I bought the shed because I had the option of being able to pick a delivery date. I booked holiday from work so I could be at home for the delivery, A few days before delivery I received a message saying you had sold out of the shed I had ordered and couldn't deliver on that day. (To late to cancel my holiday) Three weeks later I am still trying to sort a delivery date where I can book time off work and you can deliver.

if i could give 0 I would !! a complete shambles i placed an order with the promise of a specific delivery date , as the date approached i rang to check that my order would be delivered on time . After numerous phone calls and e mails i was finally told that there were manufacturing problems and the product had been withdrawn and i wouldnt be getting my log cabin ay all , so i am left with a garage full of shed contents as the old shed has been removed and will now have to start shopping around again . customer care was non existent so beware I for one will never use this company again !!

I am sure there are some good products at Sheds.co.uk but our experience has been very poor - both with the quality of product and the very slow Customer Service response. I would NOT recommend the Avon 8' x 12' Stratford Summer House With Veranda. Whether through design, production or installation there are visible gaps between the sides and the fitting of the roof. Checking the build-instructions, several steps in the installation were not fully completed or missed entirely. Nails/screws were left around our garden (fortunately seen before our young children found them). There have been long gaps before the customer service team responds to our messages, and 6 weeks after the summer house was inadequately-installed (2 visits were necessary) it still stands in our garden waiting to be removed. Poor product, poor service. We could not recommend Sheds.co.uk or their products from our individual experience.

We are sorry for the experience you have endured Mr Bennett. Our Customer Services team and installer have tried to help you as much as they can. We have arranged for our installer to come and take the summer house down next time he is in your area and then to be removed by our suppliers. the quality of the shed is abismal, I was ashamed when I was erecting it. It is so flimsy a the wolf from the three pigs could blow it down. I had to buy thick plywood to strengthen the floor

Still waiting for my order, almost been a month since I placed it! I have tried to call, no answer and no email response when requesting a delivery date, poor service so far, I hope the product does not reflect the service!

Placed order - no communication on delivery. Then after a few weeks said the courier would be in touch - they weren't so had to cancel. Awful!!

Shed was of very poor quality, almost every panel was damaged.. even the collection driver commented on the state of it!

PLACED AN ORDER, TOLD IT TAKES ABOUT 10 DAYS TO ARRIVE THEN DELIVERY WILL BE NOTIFIED, 14 DAYS LATER TOLD SORRY SUPPLIER SAYS CANT HAVE A DELIVERY YET, IF AT ALL. CANCELLED ORDER TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, MORE THAN A WEEK LATER, STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. SHOWER OF SH** ARE SHEDS

As the customer service department and their managers seem incapable of replying to multiple emails, I thought I'd pop another review on here - something they do see! After having a horrendous experience with this company, I got a generic 'send a review' email back - so I obliged. I finally received my (poor quality - but that's another matter) shed, and the response to my 3rd request for some more info regarding their failings was that as I had already left a bad review, there was nothing the company could do. I responded that this was an outrageous way to deal with a complaint hence the escalation to management - guess what? Radio silence. My points in the original complaints were reasonable - my 7-4 day delivery didn't happen and I waited a month for the product, the team (this company and suppliers) all seemed clueless. The moral of the story is - pay a little more if you need to and just go ANYWHERE ELSE. Literally ANYWHERE. You might be best just leaving your bikes/tools in the wide open as you'd probably be less annoyed if they were stolen than you would be after having spend days/weeks/months being ignored and insulted by the so-called 'customer care' team (ha!) In all my years; this is by far the more appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

The shed arrived very promtly and that's where the good service ended. The shed itself is poorly made, splits in wood, panels not square, felt sent wasn't enough to cover the roof, parts missing,. I have contacted customer services and sent photographs but no one has come back to me. If I had read the reviews before hand I wouldn't have ordered as apparently this is a regular problem. Very poor service.

The gate was of extremely poor quality and damaged. When reported and photos sent it wS referred to manufacturer and I didn't hear anything further despite going back to Sheds. Co

Order was wrong half of it didn't turn up meaning I had to go and Re purchase the items costing me time and money. The refund took far to long to go through.

Zero stars. Appalling service. I cancelled my order one day after placing it and it took them more than 2 weeks to even start processing the refund. My 4 conversations with the team were mixed. Two pretty good, two very rude. One day the phone call just kept dropping because the queue was too long / no one was answering the phones. I would recommend others to steer clear of this firm.

Having ordered my summerhouse as a surprise for my partner who is terminally ill I was looking forward to her reaction to the summerhouse as I planned to surprise her when she came out of hospital ! I paid to have it erected but unfortunately because of a bad design fault they could not complete the build ! I got in touch with sheds.co. U.K. And told them of my dissapointment ! Two weeks later another team came round they did the best they could but told me the summerhouse was very unstable and could come down in high winds because of a manufacturing fault ! I am still waiting for a reply to see what they are going to do about it !! I woudnot recommend this company to anyone because of the way they have treated me !!

Will not be ordering again, placed an order on 27th June for delivery in the 1st July but still has not been delivered after opening a case on eBay some finally got back to me to say it's coming on the 21st July by happy at all

Finally received a refund 8 weeks after being deliver a low quality damaged shed, ignored, patronised and led a merry dance. 100% happy to neither use nor recommend this 'company' to anyone, anywhere, ever. Shocking.
