Ordered the shed and paid. Received a delivery date which was 3-4 weeks. Only when it didn't turn up did I have to call AND on a premium rate number! To be told they would call back and didn't, instead got an email and had to call again! Told to wait another 3 months so I asked for a refund and still waiting!! Would def not recommend!

Ordered a shed from this company but they could not deliver in the time frame I needed. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, Sarah (their sales adviser) claimed my money had been refunded already. As I had paid using paypal, I checked my account (No Refund) Contacted Sarah directly by email for her to explain where my refund is, and to date (7 days) she has failed to acknowledge any further mails. Appalling customer service, clearly backed up by lies to get you off their case. Have now reported them to Trading Standards.

Ordered ivy green summer house and I have recieved light brown. They also just dumped it all in front lawn and my partner had to try and carry it around the side on her own with no help offered. I would like to to know why it's not the colour I ordered?

Very poor service all round, I will NEVER use sheds.co.uk again. Tried to buy a bench as a Christmas present and explained to them that it was a present and I specifically asked them to checked it would be delivered before Christmas -they told me they checked availability and could deliver in 5 to 7 days. Suffice to say it never arrived. In January, I eventually got an admission from them that they didn't have bench in stock and that it wouldn't be available before end of month. I would give zero stars but that's not an option. Rubbish!

I ordered a shed from you, as your system is so antiquated you were unable to accept my French bank debit card, a problem I had never had before in 15 years, but instead of letting me know you failed to do so, I had arranged a delivery date for 30th December and when I telephoned to confirm I was told card did not go through. I tried to pay with another card which did not go through either. Not being able to understand this I telephoned the company and they told me there was no reason for it to be refused. I rang you back as was rather annoyed at this as my credit rating is excellent, we do not owe anyone any money at all, nor do we need to. I insisted the card was put through the system again and it went through. I decided that I did not want to deal with such an inefficient company so cancelled the order. This is the reason I have given this review a nil rating to make other customers aware.

My order was a present and was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I was asked to phone the delivery people who said their system was down and then wouldn't pick up the phone. I rang sheds.co.uk again only to be told there was nothing they could do and the delivery company were now closed until the new year. Rubbish service and I still don't know where my item is. You've taken my money though!

I order this before Christmas with a 7-14 day delivery. The company knew that they were closing down for the Christmas period and would not be able to meet this delivery time scale but continued to advertise their products on their websites with 7-14 day delivery. Very poor customer service. In 2016 the process of adding in holiday dates to website delivery dates is a basic Online practise. The company is either happy to deceive it's customers or just technologically inept. Very disappointed. And to cap it all they send me a customer satisfactory survey 5 days before they expect to delivery the product. Obviously no communications between any of their departments. I'm not holding my breath for a successfully deliver of the shed in early January.

Absolutely shocking customer service. My shed was left unattended on my driveway without me knowing, following an email from their courier company, informing me that they will not leave deliveries unattended without the customers permission, something that I never gave them. When I returned from work my shed was gone. Speaking to them there is nothing they can do so I am £300 out of pocket and without a shed either. Will never use them again

Never thought shed would be such poor quality it seems it is just a few re-arranged fence panels to make a shed. We had to wait a week or so to be ready to install shed and during which time it rained and the fibre board supplied for the roof got wet and it looks like it will now collapse with a massive sag in the middle. Overall it says it is guaranteed for 15 years as it was pressure treated so no need to paint. No need to worry about this as with a bit of a puff of wind during the winter it will all fall down. Not a great shed.

Everything! Delivered the goods that were missing items soaking wet. The particle board is appalling quality again unwrapped and damaged edges. Repeated calls made to get goods returned alternating between yourselves and your carriers. When you finally collected it after numerous calls you said it was incomplete !! Still awaiting refund after two weeks.

Non delivery. Over a week and numerous phone calls before got money back. You will be lucky to get any work from north Kent. Posted my displeasure on social media. Absolute rubbish company

Shed arrived without the window/fittings. I phoned straight away but had to wait nearly three weeks to receive the window. I phoned on numerous occasions and was told that replacement parts would normally be about 5 days delivery. This is laughable as to start it was not a replacement part as I never had it in the first place. I fail to understand how a piece of Perspex can take so long to arrive unless it was being delivered by a Donkey. I have no intention of using your services again and will ensure others do not do so either as the aftersales service was atrocious and not even 3rd rate.

Low quality was not really happy but needed one Windows where a nightmare to fit then had a bit of wind and they blue in and floor is bad quality for what I played I was not happy at all lessons to be learnt go to a place where you can c she first so never will I order again

You state on the website and customer services that you would ring to arrange a delivery date. This is not the case. I waited 3 weeks for it to be in stock then got a text from DX saying it would be delivered that day, without arranging it with me. I rang customer services and they put me through to mercia who then told me they do not arrange deliveries with customers and send the product out straight away and that they tell this to sheds .could. UK. They then said they would cancel the delivery and arrange another date. So when I ring back the next day to arrange a date they tell me it's been delivered to my neighbour without my knowledge or a note through my door. It's not like it's a small parcel it's a £ 400 shed. Not happy.

I ordered my shed; the tracking of the order was just a screen saying my order was due before X date. Once that date expired; it allowed me to send a query off that turned out my order had inexplicably been cancelled. I lost 3 weeks waiting for nothing and now the bad weather has arrived; I'm unlikely to be able to put a shed up this year now. Despite the order been cancelled, I still had to request my money back. I'm sure when orders go through fine; this company is fine but in this instance when it went wrong - it was a total disaster.

Buyer be aware, the sheds are balsa wood, shiplap 3mm plywood 1/2" frames and the double door work shed is basically a single door cut in half, its taken me three weeks to get a refund with the threat of court action seemed to do the trick. Item was not as described on the website, this shed had i installed it would not have seen out a winter!!
