So far so not very good! The purchasing part was easy, it's the delivery and installation that are proving difficult. It seems that although you buy your shed from sheds.co.uk it doesn't actually come from sheds.co.uk but from some other company who will only deliver to the kerbside. Not the delivery company's fault but it is not good when sheds.co.uk lie and tell you that the delivery driver will in all likelihood take it to your garden for you. The delivery drive tells me this is what they always say and this is not what ever happens! How does a company expect a single female to move a 10 x 8 shed to her garden on her own? It also arrived damaged but we will see if this affects the installation. I am also expected to inspect said shed - how am I expected to lift very large, heavy parts and inspect them? Seriously? Installation still hasn't happened because the communication from the install team is appalling. On the plus side the customer service over the phone is very good, but this does not make up for all the other problems.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your review. Our delivery drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will not bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is only at their own discretion. We have looked into your order further and can see you contacted the Customer Service team on 19th December to delay the installation of your building. The installation of your shed was re scheduled and confirmed suitable by you for Monday 6th January. I travelled to the showroom on 27th December from my home in Leamington only to find it was closed. There was no obvious indication that this would be the case on what I regard as a standard working day. I subsequently ordered a shed on the same day but the following day realised I had put the wrong delivery address. I called later that afternoon and spoke to an operative who seemed unconcerned and advised me to email the helpdesk for sixty stores. On the Monday morning I received a reply to say that the sub-contractor had been informed and once thye had made the adjustment I would be able to book delivery and installation. That has still not occurred and the delivery address of my order remains the incorrect one. still not resolved as of 1st Jan.

Hi Ian, Thank you for your review. I do apologise that you travelled to our showroom and it was closed. The showroom is closed due the Christmas holidays and will be open from 6th January. All showroom appointments need to be booked online. In regards to the change of your delivery address, all changes to orders need to be in writing. We received an email from you on Friday 27th December at 5.02pm and the new delivery address was sent over to the supplier to change. The supplier reopen today, 2nd January, after the Christmas holidays and have confirmed the change of address. You may reach us anytime at help@sixty.co.uk

ordering was easy but the shed has still not arrived! Original date was Thursday 19th but did not arrive. No reason given and next day we were told driver ran out of legal driving hours and delivery would be rescheduled. Still not had a delivery date!!

Shed is ok, the building of it was a bit of hassle. If you buy it get some one to put together, don’t pay the one offered on this company. And don’t buy extras! They installed the shed but they did not do the shelf bought with the shed as they said it’s not part of the service, after paying £150 for installation! Now I have been told that the shed will not really take the shelf as it’s not thick enough. I feel like I was ripped off!

Ordered workshop to run my business over the Christmas period. First delivery was cancelled due to a customer before me cancelling their order so they had to cancel every delivery after that as their shed was packed on top of the other sheds. They tried to arrange delivery for a week later but I insisted I need the workshop before that as I was on a tight deadline to get delivered and installed. Which they managed to get it delivered 5 days later. Next was to get it installed which I paid over £200 for it. I had to chase after delivery was made to see when installation would be as again on a tight deadline before christmas and made sure customer services knew that. Got a text a couple days later saying installation would be 21st December (which was perfect) and would be between 11am and 12 and they would phone once on route. The 21st came, and so did 11am and midday, no phone call, left it to 1.30pm to phone them to see what time they were coming, the bloke said we dont give a time but just phone you when we are on our way. It got to 3.30pm and I finally got a phone call and it was the installation team to say they have to cancel my installation as they are running behind on another job. They said the next time of installation will be after Christmas. Just a headache all the way from delivery to installation. When spending near £800 for a service you'd expect better, now after the weekend is over I'll be on the phone to get my money back for installation, not very professional at all and certainly not a happy customer!

I went with the installation service for ease. Complete nightmare website full of contradictions and had to constantly chase to secure an installation date. Been installed today and the team have said the doors are too big for the shed so new doors to be ordered and they will have to come back again. It's only a basic shed guessing it will sorted by about 2024!!! poor. Cost nearly £500.00 altogether expected better.

I would just like to know where the Christmas sale was on. I seemed to miss it even although the site was full of the advert.Having said that the person who took my order was very helpful his name was Ben.what has caused me real problems I was told delivery would be 10 days ,which was fine but when I phoned the transport company the said no!,,, They did not have enough orders to make a load and they closed over Christmas and New year. When I pushed to see when I would get the sheds I had ordered and payed for I was told that depended on when they had enough for a load. This is totally unacceptable a totally different story to my information I got when I placed the order. They have my money and I can't even get a potential day for delivery. If I had been told this initially I doubt if I would have placed the order of over£1200 pounds.!,,,

Orders shed at what I thought was a good price. First it started with the driver saying it was kerb side delivery only which isn’t mentioned in the delivery instructions. The shed was very flimsy. As we went to put it up the instructions weren’t very clear. The batons for the roof were again flimsy and had to purchase more wood to reinforce the roof. Then there wasn’t enough felt for the roof which was poor quality so had to purchase another roll of felt. Spent more time reinforcing the shed which cost me more money. All in all a poorly made shed which I wouldn’t purchase again.

Ordered a couple of sheds and then wanted to change the order before delivery. Was told I had to do everything in writing as they couldn't do anything over the telephone, so each communication had to be sent by email, which then took a day or so for a response, meaning the whole process could have dragged on indefinitely. So I just had to place another order in the end and cancel my original one - very strange customer service policy to have!

Difficult to put in selection criteria and then were repeatedly lost. Had to order then ask my query the following day by phone (good response by responder). Why no e-maikl contact possible?

When I ordered the web site stated 14 days delivery this suited me as the next 7 days were busy in the diary. Then when I ordered and spoke to the representative on the phone I double checked. I was assured it would take 14 + days. Then I get an e mail from the delivery company and I ring to confirm their details at which time I am informed that my Shed will be delivered in 2 days time and am told that if I am not going to be in the delivery driver will leave it for me. Bearing in mind the weather was terrible at the time raining every day I didn't want a sodden cardboard box awaiting me when I arrived home and don't have anywhere dry and accessible for a delivery driver to gain access, all neighbours also out working. I had to arrange for my husband to remain in at some inconvenience due to the short notice of the delivery.

Hi Don, Thank you for your review. We have looked into you order and can see that you picked your delivery date before proceeding to the checkout for the 14th November. The delivery team would have sent you an email with an online tracking system to track your order on the day which you selected. In regards to the delivery, our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside deliveries. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance to a back garden, but this is only at their own discretion.

Purchasing the shed was great - however delivery was farcical! Gave one 2 hour time slot 12.19 to 14.19 - which I took time off work for - then changed it delivery morning 13.59 to 15.59. Called DXDelivery and it was the go to response “there’s nothing we can do “ “can your neighbour sign for it”! School pick up time so dashed out got back and had an appointment at 16.30 - 16.00 arrived and left so I called again ! Waited for 17 minutes before call was answered and again the go to response! They did however call the deliver van and they said they were not going to arrive until after 17.00! On the tracking map - at around 15.00 they were 1.5miles from my house!! Then went north and god knows where else! Not acceptable considering the amount of money paid !

The wrong roof has been delivered. Waiting for call back from Sheds.co.uk. Hoping this gets rectified very soon, and I don't have a three and a half hour wait for delivery again... 😕

Didn't expect office furniture finish but did expect the wood to be cut at correct lengths (presumably on a machine anyway) and wasn't. Expected bearers to be nailed on straight not half on/ half off the base. Quite a few nails were placed into thin air. The wood used was ok, but generally fairly poor, could not recommend it I'm sorry to say.

The shed I wanted was clearly marked as free delivery. By the time I had got to payment the delivery had jumped to £60. Central Scotland is no longer mainland uk

Hi, Thank you for your honest review. In regards to the delivery prices, free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout.

Great service , shed was very cheaply made , easy to assemble, but not sure it would survive a windy day , so we reinforced the floor .
