Ordered a 12 ft shed that turned out to be 11 ft 8 inches. Arrived incorrectly stacked on a pallet that collapsed when driver put his work saver under it. Had to unload it piece by piece by hand. When constructing it found 2 panels broken. We repaired them ourselves. When it came to roofing it we didn’t have enough felt. After days of phoning we eventually gave up and sent an email. They responded by asking for photos. When we enquired why were told they couldn’t be sure what type of felt they had sent. 11 days after sending a photo no response from them. We sent them another email. They claimed they had no photo. Eventually they found it and promised prompt action. Despite 2 more emails and another week of waiting no joy. No response to emails, impossible to reach on the phone, and the roof leaking. These people don’t believe in customer service. Do not deal with them. You will end up with cheap rubbish, be disappointed, and more frustration than anyone needs. Terrible company.

they took the payment quickly. We waited 10 weeks for the delivery. it arrived with parts missing and instructions for a different log cabin. They ensured that we would have the parts within a week AND would email the PDF instructions so that my experienced builder and I could put it together. We have been waiting THREE WEEKS for the amendment. No instructions have appeared nor the missing parts. The likelihood of getting through to the sales team is tiny - we have managed to get through 3 times in three weeks - and they pass details to another place. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately I can’t give a good review - I phoned my order through to make sure next day delivery was available, having been assured it was I ordered. Sadly 3 days later no sign of item and no way of contacting company direct. Hugely disappointed as we ordered this for a special occasion tonight. I wouldn’t use this company again.

After many emails I finally got delivery date. So excited as waited longer than stated. But no shed arrived. Tried ringing them all day with being told they are busy. Then to rub it in had my call dropped 12 times. Booked day off work to no avail. Don’t order if you want a shed. I want my shed that I payed for

Terrible service. Do not choose this online company for your shed. They took the order and passed it onto Woodland Sheds of Leeds. Who delivered without the glass for the windows. Sheds.co.uk (who are actually Sixty-six) are refusing responsibility and so are Woodland. So I have a shed with no glass in the windows.

Poor customer service, ordered 07/09/2020, today 10/09/2020 still no confirmation of delivery dates. Put in a customer service request yesterday to ask for an update. But nothing. Yes we are operating in strange times. I am guessing customer services are operating from home. But they still should be able to respond to customers! Also twice tried the phone number but it rang and rang for 5 minutes and then rang off - no answer. Poor. NGeorge

Started off by having problems with website so ordered two shed by mistake. Emailed to cancel one shed. However they tried to deliver second shed three weeks ago. Cancelled shed and was advised that I would have a full refund within 24 hours! Three weeks later no refund! Emails ignored, phone lines answered then put down. Disgusting. Now seeking legal advice re small claims court as they have my money and goods! Disgusting!

The shed turned up on time which was the best part about this order, the order was dumped by the delivery driver with no contact or even letting us know that it was there, he tried to argue that he had knocked on the door until i showed him the cameras on our house which showed him dump it an leave. The finish quality of the cuts and fixings were terrible, the windows were of a flimsy piece of plastic that could be cut through with a knife and the door had no heel supports which will sag over time. I would of had to rebuild this shed to be a satisfactory standard.

We placed the order in June and delivery was going to be 10 weeks, which was understandable due to covid. It was delivered last Thursday 27th August. However, the driver noticed a part missing. We eventually got through to the right person after long waits and bring re directed by different people. We also complained that one part was damaged and we were not given the correct instructions and we suspect more parts are missing. We still have not had the instruction manual. How hard can it be to send an email? Each week our children are waiting and the wood is being damaged left in the rain. No one answered our calls this week and they are closed on a weekend. We’ve paid £1000 for This is appalling quality and service. I would like a response on Monday from a manager with times and actions otherwise I expect a full refund and we can reorder from a trusted seller.

Ordered a summerhouse which arrived without any doors. 4 weeks later and still no doors and absolutely useless customer service. Avoid this company. I would have given a zero star review if I could!

WAITED 6 WEEKS THEN ARRIVED WITH NO FIXINGS, HARDWARE OR INSTRUCTIONS. TOLD TO EMAIL MY PROBLEM SO THEY CAN ORDER THE PARTS!!!! THEY ALSO FORGOT THE ALARM WHICH WAS ON THE ORDER. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. I HAVE AN EXPENSIVE WOODPILE NOW. GIVE THEM A WIDE BIRTH AND GO ELSEWHERE

I have tried contacting Sheds.co.uk to get help but they seem uninterested and very slow so I feel compelled to write a review in the hope that this might actually get their attention and also to provide a warning to other potential buyers! I purchased a "Groovy Garage" playhouse for my children on 27th May. I paid in full. The delivery estimate was 8 weeks (22nd July). This was to be a summer holiday treat for my young children. I received an email on the 23rd July from a company called Woodlands Sheds (also trading directly as Tiger Sheds) to say that, due to Covid, things were running late but delivery would be on the week beginning 10th August (perfectly reasonable and understandable). I was offered a delivery date of 11th August am and accepted this. My children counted down the days until their playhouse arrived and I took a day off work on the 12th to build it for them. On the 11th the shed did not arrive. I tried contacting sheds.co.uk by phone and got a message saying please email them and they would get back to me within a few days. I phoned Woodlands sheds who said they had realised a part was missing so they didn't load or try to deliver the shed. Neither sheds.co.uk or Woodlands sheds bothered to phone or email me to tell me the delivery was cancelled. My children spent the morning in the garden waiting excitedly for the delivery that never came :-( When I finally contacted Woodlands Group they offered no apology and said that they do not deliver to my part of the country often and it would be a further 3 weeks until they could deliver the Playhouse. I asked to speak to a manager and was out through to Emily Slater (head of deliveries team) - she stated that despite the situation they would not make any extra effort to deliver the product and simply said that it wasn't her teams fault that they didn't inform me of a cancelled delivery. She stated that there was no-one else I could speak to at the Woodlands Group/Tiger Sheds and that I had to speak to the Sixty Group who trade as Sheds.co.uk (the very same ones who don't take phonically and ask for you to email them!). She said that any delivery issues need to be addressed with them, despite the fact that the Woodlands Group/Tiger sheds had contacted me to arrange the delivery in the first place! They agreed to a delivery date of 1st September (14 weeks from order). This was confirmed on the phone and by email. Sheds.co.uk then emailed back to say that they could offer me a delivery date of 1st Sept (which I had already agreed). They did nothing to try and prompt a more timely response from the Woodlands group. I took a further 2 days off work on the 1st and 2nd Sept. to take delivery and finally build the playhouse. The delivery arrived on the 1st but the wooden mezzanine floor and all the wooden structures of the roof were missing. The delivery driver was hugely apologetic and said "this is happening all the time". He mentioned that the Woodlands delivery team have a Whatsapp group to share issues and he would send a photo of the delivery slip with details of the missing parts to the group so it could be sorted promptly. As usual Sheds.co.uk had no answer on the telephone and required an email. I reached the Woodlands group who said that the driver hadn't got back yet and (despite his photo to them) they couldn't do anything until he did. Woodlands have stated that they may need to manufacture parts if they are not already made and this could add a substantial delay. They refused to comment on timescale but said they were "99.9% certain that there would not be any replacement parts or action in the next few days". I now have 2 children who are, once again, upset and without their playhouse. They go back to school tomorrow - summer treat has not appeared! Sheds.co.uk have replied by email to say that they have asked the Woodlands Group to investigate - still no help! To be fair the pieces of the Playhouse that have been delivered are manufactured well and are of a good quality. Summary: - Shed parts still missing after 14 weeks (delivery estimate 8 when ordered) - I have had 3 days of holiday from work wasted - Sheds.co.uk do not ever answer the phone and are slow to reply to emails. When they do reply it is no help. - Woodlands Group / Tiger Sheds are hard to contact, offer no apologies and don't care about their delays and service I strongly advise anyone reading to avoid Sheds.co.uk, Woodlands Sheds and Tiger Sheds. The product is good when it comes but the heartache and effort is not worth it. Please go and support a local shed company, pay slightly more to someone you can see face to face and who will take responsibility!

Phone lines never answered . We had a couple of hours notice that our shed was arriving and no base arrived . Emailed 4 times but still no replay. I really don’t know want to do next !!! I know Covid has been an issue but this is Ridiculous

Shed arrived OK but had also ordered construction of the shed. Twice appointments were made and no one turned up. Customer service is dreadful. No one answers the phone and response to emails is very slow (if they respond at all). Have now requested refund at which point they have gone totally silent. Not recommended in any way.

Ordered a summer house in March during the pandemic, understanding that there would be a long wait for it to be delivered. We were delighted to get our delivery date for the end of July. Delivery driver arrived and brought it off the van and said oh there are no doors!!! He says I said I dont have them on my van you will need to contact sheds.co.uk. After sales care been an absolute nightmare. Blame game between the manufactureres and Sixty. Summer house of stock so no doors to get. How is this possible? Why would it be made without doors? Where are they? Date then given of the 27th August heard nothing unless I chase them. Impossible to get through by phone, emails constantly repeating the same excuses! Paid a lot of money for a summer house to lie ruining the grass in our back garden.

Shed delivered. No installs date. Been calling since Monday this week, each day I have had a promise that I will have a call back before the end of the day with a date for installation. Today is Friday and I have called again this morning and been robbed off with yet another phone call. Advised that I wanted to cancel installation and was told to email customer services. No word of an apology or explanation. Just had a call from the installer who had not even received the order. Absolutely disgraceful customer services. Once they have your money, they do not care

Adley pressure-treated shiplap shed. Very variable build quality. The two side panels were of adequate, square construction. However, the back panel looked as if a monkey had been let loose with a hammer and nails. It had been constructed very off-square, to the point where on one side there were some gaps between the cladding. Also the lip (which is supposed to overhang the base) was 20mm at one end and 5mm at the other. After a string of emails to customer services, they didn't replace the panel, instead advising me to go ahead and build the shed, and that it would "go into shape" and be "pulled together by the other panels". Against my better judgement, I went ahead with this, but now have a squint shed which I had to patch gaps in the roof, sides, as well as the original gaps between the cladding. The only panel they did replace was the front panel, which had been smashed in-transit (as the shed panels had been delivered horizontally on a flat-bed truck with other sheds piled on top). On the plus side, the screws were of good quality and plenty of them. However, in hindsight, I wish I'd bought some wood from a timber yard and built a shed from scratch, as it would have been much quicker, easier and cheaper. Based on Build-quality, customer service and delivery, I certainly wouldn't buy anything from this company again.
