“not too happy with this company my loan went through for my summer house ,to be told they had no recognition of it being ordered,i tried a few times phoning no answer,i tried emails,no reply I tried ,live chat ,it wasn't available, customer care awfull, deposit was taken yet still no confirmation ?”

“Whilst the corner summerhouse flatpack was in fair condition on delivery, the installation I paid Sheds.co.uk to carry out falls far below an acceptable standard - side and roof panels out of alignment, a window that cannot be opened as the catch overlaps the frame offset by a door that doesn't close, roofing felt lifting off the same day it was installed, beading around window panes not pinned etc. I phoned, emailed and sent photos a week ago and am no nearer resolution. I have tried to phone again this morning, gave up after 20 minutes in a queue. I would also add it was raining the day of installation, nothing was used to protect the floor and it is now ruined, floorboards have cracked and curled up at the edges. If anyone would like the numerous photographs of the frankly appalling workmanship please contact me on Facebook, I am happy to share”

“I was sent an email saying the shed would be delivered within 3 working days... nothing! I emailed to ask for a delivery date as heard nothing & I had no reply. So so far I’m unimpressed with sheds.co.uk.”

“Only received an email to say l've paid.. No follow up email or delivery email nothing. Not even a place on booking/paying so i can leave a note for the driver if I'm not in! No idea when delivery will be...This week? Next week? Day? Time?”

“Shed hasn't been delivered yet. I have No clue as to delivery date. When I called to enquire on a delivery date the lady I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and just said they are busy it will be there whenever it can be delivered.... that's not helpful or good customer service! I cannot answer ANY more of the review questions as I haven't had anything further from the delivery company. At least with other companies you get delivery dates and times.”

“I placed an order online for a shed on Friday which said it was in stock. I hadent heard anything by the following Tueaday regarding delivered as the money had cone our of my account. So I rang the customer service who them put thru the delivery team then to be told it was out stock!!!! Not impressed”

“Very poor after care. We were told delivery would not be made by a specific date and therefore cancelled the order. Confirmation was received from sheds.co.uk that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. Still no refund. the phone line is not answered, neither is the online chat and no response to emails. All we get is responses saying our enquiry will be dealt with in 1 day. Had to finally contact manufacturer to avoid double delivery. Now I can’t get a refund or a reply regarding refund nearly a month later. Not impressed.”

“Terrible - the worst online experience I have ever had and what makes it worse is that you cannot contact anyone to discuss your order. No response to emails, no one answers the phone line, even the live chat is offline! They have taken my money without being able to fulfill the order - just had a text from the supplier direct to say it is out of stock with no date of when it will be back in stock but I have had no communication from sheds.co.uk. I am absolutely appalled by this terrible service - an I haven't even received my order yet!”

“Ordered a summer house, wanted quite quick. Said online it was in stock and 3-5 days delivery, so ordered. Had order confirmation, but no delivery date. Phoned up and was told it was out of stock and on a 2 week delay. Don't believe what you read on the website 🤨”

“My order had not arrived. I tried to ring the company - got answer message and did not speak to anyone. Tried again several days later and eventually got through - was then palmed off to delivery department but the line went dead after a short while. Worst company I have dealt with in a long while.”

“I ordered a summer house which was advertised as a 3 - 5 working day delivery. Only to be told after I had paid for it that I will have to wait at least 2 weeks before I get a date for delivery. I was told it was a stock issue. If that's the case don't advertise the item.”
