Paid by Paypal full amount for a shed. transaction from bank has been made. told shed by you shed is not available, there is a shed simular in size , i said yes ok i will have it.so when do i get a reply regarding delivery or full refund. Too expensive for the quality of material supplied instructions not clear too many holes in wood and bad workmanship would not recommend

I have still not received my shed it was due to be delivered on the 3rd of April but I am told it will be the 16th now but may not be

At this moment in time I am not very happy as I order on the 8th April and it is now the 11th April and I have not heard a word from Shed's.co.uk and as you say 5 to 7 day's delivery it look's like it could be at least that until I hear from you. now I do understand in these difficult times that delivery could be delayed but to not have been contacted at all or given a delivery date is very poor service. THANK YOU>

Not answering phone calls today. Actually they did answer briefly, then put me on hold, then cut me off. Then when I phoned back I was straight through to call waiting for ages and then cut off. Then I tried to phone again and just got cut off. Etc. A bit puzzling.

One of the panels was the incorrect size, very frustrating. Awaiting delivery of a new panel.

We were expecting two items - only one arrived and that was badly damaged to the extent it couldn't be constructed. We have reported it at length, the lead time for replacement parts is very long. With regard to the missing item, somewhere along the line an incorrect phone number had been passed to the supplier which prevented them contacting us to say the delivery would be separate. Not great.

We have looked into your order and can see that on your order is two items from two different Manufacturers, therefore they would of been on different days for delivery. I am sorry to hear that a part if your order was damaged. I can see that a replacement was ordered and the delivery lead time is 3-5 working days. We are sorry that your experience at sheds.co.uk didn’t quite match your expectations.

The website was easy to use and to make the payment. We got a text to say that the parcel will arrive with DPD on a certain date. It all worked liked clockwork however when DPD left I realised it said parcel 1 of 2. Having called the office this morning they are not too sure what has happened with the missing part of the order. Hopefully they are able to find and send the shed which we ordered.

Website stated delivery would be within 2-7 days. After 4 days of waiting somebody has finally contacted me to book delivery in, to find out we're going to have to wait 2 weeks before we receive it. Wouldn't have ordered with this site if we had of known. To top it off the customer service advisor I spoke to was rude and in no way helpful. Would not use this site again.

Ordered Tuesday and delivered on Saturday. There is no way of checking if the delivery is complete as there is no parts list or even something as simple as part a of x. That might have prevented the delivery driver leaving with the ridge pole still on his van. Can't assemble the shed or speak to the customer service team as they only work mon-fri. Also be aware that if you order the base you get some wood and a bag of screws which you have to assemble yourself, you don't even get pilot holes drilled, which for £100 isn't great value.

Ordered a shed with delivery and installation. I need to know when my product will be installed, I have phoned twice (the second time I could not get through to customer services as they put the phone down 3 times and I had to go through to new sales who answered quickly), and have been told installation may take up to 3 weeks, which is way too long. I'm still waiting for a date

Prompt delivery and all timber aspects were fine. However, be aware if you read "Heavy duty green mineral felt roof covering" and "No Cheap Materials Used" in the"Key Features". The felt supplied is only 1.5mm thick and tears really easily. It's the type of felt you would expect to find on the cheapest sheds, not the larger workshops.

Shed ordered 15th Jan, delivered couple weeks later. Rang delivery team asking for it specifically to taken round the back and also got a txt saying time of delivery day before and to reply to txt with specific details as to leave shed, so i did asking to be round back. Where was it left,, yep on the front. The reason i wanted it taking round the back as I've got a bad back and would have struggled but with thanks to a neighbour we got it moved. As mentioned struggled with back so opted for the installation. Lines of communication is thru email only, that's if you get a reply. Finally got installation date 2 guys come to fit the shed, both guys really friendly and helpful. However the felt was damaged so more was ordered and was informed the fitter would return on the 21st of Feb, NO SHOW no message to advise of of them not coming despite sending numerous emails to installation company. Finally after a couple of phone calls to Shed.co.uk another installation date was agreed was advised id get email 24 hours advising of time arrival, NO EMAIL. Finally yesterday one of the original guys arrived at my house on Sunday 1st March about 4.30pm. In fairness the fitter did ring on his way. Shed (finally) done. Shed looks nice and happy with that give it 8/10 Lines of communication 1/10

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery of your order. However, it does state on our website that our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. I regards to the Installation Service, I can see you spoke to a Customer Service Advisor on 24th February to inform that the Installation Team did not arrive on the date agreed. We spoke with the team to arrange a new Install date with you directly. We are really pleased to hear that you are happy with your product. Poor quality shed. Thin wood. Massively overpriced. Constantly damp and mouldy after just a few weeks. I didn’t realise that the door would be so low - I’m not tall and I regularly bump my head going in. I hugely regret buying this shed.

The quality of the summerhouse is poor. The company that came to assemble it kept postponing and the workmanship when they finally arrived was not good.

Shed ordered on monday 10th - given a delivery date of wednesday 19th feb - disappinted as website says 3-5 days - had to cancel instalation date.

I had no issues purchasing the shed via Sheds.co.uk. I am writing this review to advise all to avoid purchasing a metal shed. The instructions were vague, not intuitive and the quality of the product was poor (paper thin metal panels). In hindsight I should have purchased an equivalent wooden shed. Lesson learned.
