Not worth it been trying to contact for 2 days and they just cut u off useless

Shocking customer service which lead me to cancel my order. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Hard to get through on the phone. No response on Webchat or emails. On product description it promises to delivery with in 1-2 days. Had to chase them up to first be told it would be Thursday, than Friday and on the Friday I got a message from their supplier to say it's just been dispatched with delivery Monday. Even worse about all this is that I had to chase to get the information as nothing has come through from shed.co.uk to let me know about the delay even though I spoke to them twice. Worst experience I had with any company. Would not recommend to anyone.

to days is forth day of my order placed, and received the first email to write, so far no confirmation of the order , no delivery date but luckily paid by PayPal which payment has gone through, now waiting for delivery, so far not happy with service

Have yet to receive the shed and only had some very vague emails apologising; as there will be a delay. No indication as to when it will arrive however! Suffice to say it will not be within the advertised delivery time as this has now lapsed. Hopefully it will turn up before I lose patience and cancel the order. Not a very enjoyable experience - no doubt will end up having to put it up in the rain now...

I tried so many times to contact Sheds by landline over 2 days, but gave up in the end after 2 days finally got through on 3rd day by phoning to place another order & had to ask for a receipt

Wish i had never heard of them order number that doesn't work. Their site won't recognise my post code either. Worked fine when i placed my order. Online help left me even more confused. If you want to feel let down and in the dark wondering if your getting taken for a ride then sheds uk is the place to buy.

Online order and shed delivered as requested. Upgraded to the Adley 6' x 8' Pressure Treated Premium Shiplap Apex Shed The quality of the shed is shocking, cheaply designed and engineered. Too many negative points to mention, just don't buy this rubbish.

Purchased a shed promised 3-5 day delivery. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and no shed. Tried calling customer service. Finally got through. They promised me delivery team would call me that day. No phone call. Have tried calling customer service again all day and no answer. Held in a queue and when it finally gets to me phone goes dead.

Not a great experience Rang this company to order on Thursday , no answer on any of the menu options. After several attempts , finally got answer and was told to order online . Persuaded the lady to take my order which was promised in 1-2 days Received an acknowledgement straight away and then a text from DX delivery to say my shed would arrive Friday Waited in all day - nothing Tried to ring but closed Waited in all day Saturday - nothing Noticed a link later on the Saturday to track the order with the courier. Today (Sunday) my shed is in Middlesbrough, we are located near Birmingham and the company is located in Warwick!! Have no confidence this shed will arrive at all and if it does what state it will be in having travelled the country over several days ...

My order was stated as in stock and I even had an email to confirm the delivery, then 48hrs later I had a phone call to say the product is not in stock!!! Order ref s-00064782

Second time I’ve tried Sheds and second failure. First time they couldn’t deliver when they said they would. This time I ordered and received no comms at all for two weeks. I contacted the supplier direct who told me it was out of stock. Will never use again

Why is it so difficult to deliver what has been ordered! I think I’ve got the right shed ( I hope!) but I’ve got the bag of screws and instructions for a different shed!!! And one of the panels is chipped! Pain in the a&&e!!

I ordered a metal shed on the 9th April 2019, it arrived on Friday 26th April, I went through all the parts against the check list, and found 2 roof panels misssing, so on Monday 29th I tried ringing them without success, so sent an email, having not had a response apart from a automated acknowledgement, I rang again on Wednesday 1at May, after having on the line for over 20 minutes a person answered, after giving her the details she said she would contact the supplier and Get back to me that day, she never did. So I tried to ring them Thursday 2he but could not get an answer, so sent an email complaining, still no responce, so rang them on Friday 3rd, eventually got through to be told they had emailed the supplier and they have not replied, so she would try again, still have not had a response, this customer service is beyond belief, I work in a customer service office and if my staff had such a could not be bothered attitude I would be banging some heads together, I struggle to believe that a company could be as poor as these, avoid buying from them at all cost.

Horrific!! Completely appauling service. Zero communication when there's a problem. Ordered a playhouse almost a month ago, still hasn't arrived. Payed a fortune for delivery and assembly. No communication from the work either. Almost £1000 spent and I received nothing and despite numerous calls & emails have not been assisted in any way. I have absolutely nothing for my money. Shocked, disappointed and angry!

When you order a shed, you hope to receive a shed... not just walls with no fixings, instructions or anything... for the last 3 weeks I've been arguing over this with them and still been told yet again it will be with me next week! been there, heard that.... I was now told that i cannot return it as i'm past the 14 days! however i have not received full item and i was trying to sort this but they couldnt care less - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
