Absolutely dreadful experience. I ordered a shed because I was able to have a specific delivery date. The company did not send out a confirmation email until I requested it and I was then told I would not get the delivery date. This was due to a technical error apparently! I have requested a full refund which I am told will confirmed by email but nothing has been received. To cap it off my call ended abruptly because the person I was speaking to put the phone down on me before the call was ended. I would suggest that this company look at their administrative set up and deal with some staff training issues. Never had an experience like this before.

Shockingly awful service. Ordered online, sent multiple conflicting dates on when delivery would be made, given misinformation around what should have been delivered and what's missing. Customer service line atrocious - have had to speak to them twice on both occasions taken more than 25 mins to get through. Paid huge amount for install - 2 weeks after purchasing, no one is able to confirm when install will be made, just keep being told someone will contact me ''soon''. Getting close to demanding full refund. Wish I avoided these clowns.

Ordering online was no problem at all. Delivery was arranged to suit my convenience and item was delivered as stated. However, on unpacking, the bike shed was not the required item. Instead, they left us two storage sheds. When we tried to contact customer service on number suggested, we were told they would get back to us by 5pm the same day. This did not happen. The next day, we were told the email contact on web page was the wrong contact information so they gave us another. Delivery was rearranged and tracking was good. However, when the bike shed arrived, the driver was unable to lift it off the truck, so I had to assist him. As a retired person, this was not something that i should have had to do. I also had to assist in lifting the original two container sheds onto the truck from the back garden otherwise they would still be there! This is despicable and should not have happened. I do not blame the delivery man - the management need to take a good look at health and safety and either provide lifting equipment or more people to off load equipment. I await a response to justify the errors made

The item took too long to arrive as was apparently out of stock even though was available to purchase online and I was not notified of the stock issue until a week after I had purchased the item. I was expecting delivery 2-3 days after purchase so was disappointed. Customer services were not efficient or particular helpful or friendly. I paid an extra £80 installation and the shed is currently sitting in pieces on my drive and I don’t have any information as to when to expect this to be built. Never again will I purchase from shed.co.uk

I ordered some fence panels which I was assured they were in stock and would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. After payment the next page said, could be a delay due to busy period and after phoning sheds.co.uk was assured again that they were in stock and delivered as soon as possible. Apparently not , had text from supplier to sheds uk (Forrest)that fence panels will be available from the w/c 14june ....yet another company taking your money and not fulfilling their part of the transaction ....not available in 3 to 5 days and not available from stock but still take your money and deliver nothing.

Ordered a shed and playhouse with a delivery time of 2-7 days on 28th May for a birthday present on 13th June so plenty of time. I then find out they wont deliver until earliest 22nd Jun and actually sub contract the playhouse to another provider. Neither company will answer the phone and now no reply to my email asking for a refund so cant order a new one from somewhere else until confirmed. Good prices and website maybe but service is awful

The delivery of the shed was very efficient however as we build the shed we found the quality of the wood used was not very good with bowed and uneven panels, making it very difficult to assemble and needed some repairs. When we contacted sheds uk to pass on our disappointment at the quality of the product they were very unhelpful and even stopped responding to emails without any kind of resolution. Extremely disappointed and will not be using or recommending to anyone in the future

Diabolical. Get a firm delivery date at order then its changed by a month. Try to cancel but told an alternative can be delivered on time. Agree to this and told will get confirmation and delivery soon. Still waiting. Phoned both sheds and their supplier. Both very pleasant and assured me of a callback with delivery time. Still waiting callback after 3 days and still waiting delivery date confirmation. When you say you are going to call a customer back then do so or expect more poor reviews.

I ordered a shed on 15th May, it was in stock and the delivery would be 5 working days after. On 30th May I had still not received my Shed so had to make a phone call, only to be told that they were out of stock and not being manufactured until the following week. My delivery would be 1 month after my order date!! Really disappointed that I have to wait so long, and even more upset that I have not been told what is happening. Very poor service!!!!

Promoting products with 3-5 days delivery and then cancel your order because delivery will take a month. No change on their website. Now its going to take 14 days to refund me £1200. Wouldn't bother ordering from them as you'll never get it in time for your project.

This company failed to deliver my order on 2 occasions. I cancelled the order and requested a refund from Sixty Stores on 19 April 2019. Some 6 weeks later and I am still waiting to receive my refund. I have emailed and called on numerous occasions chasing my refund. Whether your call or email is answered seems to depend on the luck of the draw. If you are lucky enough to receive a response, please have minimal expectations about the level of customer service you will receive. This company insists that the refund has been made, yet despite it now being past the time frame given, my bank has confirmed that no refund has been made (pending or otherwise). I am now left to raise this as a payment dispute with my bank. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Do not buy from them. My delivery failed twice at the last minute, was given different reasons one day after the next so blatant lies and I called them up on that and they had nothing. Requested a refund over two weeks ago now and still not received. I have had to chase and chase and chase and won't get an answer or anyone phone me. Finally got an answer today which is unacceptable another week for a refund at least so that's over 3 weeks after I tried to cancel. Customer Service has been appalling I've had some bad experiences but this just topped it all

Ordering was easy,phoning and changing my order was great. Just a shame after working all night and staying awake,on delivery day ,I found out it wasn't coming and out of stock. Only found that out when I went on live chat . And have not heard anything since ........ Not happy Carol wayne

Was disappointed at the quality of the product looked a lot better in the ad, most of the wood was warped so needed a clamp to put it together it is also very rough, I have lined it and now find the base is not holding the soil it's sagging so will have to take it all to pieces to strengthen the base poor poor poor show, after seeing similar boxes in garden centres at similar prices and better quality I wish I had bought from them. Annoyed, angry, frustrated the whole thing will have to be redone money for nothing !!!!! Anita Armstrong Ps photo shows the base collapsing in the middle.

Absolute shambles from beginning to end!! Ordered a garden store with a delivery lead time of 2-7 days, when I heard nothing after 5 days regarding delivery I used the link from my email to go to after sales to track my order. Here was the FIRST time I found notification that it could be delayed by a further 14 days due to peak season. I then chose to contact customer services to see if I could find any information about when to expect delivery. I was informed the delivery team had APPARENTLY contacted me to say the item was out of stock and was given a date to expect delivery. The day arrives, having no further contact whatsoever I try to initiate an online chat, it's offline!! I ring customer services and am told they still believe I'm having a delivery but will get the delivery team to give me a call. After two hours of waiting I call again, first time it connects I'm cut off. Second time I finally reach a customer service advisor who contacts the delivery team and confirms my delivery. Delivery arrives around 3pm (no contact from them unlike the MANY positive reviews I'd seen!!) This evening we attempt to put it together and a piece has snapped (no really surprise based on the state of the box it arrived in!) So first port of call aftercare where there is an online form to report damage, and it won't submit!!!!!!! Looks like yet another call to customer services in the morning and god knows how many more hoops to jump through!! I was planning to use this company again to buy a significantly more expensive shed however I will be avoiding it now!!

Advertise on website as ‘Great Customer Service’ couldn’t be further from the truth and get told the excuse of ‘it’s our busiest time’ Don’t waste your time and order elsewhere or directly from the manufacturer.

Delivery was fine and thankful that the delivery men brought it round the back for me. Put shed together a couple of days ago and am not impressed the floor boards keep popping up, some just have 1 nail some 3 . A lot of the panels and wood is bowed, one panel I can almost get my hand through the gap, the right hand panel is higher than all the others so roof sits uneven, one piece of trim I can't even use as so bowed. Roofing felt so thin it's ripped just putting the tacks in and windows an absolute joke, I'm not even going to use them as they look awful and one was split. Very disappointed with my shed.

The shed I ordered was a 12x8 foot but it was way short of the size stated. The quality is very poor and over priced. I would have been better buying fence panels and 2x2 and make one myself. I’ve had to buy 12 length of 2x2 to strengthen the shed. Not completely sure the roof is safe enough to get up there to out the roof felt on. Would not recommend this shed at all. The delivery driver was also very cheeky to my wife until my son came to the door and got him tuned in.

Ordered Hartwood 8x6 Sutton Summer House on 10/5/19 on the proviso website said in stock & 3-5 days delivery time. needed product for a birthday present. Order was taken and paid for even tho it turned out this item was out of stock. Made company aware after 5 days when it didn't arrive and they continued to advertise in stock and sell to other customers on the same basis. By 22/5/19 they were still advertising the product as in stock as before with no hope of keeping to the contractual stated delivery time. Complained to Company and trading standards as still haven't received the product. All they say is it was popular product and are trying to get it to me as soon as they can. Dont seem bothered about the fact they are breaking contractual arrangements under Consumer Rights Act 2015, chose to conveniently ignore many parts of my complaints letters so i had to chase them up. No interest in making offer of goodwill Gesture. Still waiting for Summerhouseand i would strongly advice from personal opinion that potential customers do their homework before even thinking of ordering from this company.. Very disgruntled customer indeed
