to find missing sections. Tried to contact so many times to sort out and nothing. Customer service is nonexistent. Not one email or phone call to sort it out. Shocking service.

Where the hell is our shed ordered it on the 18th of may its now the 4th of July and it's still not here won't answer phone or emails disgracefull service won't ever order another thing from this company and will be telling everyone i know not to as well

Took my money for an item that wasn't in stock ***amendment*** Have had emails off sheds.co.uk asking me to change my review. No reason to change it. They took my money for a shed advertised as in stock, but didn't deliver on their side of their contract. They did issue a refund after back and forth emails and after the suppliers tried to get me to take an inferior shed instead, but I'm still left with no shed and was without my money for a period of time while the company were holding on to this.

Paid for a shed but no delivery date and their phone number cuts off after a few rings. Best avoid.

Thank you for your comments. I can confirm the product you have ordered is currently on a lead time of 5-8 Weeks, all lead times are displayed on our website at purchase. We ordered path edging on 5th June and then finally received only half of our order towards the end of the month. I emailed I have been emailing and calling both sheds.co.uk and sixtystores.co.uk but have had no response to emails and no one picks up the phone. I would strongly advise to avoid this company.

I have selected the finance options with monthly payment and they took all the money in once.Tried a lot to order via website but didn’t work,phone them but no answer.Very bad customer service!!!

We ordered a shed greenhouse combination in May with the earliest pick a day slot available at the start of July. Money left our account. On day of delivery we rang them at 9.30 as no delivery slot text yet (taken 2 days off work to build shed). Told now out of stock until July and nothing else - plus emailed us rather than promised phone call back. Appalling service and no shed when they took our money over 6 weeks ago!

With Covid 19 I expected there would be a delay in receiving my shed so it was just under a month before I received my plastic storage cabinet. It was badly damaged and since then I am having difficulty in getting my money back. The company do not answer their phone and although I have finally had an acknowledgement of my email to date the shed has not been picked and I am still £129.00 short. I will never use this company again.

Worse company I have dealt with. Day of delivery of new shed it was cancelled and have to wait another 6 weeks. They do not answer calls or respond to e mails. Joke of a company. Not holding out much hope of shed arriving end of July.

Ordered a sand pit with lid on the 6th May. The lid arrived towards the end of May but the actual sand pit is nowhere to be seen. Have emailed, tried to call etc and nothing. Would definitely not recommend using them.

Ordered a shed that was supposed to be here on the 18th of June got in touch with sheds.co.uk and was told it would be here on the 29th of June it's now late evening on the 30th of June and shed still isn't here have rung multiple times only to be hung up on definitely will not be using sheds.co.uk again and will be telling anyone i know looking for a shed to shop elsewhere
