“Very disappointed. Ordered a shed, selected date for delivery and had a text cobfirming my delivery slot. Received a phone call saying there had been a mistake, delivery re-scheduled for a week later. I had to pay £250 to my shed erectorfor late cancellation. I know they are not liable for third party costs, but even my suggestion for them to throw in a couple of complimentary shelves was rejected.”

“Won't ever purchase from this shower again, and would strongly advise against anyone else thinking of ordering from this useless company. Installation service a complete joke! Earliest date for installation was 10 days after delivery of shed. Paid an absolute fortune and they never turned up! Will be seeking legal advice on how to get my installation money refunded.”

“Keep points: 1. Sheds.co.uk/sixty stores are a third party (they just pass your order on to a manufacturer so shop around) 2. Do not be fooled by the professional and high ranking google search website. The outfit is not properly set up behind the scenes to manage the demand they generate. 3. Pay by credit card and make sure delivery is promised within the timeframe by which you can claim money back. Terrible customer service experience. Demand for garden buildings is through the roof due to COVID-19 and the company desperately needs to invest some of that new income into employing staff to respond to customers. The website is still set-up to receive orders but do not expect to easily get any update on delivery and please expect long delays in shipping. A horrible experience. Thankfully the company who was responsible for manufacturing and delivery were reliable and professional.”

“Summerhouse rubbish so much wrong.Had to cancel joiner as waiting on missing and faulty parts.One week later still no joy .Joiner repaired and replaced faulty parts at a cost of 135 pound making it watertight.Shed walls are totally soaking inside as quality is so bad.Think I'll need to spend another £100 to dampproof walls.So cost £100 construction £135 missing broken parts £100 to make watertight as well as cost of summerhouse.Total garbage.”

“Absolutely awful experience buying from these people. Shed arrived with panel and perspex missing plus Damage to other parts. They couldn’t give a timescale of when they could make new replacements, so the order was cancelled. Then it was phone calls every day to see when it could be collected as they never called back after saying they would . Took slmost 6 weeks before it was collected and our money refunded.”

“If I could have given a zero I would have, the level of after sales your receive from this company is appalling, as you will see from the photos, myself and the company I purchased wood treatment from agree that this staining is from the hinges provided with the summerhouse, however this company say it is the treatment applied, if this was the case then it would be elsewhere on the building. I have been in touch with this company or refuse to offer any kind of reasonable resolution. What they have offered is to provide me with paint to cover the stain (only for the doors) and replacement hinges, this would mean that the doors would be a different colour to the rest of the building, I have advised if they are happy to offer me a colour oy my choice to cover the whole shed then maybe but not just the doors. They then said because I refuse this unacceptable offer of theirs that they would put this to deadlock, however they have not even followed that protocol as never received a deadlock letter which i need to take to the ombudsman. On the basis of the after sales, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company, quite happy to take your money and say about your 10 year guarantee, and this statement from their website is an absolute lie and and joke: At Sheds.co.uk we pride ourselves on excellent customer service but don’t just take our word for it.”

“Poor customer service and poor quality. I had to wait 8 weeks for the shed to be delivered and it arrived damaged. It took me another 10 weeks to get the replacement parts, after weeks and weeks of emails amd phone calls. I had never been across a company that is so low as this one. No empathy at all and no apology! I wanted to return the product and it wasn't possible because they first had to figure out where my replacements parts where. Several emails I had where saying that parts should be with me by Monday. They never where. I went through all the complainant procedure and I am still waiting to hear back from them. The only thing I wanted was to return the product and have my money back. Not possible. Don't be fooled by them too!”

“Spent £1000 on a shed that turned up looking cheap and flimsy. Delivery driver threw it onto my driveway and broke most parts then had no help though endless emails. Got replacement parts on the way but not offered any compensation for the inconvenience or attitude of the Delivery driver”

“RIDICILOUSLY BAD EXPERIENCE. my shed arrived with a broken window - took two months to get this rectified. To top it off, the installation team never turned up and left me stranded with an unusable shed - when I managed to erect the shed with a friend instead, it took two more months to obtain a refund - which still hasn't been processed. I would NEVER use this company again”

“Carrying on from my previous complaint regarding the shambolic attempt of fitting bifold doors to my summerhouse. I was booked in for the installation team to attend and rectify the issue on 13/10/2020. I booked a day off work to be at home, to enable the installers to gain access to my property. They failed to turn up, this was totally unprofessional and resulted in me losing a days holiday. This company is just a joke.”

“I was supposed to have my installation on Saturday. I waited in all day and no one arrived. I have emailed and phoned and no one is responding at all. I have now emailed their parent company Sixty Store Ltd to try and get a response. I get the feeling that the company has gone bust leaving me £400 out of pocket for the base and installation.”

“I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering. I have been waiting for installation and cannot get a date from them. Also ordered a base which has not been delivered. I have sent an email requesting cancellation of the installation and a refund for the base and instal. Nothing at all back haven’t even replied to my messages. Terrible customer services, I am going to report them to trading standards as not getting the service paid for. Would ask for anyone else in the same position to also report them.”

“Cheap rubbish. The doors didn't even fit. Absolute nightmare to erect basically had cut everything down to make fit. Do not bother with this firm totally unprofessional.”
