I would not recommend this company. I was given a Date and Time slot for 2 Sheds to be delivered 0800-1800 on Fri 09 Jun 17. I took time off work to ensure I was there to receive the delivery as I didn't want expensive items left unsecured. The delivery never arrived. The Sheds office was then closed until Mon morning. I was apologised to and told the delivery should arrive later that day but they would chase it up. I had to call again to find out where my order was as I wasn't called back. I was told that the delivery company (DX) had tried to deliver on the Fri but there was no answer and they had left a calling card. This was a blatant lie by the delivery company as there had been someone in all day and no card was left. The First shed arrived later that afternoon but mysteriously the 2nd shed was not with it. This Shed had mistakenly been sent to Scotland and was being sent back. I chased this up to find out when it would be delivered and told it would be Tue 13 Jun. Funnily enough this didn't get delivered that day either. It finally turned up on Wed afternoon. I complained to customer services who took no responsibility stating it was a busy season and it was the delivery companies fault not theirs. I would have liked compensation for the loss of earnings for the time I took off based on the delivery date and time slot i was given, but was told flatly that they would not compensate me at all. This is an atrocious company who will not be getting any more business from me and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

I purchased this 'premium' product in hope that it would meet expectations! How silly of me to assume that there is such a thing as a 'premium' product in todays quick buck mentality, there is only a premium price. This Shed manufactured by Forest Gardens is far from a 'premium' product. the list of issues with the product itself are endless, but the after care and customer service defies belief. - one of the main x4 panels was 4-5mm short than the rest making the whole thing uneven. - The overall quality and manufacturing was poor, there were splits in the main joints and poorly en-lined joins, this product had been thrown together and fixed with some sort of impact drive that had caused splits in many of the wooded frame pieces. There had clearly been no quality inspection on this product before it left the site. - large parts of the main structure had splits across the frame. - the window frames, again had been poorly fixed together and joined, causing the screws to split the wood, this made the frames weak and out of square. this meant in order to make it safe and solid your only option is to fix the windows shut. - the drawings and instructions have pictures were conflicting, the doors are shown attached in two different directions! - I was only supplied with x3 rolled of felt rather than x4 and still to this day have not received a replacement (i had to purchase my own in the end)! - main parts of the panels were staring to rot and were covered in mould! - ends of the shed panels had been strapped into the delivery lorry and snapped! - I had to purchase my own parts of replacement wood and parts to strengthen the poor construction. Overall I was hugely disappointed with this product and low level of workmanship used to manufacture it, especially as they claim its a premium product! Don't get me wrong once constructed it was useable, but don't be fooled this is no Premium product, save yourself a fortune and buy one cheaper at leat you know what to expect from a cheaper product. I telephoned Forset customer services on 2nd May and was informed someone would get back to me about my concerns, I heard nothing from Forest for 5 days, so I called again, I was once again told someone would get back to me. I Heard nothing from them again, I called back 2 days later and left a message on their answer machine and still had no response from anyone. I wrote an email to Forest Garden listing all the issues I had and the items that were missing, including photos of all the damage etc. The response I received from their 'Technical team leader' implied that she had not even bothered to read or look at my email. Since then I have tried to call over and over again to see what they intended to do about my issue. Today after nearly 3 months someone has called me back and offered me £50.00!!!! and I was then told I should have complained about the issues and someone would have replaced them!!! Just showing that no one had bothered to read or look at my emails! I politely told them to keep their £50.00!!!!! Do yourself a favour, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY PRODUCT FROM FOREST GARDEN!!!! -

The Shed was delivered on time which was good. However after inspecting the shed I found so many issues with it. There are many bent panels in the side and ends - lots which allow lots of sunlight in and so potentially rain also. Floor bent also allow hard laying. Shed corner beams are all warped to some degree causing any build to be difficult and once again allowing rain and sunlight in. Bag of nails for roofing felt missing. Bolt and screws for boltlock missing. Several broken panels with cracks on end and around door frame. Window stainded. I am not happy at all with the shed I have purchased it looked and sounded much better online. I had a great service from online and delivery just a disappointing product and I was concidering to buy a log store, pergola, decking and furniture but now I feel i need to look elsewhere. Personally poor quality shed and wood splits easily and not worth its value. Customer service poor dont reply to emails as online complaint section doesnt work. Should jave bought from local shops instead. Regrets!

Customer service extremely poor. Delivery didn't turn up as scheduled - four phone calls resulted in two non-honoured promises to call back with an update, a further two calls ended with the line going dead whilst on hold. No shed - no idea where it is, now seeking to cancel order.

The shed was delivered in April but was damaged, a replacement part was sent but is incorrect. Several emails and a phone call later nothing has been done. No one has got back to me since the last email or phone call I made. Very poor customer service. Would have liked to have given a good review and chance to sort this out but it has gone on since April. You have my money but I have no usable shed. Not at all happy.

Sheds.co.uk were good, delivered product on day they said they would, delivery guys phoned when on route and were really helpful. However the summerhouse I purchased is shockingly sh*t hence the low score. Its basically a shed but with bigger windows and more expensive. Pieces of wood were bowed, wood split when nails were drilled into them, the doors didn't fit properly, gaps between the overlaps and most disappointingly of all when it rained the inside walls and floor were wet :-(. I've had to completely insulate all the walls and floor to make sure it stays dry, an expense I did not need. People say you get what you pay for, I think I overpaid but thank goodness I bought it in the sale. Such a shame as its oretty and a good size

My order was delivered but with so many missing items. I made contact with the company on a number of occasions but the issue has not been resolved, and communications from the seller appear to have dried up. I have now asked for a full refund and await the sellers response.

Firstly i was told that it would arrive in a week to 10 days, after 13 days I received an email saying that it might take up to June 9th to arrive! I phoned to cancel the order and was given the phone number of Rowlinson Sheds who are the manufacturers. This was a Friday though and Rowlinsons finish work at 3.5 on Friday [even when behind with orders it sems]. On Monday they said that they could get it to me by Wed. I retorted that Wed was no good as i could not be at home. So we decided that Friday would be delivery day. On returning home from my business on Wed, I found a delivery note saying that the shed could not be delivered and to phone the delivery company. This I did and the shed duly arrived on Fri but with several small but essential parts missing, also there were several splits in the wood. this is not an expensive item but I am very surprised that this company is able to go on operating. My advice is ----buy from someone else. The company called Sheds .co alias sixty stores do not make the sheds and were very helpful when i phoned them but none the less they sold me this shed from Rowlinsons. They must know that they are unreliable. Go elsewhere for your shed.

After 5wks and several tel calls, on my last call I was advised the playhouse I'd ordered was out of stock! The nearest to the size they could offer was considerably more expensive. When I asked if they could give me a better price, considering how I had been messed about, they offered me 5% discount. I went to view the item on the website prior to making a decision only to find the 5% discount offer pop up. In effect they were offering me no compensation at all - only what was on offer to everyone else!

When contacting our suppliers we were told that it had been discontinued that is when we contacted you. I understand my colleague explained the situation to you. Our playhouses are heavily discounted enabling us to give the customer a very competitive price. The 5% offered to you as well on a replacement which was to the nearest price you were willing to pay. out of the 4 packs that should have arrived on the Wednesday only 3 arrived on the Thursday. So our order is not complete?
