“I order and paid for a shed and weight for maximum delivery date15days. No communication or No delivery. I try to contact them 0845 number 3hours hold they making money on that way also. Absolutely hopeful no item no money yet. I take next step.”

“Ordered on the second of August delivered on the twenty fourth of August with the base missing. Unable to contact anyone as the working day had finished 16.00. Will defiantly not be using agin”

“my shed was due for delivery today 23rd august. I received a phone call on 21st August to say I will not receive my shed until 5th September. Meanwhile the cost of the shed has been debited from my credit card”

“I paid for installation as part of my purchase. Terms and conditions state that I will be contacted to arrange installation once the shed has been delivered. After 3 emails and nearly 2 weeks since delivery I'm yet to be contacted at r offered an installation date. I now want a full refund...terrible service”

“Shed is not worth the money that it stated on the website let alone what it said it RRP price was supposed to be at £499, Everything is flimsy, the shed felt is so thin, think in six months we will have to renew it. The double doors are again really thin and flimsy and the plastic windows.”

“Goods still not arrived after 4 weeks. Issue cited as "delay in receiving from supplier" despite item being listed as in stock and available on website at time of purchase. Customer helpline explained problem and hoped goods will be available for delivery by end of August.”

“Received a phone call from delivery driver to say delivery will be Friday, emailed Sheds on the Friday to see if they knew a time(couldn't get through on the phone after 5 hours of trying) to be told the table hadn't been despatched yet and they would give me a date when they had a ne. 3 hours later the table turned up!!!! 2 of the chairs were damaged with nails sticking out to which to driver said I'll mend them and proceeded to do so!? Then we're told there were no table legs, the driver rang the company and was told the legs would be with us either Saturday or Sunday. Monday came and no legs arrived. We wanted to furniture picking up and have a refund!! Couldn't get through on phones again. Uselss”

“ordered shed on buy now pay later, went through entire process to arrange delivery day some 3 days post purchase, took day off to wait for shed which never arrived! Utilised website to check on order and was directed to other company contact details. Company contacted, NO order found?, finally got through to Sheds .co.uk (after numerous attempts)who then stated that as it was a credit agreement it would take extra 5 days to process as stated in website (not unless you look for it). But women explained it had been accepted (money already taken from account) and would be processed that day, Should then have arrived following day, again did not turn up!Sheds .co.uk order cancelled .Staff rude !”

“Quite simply the worst shopping experience online I have ever had. No communication or order after 14 days (at which point my child's) birthday had passed, for which the product was for. Then following between 15-20 attempts to get someone on the phone and a larger number of minutes on hold, was told it wasn't in stock and it was their suppliers issue not theirs. Finally when I was able to ask for a refund another day later it was forgotten about. I then had to call and ask for the refund again. Only now a month later have I managed to get money back. I will never shop with you again and am extremely disappointed.”

“Extra delivery was paid for (Scotland) yet the morning of the delivery I had a call saying that it wasn't being delivered u til the next day. I had a joiner ready to build it (which I had to pay for) I rang the company and was simply told to 'just wait until the next day' very unhappy as now I have to wait 2 more weeks until the joiner has time to come back to build it.”

“MY shed was damaged on delivery at the top apex site.. which the driver told me about! On inspecting and talking with the builder who said he could fix it the driver offered me two containers of Cromar which I excepted for that damage, a few days later on the builder erecting the shed the opposite end of the shed was damaged quite badly also!!! the driver failed to tell me about additional damages and hid these panel on the bottom out of sight...As you can appreciate I've had to pay extra funds to the builder to mend this.”

“Just opened my package. I was suspicious by the size and weight of the box considering it contained a yard master shed. Apart from the 30,000 screws and fixings, the panels are only a little thicker than tin foil. Absolute rubbish. Packed back up and sending it straight back! What a joke”

“No where in your advertising do you state that non UK registered cards are not acceptable. I placed an order with my Spanish registered card, you initially accepted the order and then, some days later after taking the appropriate amount from my account in Euros decided to cancel my order, stating possible security breach. Firstly, you should not have accepted my order in the first place, most companies that employ this non UK bias at least tell you at time of order, secondly when returning the UK pound equivalent of the cost of the product I lost out on both exchange rate and bank charges. In addition we have written to your MD with no response We await, with interest his reply!!!! I expect this will be another servery that the bad feedback is either ignored or not passed on to the management and I guess no one will be bothered to respond and at least apologise!!!! A Leaver”

“Ordering was way. Delivery was a farce. Was given two dates didn't turn up on either day. Numerous calls had to be made. Eventually a transport manager called and got delivery at 6.30 pm. Accessories were missing so yet another call. Received txt to say parts would be here on the Tuesday. Didn't arrive, another call. They said leave it with them and they'd get back to me. Eventually got parts two days after scheduled delivery. Still waiting on return call from company. Very bad service and would not recommend them to anyone.”

“We went for a combo shed because we thought it was a good idea. Unfortunately the 2 halves didn't fit together and despite many emails to and from customer service, nothing has been resolved. We eventually sorted out a solution ourselves at our own expense and after lots of faffing and fiddling. Very disappointed. Do not buy one of these combination sheds. No one cared, we got a different answer every time. No one gave us a satisfactory solution or any acceptable compensation.”
