Greenhouse arrived with several pieces damaged, large knot in the wood on end panel was broken completely through - contacted company right away and sent proof of damaged pieces, eventually the offered to replace but waited weeks for delivery (which I paid for even though it is advertised as free deliver). I had a joiner waiting to build the greenhouse so he bought replacement wood and when I asked for partial refund towards damaged item it was declined. Won't use this company again

I paid and placed an order in May 2020 it is now October and still not received my cabin. Am I ever going to get it?

Shocking customer service. It is obvious they do not care about anything but profit. Delivery was delayed twice and then it was delivered with the wrong Z brackets to support the roof. We are now left with a half erected shed, waiting for the replacement brackets to arrive, which they have refused to send by any other method than Royal Mail delivery. I pointed out that Royal Mail is taking approx 3 days to deliver at present but was told there is no other option. I asked if a courier could deliver the brackets and was told no because the staff need to go home at 5pm. I asked for compensation for all of our wasted time, which was refused. I asked for the shed to be collected and refunded, which was also refused - they will refund but not dismantle the useless half built shed. We are left helpless.

I am most disappointed with both your product and customer service. The expensive shed we ordered from yourselves should have been here within 3 months but it arrived 5 months later. Then when we booked the builder to put it up in our garden we were told it had been made with really thin and cheap fencing panels and it has holes in it! Then to see that particular shed is reduced in price really upset us. Our pleading with you to either refund or exchange went unanswered. It has been a very unpleasant experience and I will not be buying or recommending you in future.

Adley Chelsea Corner Summerhouse is very poor quality, timber is not suitable for the product, very thin. Leaked in all corners despite being erected by a competent person and given two coats of good quality wood treatment. Company do not take any responsibility and state no garden building is 100% waterproof. Hinges and handles are prone to rust and also poor quality.

Ordered a summer house with installation, been requesting an installation date for weeks now and still no response. Terrible customer service. I also see that they only reply to good reviews.

Purchased a summer house and installation in February 2020. The summer house roof fell off and back panel broke. Despite many attempts to get these issues solved the company have failed to sort it. This purchase was for a small children's charity and we have had to pay to repair it ourselves. Don't purchase anything from this company as it is very poor quality and terrible customer service.

The worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I bought a shed from them with a wooden base and also paid for installation of both of these. The shed was delivered to me as scheduled on June 28th. I was contacted a week later by the installations manager to confirm an installation date for the shed of August 11th. On the installation day I had taken an annual leave day so that I could be at home during the construction. I was contacted by the workman on the phone who said he had broken down a couple of hours away from me and wouldn’t be able to attend that day. I then contacted the installations manager who confirmed that the workman’s girlfriend had fallen down the stairs which is why he couldn’t attend. He said that installation could take place on the 18th August. I then requested the 18th as another annual leave day off work and on the 17th, the installations manager emailed me to say that the workman due to build my shed had called in sick but installation could take place on Saturday 22nd August. I had plans that I had to cancel on that Saturday. I waited in all day and emailed the installations manager to find out their whereabouts but no one showed up! I received an email from the installations manager on Sunday 23rd saying he would personally come and install the shed on Tuesday 25th August. On the Tuesday, (having had to take a third annual leave day off work) the installations manager showed up to construct my shed. However upon examination the felt on the roof was ripped in parts and had a few gaping holes. The felt at the back of the shed was all bunched together in an untidy fashion. They had done an extremely shoddy job. I rang through to sheds.co.uk which is near impossible to get through to speak to anyone on the phone and the lady I spoke to and corresponded with via email said that someone could come and fix the shed or I could get £85 as a gesture of good will. I said I should be entitled to both as I am a solicitor and two days annual leave for nothing so the money would compensate for that and the repair of the shed roof should be done because the product shouldn’t have been faulty in the first place. The lady said I could pick one and I elected for the repair to the shed. Through numerous contact attempts no one got in touch with me to arrange for the roof to be repaired. Having waited a couple of weeks, I contacted sheds.co.uk again and said I wanted the money instead. The initial lady I spoke to said it would take 3-5 business days to process. A fortnight later, I still hadn’t received the money and got pathetic excuses from sheds.co.uk such as the request hadn’t been sent to their accounts team yet. I sent a final email to them giving them a deadline date for me to have received the money otherwise if I hadn’t I would be taking things further and reporting them to trading standards. I finally got my money. The whole experience caused me a lot of stress. Avoid this company at all costs. They are not worth the hassle with poor goods, shoddy workmanship, bad communication with customers over the phone and email. Absolutely disgraceful and completely unprofessional.

I took the unassembled, damaged and poor quality shed for which I failed to get a refund to the local dump the other day and so am out of pocket for the shed and the van I had to hire. A litany of problems around delivery, service and installation and exhausted by the whole experience I decided it was best to start again. I have ordered a shed from another admittedly more expensive company but the service to date has been exemplary and finally I may actually have a shed in which to store my garden tools. Reading the section 'About Sheds.co.uk' on this page - I find it hard to believe that it is the same company I dealt with being described. I wish I had taken the time to read the proliferation of poor reviews about this organisation and I would have saved my time and money.

I made an order for a simple shed almost 3 months ago. Apart from initial order confirmation I have heard nothing since. No shed, no progress report, no excuses - nothing. Even making allowances for COVID related production issues this is very poor customer service. I am very dissatisfied! Can't fill the rest of the survey as I don't have a shed yet...

Avoid - can’t get through to customer service , no communication. Paid £200 for installation service run through them. Twice I have had to take time of work and they have have failed to turn up ! No communication

After ordering I sent an email to ask if I would be told in advance when it would be delivered, the reply read "We can confirm your order is with the Supplier. Due to this very unusual time, as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched the team will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable date for delivery." The next day I received another email stating "Thank you for your order. It is with regret that we have to inform you that we are unable to deliver to your location at this moment in time." I have asked why and had no response! I am so dissappointed.

The shed is great, but to get an instillation booked in is shambolic because communication is very poor. I wish I'd gone to a local shed provider, which is my advice to anyone reading this review. The flatpack shed just lays on the foundation while being weathered by rain. I still await an installation date!

Ordered a shed and install on 15 July, was delivered on time on 14 September ON 18 August i was asked for a deluvery date so they could book the install, I gave them this on 18 Aug Having chased for an install date i was eventually given one, this date subsequently changed 3 times sometimes within 24 hours notice and today the date they should be bere installing there is.no one here, so i chased again and was told oh sorry no they couldnt make it, hopefully Monday! Great delivery service but the customer service and installation side is the worst I have ever experienced

It’s a pity that you can’t write a review without awarding a star. This review is actually a zero star or even minus star. The installation management incompetence astounds me but is only trumped by the appalling customer support. Please do yourself a favour and give this company a very wide berth.

Do not order from this company!! Placed an order Mid Aug, I was advised it would arrive 4th sept, that day came and went, no email to say any delays I called I was then advised it would arrive on the 14th that day came and went I then called to chase this and was advised its going to arrive tomorrow its out for delivery, tomorrow never came nor did any of the subsequent days they said it would arrive, we are now on the 25th September 21 days later than my Pre order scheduled date. Customer services are rude and hang up the phone. Kept fobbing me off.. save yourself the hassle don’t order from this company.

Do not Order from them!!! Preordered a product in aug, was advised it would be delivered on the 4th sep, 4th sep came and went I waited..when I called they said 14th sep I waited. I chased them they kept fobbing me off saying it’s out for delivery going to be delivered tomorrow 25sep 2020 I’m yet to see any sign of my order. Save yourself from the hassle of awful customer service and responses.
