“Avoid, would buy another and from this outfit There is gap in the gables and nothing to fill the holes in. The roof doesn’t meet in the middle The battens are to long on the roof panels so they can’t latch in together One of the panels is bowed and won’t fit The roof panel doesn’t sit on the gables because in my opinion the struts aren’t long enough and the roof panel just sits on the gable and leaves a gap”

“Well I have learnt a lesson never again will I buy cheap. The quality is shocking the ship lap panels are warped, You can see daylight through the floor. The wood knots all have daylight coming through them. The window what a joke cling film would serve just as good as the piece of flimsy low grade plastic (the quality you get Easter eggs in) I am more than disappointed and get this the instructions tell you to put only 3 screws in each corner for an 8x6 shed WOW I have rated 1 but that is too much 0 or minus would be more apt.”

“Website says ‘in stock’ and 14 days delivery but delivery is 6weeks. When I rang to query this I was cut off 3 times so had to ring sales, where I assumed they wouldn’t cut me off. I can’t cancel by phone but they’ll take orders by phone! Not a good start! Why send a review 6 weeks before delivery??!!”

“Fixing components not with order I contacted customer services with the invoice details but apparently you don't sell a wooden garden trough so perhaps the payment I made to you was wrong? I have forwarded your invoice back to the customer services but now have to wait a day and have two new computer generated ref numbers. I bought it as test to see if I wanted to buy a few more as it was gift for my husband but it has no fixings and no predrilled holes. So not very impressed so far.”

“Rang a customer advisor before placing my order to make sure items were in stock from supplier was told yes all in stock only to be rang two days later by supplier to state items were not in stock”

“Scandalous rogue traders! Beware! I ordered a shed which was shown as in stock and avilable in 3-5 days on what they called flexible delivery, which promised to send a link in response to my order which would allow me to choose the delivery day. No email received and no contact of any kind for 5 days. When I chased them the email responses were rude and unhelpful. As a result I cancelled the order and requested refund. Whilst Sheds.co.uk have agreed to refund I am 16 days in and they are still holding onto my money without cause and in breach of the Consumer Contract Regulations.”

“I would leave a zero star review if I could. Sheds.co.uk delivered a very poor quality shed, with parts that were damaged and parts that were faulty. They refuse to speak over the phone, everything has to be via email. Then they ignore emails for days at a time. They have refused to respond to any request to return the damaged, faulty shed for a refund, or to do anything about it. AVOID.”

“Very poor customer service. Having enquired about being advised in advance of the delivery time, and being told by Customer Service advisor Ollie that I would be called an hour before delivery, I placed the order and discovered from the carrier that the delivery is in the control of the supplier, not Sheds.co.uk and that a call-ahead service was not an option! Have now had to take a days unpaid leave to be available for the delivery. Do not use this company if accurate information is required.”

“Still waiting for delivery 7 weeks after ordering. Waited in today but it didn’t turn up. Not impressed and nor are the dogs! Update: 10 weeks and counting. Told that the kennel will be delivered at their convenience, not mine, “next time we’re in your area”. Interesting take on customer service, and surprised to be asked to complete this review!”

“Awful purchase experience. A fulfilment time of 24 to 30 days is a total con, none of which was shared at point of purchase. Poor customer service that refused to share the actual manufacture details so I could enquire on the real delivery time. The website name alone should of made me look for an alternatives. shed.co.uk - rip off.”

“Delivery guy was great. The quality of this product isn't great. The wooden fashias had been stored in wet bags and is bowed. The perspex windows were covered in wood stain. Many of the nails were sticking out & not knocked in. Instructions were OK. Clout nails not really long enough. Wood of poor quality”

“Shed was damaged on arrival to us. Several of the panels were broken and a lot of the nails weren’t even going through the wood - they had completely missed!! The whole shed is quite flimsy and the panels came with extra wood on the bottom which meant that the shed didn’t even go together properly...the measurements were all off”

“Seriously, you could build your own shed in the hours you are kept on hold if you are unfortunate enough to need to call them back! My shed is due for delivery today, but their tracking system isn't working, so the best they can give me is a four hour delivery slot. I just hope the shed is better than their customer service!”

“Terrible customer service, takes for ever to get through to them on the phone, they take your order and your money but cant give any idea when the summer house will be delivered, even though they say 3-5 days on their website. I would nit recommend this company at all.”

“Shed took a month not 10 days to deliver. No felt delivered with the shed. Several phone calls and being cut off after being on hold for hours and promises of felt being delivered and still not arrived. Perspex windows too small for opening.”
