Not very good customer related do not reply to emails and don`t answer the phones.

Roof supports are missing so unable to complete the build... fully aware things go wrong but the inability to reply to emails, phonecalls and messages via social media platforms isnt an acceptable way to run a business. Disappointed and unsure of how to take it further - but I will certainly find out how to.

Hi, Thank you for your review. I can see the missing parts were dispatched to the courier on Monday 13th July. A request for the tracking number has been sent over to Manufacturer. As soon as we receive this, we will send you the tracking details through the email chain you have with us. Thank you for your patience.

Be careful although challenging times my order said 25 to 30 days thats fine least I know. 45 days later no news, cant get through and email reply is due in 48 hours sent two and week later still no reply. Wont use these again.

I ordered the Cantilever garden parasol online 12th July. When I contacted on 13th July they told me it was out of stock.They still charged my credit card and now I have to wait 4 to 5 days for my refund.

Hi James, I am sorry you needed to review us in this way. We have looked into your order and can see we contacted you on 13th July at 11.49am to inform of the errors which occurred over the weekend. I'm afraid we have yet to receive a response from you. Terrible. Delivered today, on time but had to wait six weeks. Now discover 2 roof panels missing! Contacted Woodland sheds who manufacture and post the sheds to be told at least 2 weeks for the rest of my order! Avoid this company at all costs and save your money

Placed an order on the 23rd May. Selected for the items to be delivered on the 1st June (3 days after we moved into our new home). Delivery was attempted on the 27th May with no prior notice. Delivery was then reschedule for the 1st June. On the 1st June only the shed was delivered (we also ordered a base & padlock). The base wasn’t delivered until the 5th June and the padlock is still to be delivered. It’s the 13th July. I was not made aware when I placed the order or in the order confirmation email that they would be delivered separately. Emails expressing my frustration and explaining the inconvenience caused were disregarded. The customer service is shocking and there is no zero sympathy when things go wrong. I definitely won’t be ordering anything from them again, I don’t recommend you do either.

Thank you for your comments. Looking into this matter further, I can confirm there is nothing wrong with your order. It is advised on our website "Additional items such as the plastic shed bases, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries." As you decided you no longer require the Plastic base, but the delivery was accepted we do have to charge a collection fee to send someone to come and re-collect it. We are sorry that your experience at sheds.co.uk didn’t quite match your expectations.

I ordered and paid for a summer house at the end of May, delivery was agreed for July12th , I waited in for the delivery with my husband and son in law , both who had taken time off work , I watched the delivery in tracking , it went down to 2 deliveries at 2 o clock then I received a text to say it wasn’t coming, no explanation!! I was unable to get hold of the firm , the firm made no attempt to contact me or rearrange delivery, I had to do all the running. The manager informed me that the text had been sent to me at 10.18 !! Though I had been tracking the delivery at 1 o clock !! Absolutely appalling customer service , this firm has ruined a whole week’s holiday for me and my husband , we had intended to erect and paint the summerhouse this week, now it isn’t being delivered till Friday and we are back at work on Sunday . Keep well away from this appalling firm

I ordered and paid for a Rowlinson shed on 28/5. I have been chasing via email THREE TIMES since 27/6 but no one has got back to me. This is despite the recorded message saying that they will answer emails in 48 hours. I did have an response on 8/6 after I asked when it would be delivered. That response was that it was 28 WORKING days despite what the site says. I am now well past the 28 ‘working’ days. I see all customers are praising the site which is good. It’s the service that is awful. Phone calls just hang up so basically their tactic seems to be to take money and not deliver. I will give them 48 hours before I contact Trading Standards

Stay away from buying any sheds from this company. We ordered, chose a date for shed to be delivered and it was on time with great communication. But then the trouble started, base sides where all correct and able to errect but when it came to putting the screws in for the roof it all went down hill. Firstly all screw where to long so now we have sharpe screws popping out of the wood and if my husband forgets he will cause himself serious injury, the plastic windows where the wrong size so our shed is vulnerable to thieves for at least 3 days until they send the right size. Screws that attach the hinges the screws have come through the other side of the door,the door is flush and sits right at the top but big gap at the bottom. Has two different colour felts. Damaged wood. And because we have assembled they will only refund £25 To sort the screws wow it's not just the screws it the whole shoddy shed and we have just been fobbed off. Please do not but from this company. We are taking this further with trading standards or rough traders.

We bought a wheelie bin store. It arrived with a missing support strut, to replace it they sent another wheelie bin kit. Very heavy for me to deal with as my husband is very disabled. Then after paying for it to be put together on a proper cement base and bolted in another problem. The lid and back of the bin are not robust when there is even moderate wind. The back is basically cardboard and twists causind tge lid to fislodgr. No way to secure it. Would not buy again and will have to replace before Winter.

I can see lots of people have had a good experience with sheds.co.uk, sadly this has not been my experience. I placed my order and didn't receive a single piece of communication following my initial delivery confirmation. On the delivery date given I phoned your customer service team who assured me it would be there, it did not arrive and I had taken the day off work to receive the delivery - it turned up the next day without warning. When unpacking the delivery, one of the panels was broken and several of the external panels were untreated - it literally looks as if someone has flicked a paintbrush at them. Your customer service team are unable to provide replacement panels in the time I need them and now are refusing to assist further. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and I'd be really wary of any of your products in the future.

I will not be buying anything again from this company. The shed arrived with incorrect parts and they do not answer the telephone or respond to e-mails. I am attempting to get my money back so beware.

Useless company, don't buy a shed from them, even though they are cheap go elsewhere as you'll have a lot less hassle, I didn't recived my confirmation invoice I had to ask them for this twice, they then said they had no idea when it was going to be delivered...I kept asking for updates....took 5 weeks and on the day it arrived I asked them for an update and they just said it was with the dispatch team...when really it was to be delivered that day but they had no idea then when it turned up I was missing the morice lock and key....I've sent loads of emails and I'm just being ignored...just emailed them again but I have probably wasted my time yet again although Ive asked for the manager to contact me but I highly doubt they will and I've been polite in my messages Shop elsewhere

Shocking customer service, shed was delivered this morning and was supposed to be build, only one guy showed up, dumped and run, leaving my shed leaning on my wall with a possibility of it falling on my children or dogs! No way of contacting on the phone as it just cuts off, e-mailed to complain and gave them the relevent information and I am now being ignored. I do not recommend this company at all.

Placed an order for a shed advertised in stock, when I phoned to get delivery date told I will be advised when it will be coming but as it is NI it will be 28 days and I will get an email telling me delivery date 2 weeks later not a word, just got cut off trying to hold to talk to someone, was charged up front, not on despatch....Is this a scam I am now asking myself? Update is I have had a reply asking me for my order details, no answers yet but I have been asked to update my review as my issue has been updated. IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED I DON'T HAVE A DELIVERY DATE FOR THE "IN STOCK" ITEM

Thank you for your comments. We can confirm the product you have ordered is currently on a lead time of 7-10 Weeks, all lead times are displayed on our website at purchase. Terrible experience, would never use this company again! Their products are badly made with cheap materials and the customer service is a joke! Bought a shed from Sheds.co.uk (which turns out is a front for another shed retailer) back in May which arrived with every panel buckled and/or broken, sent photos and asked for a refund to keep the shed and was offered only £30.........the shed cost £469! I then contacted customer services to say that I wanted to return the shed and receive a full refund and this is where it got ridiculous. It took over 20 (TWENTY!) messages to and fro before they agreed to pick up the shed and refund me the money, the shed was picked up 11 working days ago and the refund was to be paid in within 7-10 working days........still waiting! Steer well clear

Ordered on 5th may and it said delivery within 3 weeks. Still not had it delivered. Had a text to say it was being delivered today but when I rang to see if they could tell me morning or afternoon I was told they don’t even have my shed so no delivery today! Rang sheds. Co.uk only for it to ring and be cut off
