I never received my gate and fixings. When ordered online I was given a confirmed delivery date. I took a day off work and on the morning of the day checked my order progress online to see that it said the order would be up to 28 days in delivery. On checking the website it clearly stated my product was in stock for immediate delivery. Rang Sheds.co.uk who told me to call another company. The other company said they didn't get the order from Sheds in time so it wasn't on for delivery today. Then added "by the way" the fixings were not in stock so my delivery would be at least 3 weeks. There was a clear week between ordering and delivery date but no-one called to tell me about any delays after I placed the order and received email confirmation of my payment and delivery date. I cancelled my order and got my money back but still left with having taken a day off work, no gate, and not at all impressed with their customer liaison.

I have still NOT received this item. I contacted​ the delivery company Mercia, and they informed me that my item would be delivered on Wednesday 3rd May. I took time out to wait for it. And intended the day they're and to say it's out of stock

Sheds.co.uk are part of a large organisation called Sixty stores who appear to just do the sales and marketing parts for other companies. So placing an order through Sheds results in the order being passed to another company, that of which you wont know who they are. That company may be responsible for delivering the item or they may outsource it to another company. Ultimately this structure creates a very frustrating experience, as Sheds.co.uk let me choose a delivery date which one of the two suppliers could not meet, which wasted my money and time as the builder didn't have the supplies he needed. The other delivery received was in a poor condition, with some of the shed panels wet and covered in mould, which meant I had to chase up Sheds.co.uk, then the supplier to provide evidence and arrange replacements. Definitely not happy, warn to stay away.

My summer house was delivered promptly, but apparently because of faulty loading, two units were broken and not acceptable. I contacted customer services the same morning and a returning e.mail informed me that the replacements were on their way to installation team. Despite numerous telephone calls and e.mails, I have heard NOTHING for a week. I had made arrangements for help to erect the unit which I have now had to cancel. I am left with units I am trying to store to keep dry which are blocking entrances. I am fed up with Sheds UK after service, and I will certainly not be recommending this company to others. At this moment I am still waiting. Will you please rectify this immediately, or I will cancel this order and go elsewhere and you can collect the entire summer house and refund my payment.

Item delivered with a broken piece, thrown onto our driveway and the stated delivery time of 5 to 7 days was three weeks later. One promised delivery date was a failure. Deeply unimpressed

I STILL haven't received my gate after several emails and after original delivery didn't arrive it was rescheduled and didn't turn up yet again! Very angry and want some answers!!!

It has been over four weeks now and our shed still hasn't been delivered. It just didn't turn up on the day I selected, when I chased, there was something wrong with the finance form. After apparently rectifying this, still no shed. Rang again, only to be told the same issue as before, so it hadn't been dealt with at all. Then told I had to ring the finance company, only for them to tell me they were not allowed to speak to me and had to speak to the store. Told this was all sorted and should hear from the delivery team. Two weeks later and I've heard nothing. Absolutely awful after sales care. I ordered from here because I could select a delivery date and it was fast delivery. Over a month of me being really understanding and calm (not getting angry on the phone at any point) to be met with numerous people who can't be bothered and/or trying to get rid of any responsibility. Not one person has helped by staying on top of it. I have no idea if this shed will turn up and I will never order from here again!

Ordering the shed was quick and easy but delivery is very poor. Ordered on the 10th April and was told we would get a call to arrange delivery 2 days later, no call so I tried to locate my order on the link, it didn't exist. Called Sheds who said they would speak to delivery company as they had messed the order up. Got an email confirming it had been sorted and I would get a call after 17th April, no call received, so I call Sheds who said they would check and call me back but they didn't. We called again and was told that delivery had been arranged with us on the 5th May, which it hadn't and we could not take that day off work. Still not delivered, hopefully it will arrive on12th May. Delivery should have been 3-5 days not 4 weeks.

Still havent received products. And nothing to inform me when I can expect. Companies, really shouldn't be selling stock they haven't got. When I purchased. I was informed that stock was available. Now 6 weeks on. Nothing. Not a peep. Really poor showing. A very unhappy customer. Who is 3 weeks away, from ordering 30 more panels. But not from this "company"

I purchased fence panels and was given a delivery date, the day before they were due to be delivered I received a call from your suppliers saying that the panels were out of stock and had been for 2 weeks and I should call you to cancel. After 4 attempts and been placed on hold I gave up. I rang your suppliers and they put me through to you, the order was cancelled, no explanation or apologies and then I get my phone bill for ringing your customer service on a premium rate number. All I would say is buy with caution from sheds .co!

The shed was faulty and very flimsy and parts were broken. Tried phoning them at 25pence a minute and left on the phone with no reply. Emailed the company to try and sort it out. customer service was a waste of time and sent them 10 emails and the only response for me to dismantle shed and they would give me a full refund. was not interested in paying me for having to pay a carpenter £100 plus £60 to dismantle. Had to contact credit card to get my money back. Finally sorted out today. Would not buy from this company again

Shed delivered on 30th March - ROOF MISSING! Was told by delivery man that this could be sent out next day. Contacted Forest manufacturers who was unhelpful telling me they'll rise a missing parts request but couldn't tell me when I will get all the roof parts . Contacted Sheds.co.uk to try resolve issue who said they'll call me back but instead sent an email stating I'll get the parts early next week. Multiple contacts with manufacturers and delivery came a week late on the Friday with only half of the missing parts being delievered. I now have to wait till Monday 10th April. I booked time off work to put up the shed as I needed it asap for storage as old shed dismantled ready to put the new one up. Extremely unsatisfied due to series of failings and the unhelpful attitudes of Sheds.co.uk, Forest and courier. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from Sheds.co.uk! UPDATE: Still missing parts as of 10th April. Courier said they haven't received them from Forest. Phoned both Forest and Sheds.co.uk and I'll they'll deliver them later this week... Complete and utter joke! Been such a dreadful experience for something that should be so simple :(

Placed order 17th March and payment was taken from my credit card.. No contact from company apart from an order acknowledgement. I sent an email 1st April enquiring where my order was. Received a reply 3rd April to say "I have contacted our delivery team regarding your order. They are expecting new stock the middle of this week. On receipt of this stock you will be contacted to arrange delivery". I was contacted by the supplier 5th April and earliest delivery date will be 10th April. That represents 24 days between order (and payment) and delivery. This is a very poor service.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Polite but ineffectual, uninformed advisors who trot out platitudes about why (23 days after ordering an item that still states 7 - 14 day delivery) we still have no shed. I placed the order on 7th March after a phone call that assured me it would be with me in time (I'm now told the lady was new and didn't know the process.....why wasn't she trained I wonder!) On 16th March I phoned to see why I hadn't heard anything and was told it wasn't on the system (this has since been denied as they supposedly put them on the following day). I then received an order confirmation from the manufacturer with 16th March as the order date....what a coincidence that it was the same date I chose to chase the order! The latest is that it is supposedly with the carriers....still no phone call or delivery date though surprise surprise. Dealing with sheds.co.uk has been a catalogue of broken promises via phone calls and emails. They even suggested that unprecedented demand (for a large metal shed!) had been the issue! That and many other empty platitudes whilst avoiding answering my questions. It has cost me a fortune in terms of time to contact, phone calls, a day's lost pay for my husband to put up the non-existent shed we were promised would be here, a lost builder who was booked in to help who is now on another job. Plus the fact that they took the money twice and it was only when I went overdrawn that I realised...I wonder if they would have ever told me otherwise...given the rest of the experience with them I doubt it. I now wonder whether Sixty Group means sixty days to delivery. I chose them on price and soooo wish I had paid the extra money (which has been lost in other ways) from another company that actually had them in stock for delivery. DON'T believe them when they say they are in stock....they deal with third parties and have no control over them. The ladies that answer the phone are pleasant and empathetic and have no knowledge or power whatsoever. I'm not one to complain or chase as a rule, and in fact should probably have been more forceful earlier in this process, although I'm not sure it would have made a difference, but this is honestly one of the worst ordering experiences I have had and I would strong advise everyone to think twice if they'd like to avoid the same issues we have had and continue to have.

Still haven't even received my shed. Which I booked to be delivered on the 9th of march. Have tried contacting the company by phone and email with no success. Just want to know where the shed is that i have paid for. So far terrible customer service.

Payment taken with order and delivery date agreed. Installation / delivery team then changed this to a number of weeks in the future. Order subsequently cancelled and refund promised within 3 - 5 working days. 7 working days later it has still not been paid, despite emails and telephone calls to office.

Very poor. Delivered shed without the fixing kit and when rang them up i was told it would be 3 to 5 working days for it to be delivered. So far i have a pile of firewood. Appreciate mistakes can happen but really need to improve there customer service or that of suppliers to rectify there mistakes quickly. Saying that it will take 3 to 5 days to send out part they didnt send in the first place is pathetic. Wouldn't use again.

Shed arrive with broken front panel. Arranged for replacement and was promised delivery for wnd of week. I organised for gardener to build at the end of the week and phoned for update to find hadn't even been built and would now not be sent out for another week.. Has cost me additional labour to build as had the reschedule works etc Not a great service or response
