A date was set and I waited in all day it didn't turn up. Requested a refund which I am still waiting for 3 weeks down the line.

I ordered a shed on the 20th June 2017, I choose a delivery day that suited my shift pattern and would ensure I was at home to receive the delivery (13th July 2017), this meant waiting over 3 weeks for a suitable delivery slot. Then I receive a text message on the morning that it should be delivered to say that due to unforeseen driver issues it will not be delivered that day and that it would be delivered the next morning. This was not suitable for me as I was working nightshift and would be in bed the next morning, so I contacted Sheds.com to ask if they could deliver in the afternoon and they said that they could not change the delivery route. This is not what I would consider as good service particularly after the period of time I have waited for delivery to get a suitable slot. Needless to say I will not be using or recommending Sheds.com again.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to have contact with, shed didn't come after 8 weeks! then they tried to deliver it without any notice with I wasnt in the country and had any answerphone message saying they were outside my house! they then never showed up on the second date (van broken down) then on the third occasion they gave me a morning appointment never showed up and then said if know one was in could they leave it somewhere, I said yes behind the plant pot! its a shed! at this point I said I just wanted a refund. this took another 4 weeks and my last called was threatening to come to their office and collect the money in person. If people have any sense they should avoid the company at all costs. I ordered a shed from Costco and it came within a week job done. How this company stays in business is beyond me.

Sheds.co.uk alias 60 Stores, apparently do not think that they have any obligation to confirm a sale or communicate in any way. The only communication was from the delivery company, and they had to be chased relentlessly in order to discover when my shed would arrive. When the shed did arrive it was the wrong style entirely and not what I ordered. To add further insult to injury, I had to chase them for a refund. The shed that came wasn't great quality. I certainly would avoid this company altogether in the future.

It is a honest review, as honest as it can get. Wood quality: I am not happy with the overall quality of the shed. The wood is very inferior in quality. Structurally the components of this shed are not straight rather curved at some places so it gets really difficult to get them alignment at tight corners e.g. lower corner between two walls of the shed. The wood quality is so bad that while installing it cracked at 4 places, so I had to use alternatives to overcome that problem. Nails: Most of the nails are rusted. I am talking about the nails holding the wooden slates on the side wall of the shed. Some are even sticking out and pose danger to someone who wants to install it. Instructions: I am not a DIY expert but if you are paying more than 250 gbp for a product, you do want to have a proper instruction manual. In this case there was a 3 pager instruction manual with inaccurate photos and missing instructions. Screws: The screws packaging do not have any label to tell you size but you can figure out that part using a scale. Overall analysis: I will never purchase any product from here as the overall quality of this shed was quite poor i.e. below standards. If you are a genuine buyer please do not purchase items from here as shed.co.uk needs to be fair and honest to their customers regarding quality and price. The worse part if that you pay more than 250gbp in my case it was around 270 gbp for utter trash.

We still haven't received our order. You don't answer the phone so we cant speak to someone. You haven't stuck to your promise on delivery. You have given me a date. In a word your service has been SHITE.

Do not buy anything from this company. The 5 year warranty does not excist. My log cabin is leaking at the window frames and the glass in the front doors are letting in water. Called customer services to be told it is because the timbers have not been treated. Its been treated twice inside and out with a clear preserve coat. Then I was told its because I have built it wrong. Tried to call their expert Clive to ask what I have done wrong so as to rectify the problem! But he will not take my calls. This company is a total joke. Clive is a total joke of a customer services manager, this man is their resident expert! In what ? Its not customer services anyway. Unless you want a pile of firewood do not waste you money with this company, very very poor.

I have been trying to progress an order which is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I have rung the company and their system puts you on hold and after a couple of minutes you are cut off. I have repeated this process several times all with the same result. I have even opted to try and place a new order on the phone, the same system and the same result. This does not inspire confidence especially when trying to place a new order let alone chase up an existing one.

"Not only has the shed been erected badly it was damaged in transit and I await a satisfactory outcome and reply to my last email " I have given up ever hearing now they have my money. Very poor quality and the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I recieved my order and then had to wait for call from a installer to arrange. I have paid for a service and expect to recieve it to that level i have paid for. 3days later i get a call from installer arranging time 8am and date 05/07/2017. I then called him as nobody has turned up i have took a day of work replanned my day around this day. The installer has the cheack to say im driving to london so i told him you booked with me he said im driving to london i will be in contact with your selfs and also will leave a review on trust pilot and also all over social media because tbis is unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the your expirience jurney and feel i made a worst mistake making a 3500 purchase with your conpany very unproffesional. I took a day of work lost money for day work i had to change my appointments for other family member who live with me they lost money for the day its just not on. After this feed back im sure you will ignore it or delete and take bo action once again you will make a mistake doing that as i will go to any extend to show of my expirience i have had from sheds.

Placed my order and they took the money from my account straight away. I waited a week and no contact so called and got passed from sheds.co.uk to the manufacturer and back again without them being able to find my order. Eventually got a refund but would reccomend these people to anyone as didn't get my shed!

Looks cheap. Not properly put together with too many gaps. I did spend 40 more pound to make it waterproof. Not recommended

Great early delivery. But on opening all finishing parts missing. Contacted sheds twice no response. Poor customer service.

Unhelpful staff say they will call you back and then don't I ended up with 2 summer houses and no base. poor quality wood and instructions rubbish, 2nd one just left on driveway Forest gardens who delivered are utterly useless keeping calling me to arrange delivery despite me telling them I had received it weeks later they call to get it back with no apology Shocking!

3 weeks in, still no shed nor any contact from the delivery company. Contacted the 'customer care team' about this a few times who advised they were out of stock (so why let me purchase it?!) but delivery would be "soon". 21 days in, meant to come within 14... Pretty annoyed. Should have taken heed of all of the terrible reviews of this company online.
