“Awful experience. Told 3-5 working dats for delivery and then got a text from the supplier (not sheds.co.uk as one might expect) saying that it would be 5 weeks for delivery. Then had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Took 10 phone calls involving the rep hanging up on me 3 times, to be told it would take 14-28 days for refund. When I asked who I should complain to I was given a generic ‘help@‘ email and was hung up on again. In short, avoid like the plague.”

“Ordered shed , never received on date promised said delivered , phoned said delivery 1 week later so i cancelled , was told be refunded deposit £97.40 told refunded back on card , still not received . I wouldn't touch shed.co.uk (sixtys stores at all very Unprofessional setup worth a visit from watchdog”

“The delivery was as quick as they took my money . I bought a 10 x 6 plastic shed from them opened the boxes and was very disappointed with the quality of this product . I immediately taped them up and the fun begins they tried to convince me that the shed would be fine having spent all my life fabricating and putting up buildings customer services must have got fed up with me and the phone was cut off . the next step was to email after many emails going back and to they agreed to pick it up and refund me which they did within 5 working days . be very careful what you order from Sheds .co.uk read the reviews. My advice would be buy local and see what you are purchasing it was very stressful”

“Haven’t received item as yet, got the message saying will be here in a time slot, no show so checked on the track my order and it say unsuccessful delivery, tried to ring them for them to be shut weekends so why say they be delivering on a Sunday and send me a message Sunday morning saying will there at the time slot?”

“I ordered a shed for £289 and understood that delivery in England was free.......amazed that they tried to add £60 for delivery to Shropshire bit of a con if you ask me, so cancelled my order and of course waiting for the much delayed refund. Why does it take so long to process a refund when the original payment can be taken in seconds?”

“good morning u have sent the wrong panels for the sides the roofie there is a gap between the doors i had to adjust the door panels because i couldn't get hold of u the phone went straight to voicemail extremely bad service i won't be getting more sheds from u again and the shed is still cracking kind regards mr walsh”

“I had to chase for shed installation date which then took over two weeks to organise. Shed and the installation are absolutely terrible. I will be sharing images of the shed and asking for a refund. I would definitely not recommend using you to anyone.”

“very poor. order on 26/6 delivery up till 8/8. had my money for 8 weeks. lady promised to ring back. needless to say zilch heard. would not pay you with washers.”

“less than a month after installing the shed all the nails has started to rust. Very unhappy and disappointed! The shed I bought supposed to be premier but instead the manufacturer has used non-galvanized nails which is now rotting. I am going to sue!”

“The 6x3 shed l bought is absolute rubbish l paid £330 for a product that’ s not fit for purpose I wished I had paid twice the price for a carpenter to make one.Sheds.co.uk should be ashamed of themselves to be selling such a pathetic product l think I’ve said enough.”

“I have to say this is the worst shed I have ever bought. Unfortunately i started painting it before it was built other wise it would if gone straight back . Most of the boards are bowed it is so cheap there are so many nails missing my husband has had to try to fix this the whole thing looks cheap and nasty as soon as I can afford to it will be replaced with 1 I can actually go and see no more online ordering of a flat pack shed”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY! Poor quality wood used for the shed I purchased, lazy and messy installation team who left lots of rubbish behind and Terrible customer service who where great at avoiding responsibility for the faults that appeared within a month of the shed being installed by their team. large hand sized hole appeared in side of shed and a leak in the back of the shed on the floor also was denied as their fault. They completely refused to accept any responsibility and I'm now stuck with a leaky piece of rubbish which will cost me to get repaired if I have any hope of it lasting out even a year. Go somewhere else!”

“The quality of the shed is bad. It is basically four poor quality fence panels with cheap ply-board on the floor and roof! The feather board sides would easily snap if somebody leaned on them so we have had to spend a further £250 to strengthen it. The floor that was sent was the wrong size, and we have had to cut it to fit; the nails in the window ledge weren't nailed in properly; there's a piece missing in one of the boards and the instructions that came with it were for a different shed! The felt is really cheap and we had to buy longer nails because the ones that arrived were too short. I asked on the phone before I purchased if it is water tight, they said it was - it simply isn't - it leaked in the rain and we had to buy a new floor. Not worth half the money we paid for it.”
