Realised I had made a mistake in ordering and attempted to cancel my order. I couldn't phone as their number is a premium-rate number, so had to complete the online form. I did so just four minutes after ordering and three days later am still waiting for any communication from the company (who say they aim to answer all enquiries within one working day), nor has any refund been made. Terrible communication on their part.

Hello Mr Hammond. Your order was cancelled at 5.34pm on 29/10/17. Our offices are open from 9am-5.30pm. Even though your order was cancelled at 5.34pm we could not have actioned this until the following day 30/10/17 - which was the case. Our suppliers were notified of your request to cancel and a refund request to our accounts department sent to them. The refund was issued on 3/11/17 and will take 3-5 working days to reach your account - this is the banks ruling not ours. Sarah Customer Services.

Refund procedure: misleading and vague emails and exceptionally slow. You don’t even use a template to communicate with customers it’s as hoc poor emails. Top Tip: when something goes wrong with a sale, deal with it in a professional manner as this is vital to ensure that the customer stays interested in buying again, dealing with it in a vague way and uncooperative way and you lose the customer or they will certainly think twice.

It took 2 months to arrive, they delivered with parts missing. They then redilvered the parts but they were the wrong ones. Totally inept!

Poor quality of the shed; you can see through the walls. Plus there is a small hole on one of the walls. There was one set of screw nails missing. The instructions were not for all the provided building materials.

You should check Trustpilot for real review... Everything was a nightmare with this company. Firstly, they were supposed to call us about the delivery date but they didn't. Instead, the delivery guy showed up without notice. As we were not home, he just left the shed on our drive. When we were about to build the shed, we realised that the instruction manual and all screws were all missing, which took almost a week to arrive. When the instruction manual and all screws finally arrived, we realised this time that the shed was completely different from what we had ordered (there was nothing no the box to indicate the model). We asked for a refund, but it took nearly 2 months until the company came to collect the shed and made a refund, after chasing them constantly.

Awful customer service, log cabin arrived missing any assembly documentation, upgraded door handle were missing and the door was damaged. Spoke to customer services 3 times and they have never contacted me back about a resolution. Fortunately the manufacturer Lasita Maja (not Greenway the "fake manufacturer" the web site says manufacturered it) have been amazing, sent documentation, supported me with a couple of build issues responding to emails within 10-15 minutes and sent me the missing parts. Hello Mr Botham. Thank you for your review. Lasita Maja manufacture the Greenway buildings for us. They advised us to use the Greenway name to avoid confusion when ordering from their company. Any requests from customers requiring spares or information for their Greenway order is automatically sent to Lasita Maja otherwise they would not have known to send you missing documentation and to support you whilst building your log cabin. If I could rate this experience as 0 I would. Never buy from this site!! 1st they didn’t deliver on the date they were suppose to, no communication why there were delays, they sent the wrong information to V12 finance causing further delays, at which point I then lost my builders who were going to install the product. I tried for two months to contact customer service by phone and email to receive no reply’s and stuck in an endless loop of telephone options. The company wanting to deliver the product tried twice to contact sheds.co.uk and they received no reply. By the time I finally talk to someone at sheds.co.uk 3 months later they inform me that the place who delivers the sheds have no more in stock and won’t be making any more I was then then offered a inferior product in its place. It has been a mess. It has been stressful. My complaints have not been dealt with and infact a cavalier attitude has been present through the whole process. Do not buy from these people. This has been the worst experience I have ever gone through.

Thank you Ms Abdulla for your review. All the V12 information on the forms you fill in is sent to them. We cannot access these forms and only become involved if V12 ask us to, in this case a different delivery address was showing to the order form. V12 ask us to confirm this. The shed you had ordered was being held for you at our suppliers but due to a mis-communication their end the shed was sold on. Please accept our apologies for this. Shed seems flimsy and in so many pieces I am on my own and not up to that installation but will cost £50 re stocking fee. Not good experience

Just a couple of plank of wood with 10 screws are more than 80pounds? I could cut in Timber shop and buy screws in Homebase with fraction of this price tag! I imagined the assembly would be like IKEA at least. but I have to spend 3hours in garden to make holes for screws and connect cable for drill gun.... what a hassle for that amount of money.

I'm still waiting for my delivery at 8pm at night 14th Sept! I have a building on site in the morning, to put the log storage together. I'm going to be charged for a days work. Please can you let me know if it will be delivered tomorrow Friday. Your office is closed now.

I cancelled this order last week. I do not want to take delivery but your delivery man came today with it. I have refused delivery. So do NOT TAKE ANY MONEY from my account. Please acknowledge that you have received this email. No-one contacted me as per your email last week. I repeat do not take any money from my bank I have cancelled this order and refused delivery this morning gillian Mara

Very poor experience. Still have not received the product I ordered a month ago. Sheds.co.uk do not even produce or hold any stock they simply direct your sale to a local manufacturer and they can't even do that simple task correctly. My advice is to skip them entirely and contact a local store directly you'll probably save money and you'll certainly save the hassle of dealing with this sub par company.

I have ordered a shed on Monday evening with a stated delivery time of 1 to 2 days. But after this time elapsed and no shed was delivered I phoned customer service who told me these times are estimated and that my shed will be delivered on the Monday a week after my order. I took them a whole day to get this answer from their supplier. The reason why I ordered with this company was to get my shed in time for the weekend to build it and put items in it from an outbuilding that my builders would have broken down on that day. This was a major inconvenience and I had no offer of compensation or even much understanding from them.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an organisation. They currently are refusing to complete my prepaid order and will not refund me my money. This is now a legal matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The experience from start to finish was extremely unforgiving. Some facts: Base must be 100% level, ours wasn't therefore the team spent the morning packing out and levelling at my expense, with me purchasing more wood. I was grateful the team were willing to help. Day 1 of the build finished at 1345hrs, I was alarmed considering this build was for two whole days? Day 2 started at 0900hrs and I asked the builder if they would be doing a full day and if the build would be complete as I was doubtful considering it takes two days and the day before was only a half day? Contractor informed me, his day starts from the time he leaves his home and it was a 2 hour journey to get to here. Question - surely the day starts when you start work - not when you leave your home? Day two finished at 1730hrs a full day. Therefore considering the time spent actually building the log cabin I only got a day and a half work and a half built cabin. Prior to the builder leaving on day two he informed me the roof of the cabin was not finished and also informed me not to go on the roof as it was not safe, how was I to complete the work and make the roof water tight if I was unable to get onto the roof? I took photos of the roof and sent them to the contractor and asked for advice, the secretary responded but no advice given. Alarming the panels never reached the sides of the beams for support and the builder put nails on the sides of the panels to hold them in place, sadly the panels fell down the same day. I asked the contractor to explain - he informed me to consider asking the builder to continue at my expense and to purchase more wood to strengthen the beams and panels. After discussing this with the builder he was unable to come back for some time and it was going to be very expensive to put right. I asked the builder to call the contractor again, he did, unfortunately the contractor responded, "I'm too busy to speak to the customer". This made me extremely mad - knowing I had just been fobbed-off and the company wanted nothing to do with me. I hired a local carpenter to fix the roof, it took a further 3 days to put right the mess I was left with. I'm convinced the contractor is in breach of the contract? The roof was not fit for purpose and extremely dangerous. I'm considering my options and have taken advice, the contractor made no attempt to put right, left me with an unfinished build and a very dangerous roof with roof panels falling off making the area unsafe to enter. The experience and unprofessional support I received from this company is totally unforgiving. There has been no attempt to contact me or put right a unsafe cabin.

16 days no delivery, can't make any contact, telephone no just keeps you waiting. Email will not deliver. Contacted the supplier who would have dispatched the shed, they stated that Shed.co.uk had ordered a delivery and knew nothing about the order. I cannot make any contact with Sheds.co.uk
