Shed was made with the sides to long nails missed the wood it was supposed to be fixing or was split by the nail the even the over lap Panels were not overlapped in places leaving big gaps between them plus missing wood pieces and the floor is to weak to even stand on I had to get a carpenter to cut the sides down so they would fit to the base then add more wood to support the base and then fit hardwood over the base to hold any weight costing me about another £200 the customer services are next to useless saying it’s a diy project more like a how not to make a flat pack shed will never buy from this company again

10x8 summer house delivered by 1 person who due to Covid19 told me he had to unload by himself and to leave him alone, he would take a photo to show its been del...he left without any other contact.!! on looking at the Panels there was various damage on them and noticed poor finish on them-splits-nails not tapped in-split timber frame around windows etc. would have refused delivery if i had seen before he left. Emailed Sixty and then asked to send photos. Then more photos and list etc. Then seemed to have conflicting info from several different people...Anyway to keep this short...POOR QUALITY PRODUCT- POOR SERVICE---was offered £60 ?? or replacement panel that was the worst damaged !!

The doors supplied have twisted a warped when I contacted them for help all got was a run around and them telling me my base was not level I have been in the building game for over 30 years I think I can use a spirt level by now? A great same that this lack of after sales service let's down what is generally a product and no I am not happy with my treatment

very poor service from the start, was charged extra for Scottish delivery when i actually live in England, delivery driver was unpleasant, installation instructions were for a Mercia Vermont and not an Adley (similar summer houses but not identical) had problems installing, parts missing from pack (door lock,70mm screws)

Thank you for your unvitation to review your website and to be entered into a draw to win £100. Your website was perfectly ok, but nothing exceptional to shout about and I have to say I think more worthy of review will be the quality of the delivery and installation service, and the quality and build of the shed itself as these things will live with me much longer than the few minutes I spent on your website. Will you be inviting me to review these things and again offer £100 in the draw after my shed has been delivered and installed? Your practice of inviting review so early in the process does explain why the reviews accessable from your website are very frustrting in not giving much information about the actual shed, which is what I, and I'm sure others, want to see in reviews. Once my shed has been delivered and installed I'll be very happy to revisit this review and I hope awrd more than just one star.

I found the whole experience of using this company extremely difficult. They deal with everything via email so if you have a problem you simply cannot ring them, it’s a nightmare. The shed arrived on time but the lengths of wood were all the wrong size so had to be patched. The build instructions were very unclear and hard to follow. In the end I decided to pay to have the shed put right, but the workmen didn’t arrive, couldn’t ring! Eventually they arrived at gone 7.30pm when it was dark with no lights to be able to see. I would definitely not recommend this company they were awful. Oh and at one point they rang me to check the details ........ on my summerhouse!!!!!! I’ve never had a summerhouse. Awful and not worth the money.

When you make a purchase you do not get a confirmation e-mail of your purchase which leaves you thinking have they received the order which is very poor customer relations

My summer house was delivered about 4 weeks ago, but despite chasing regularly, no one has contacted me regarding when the summer house will be installed. No one will answer the phone and email enquiries are replied to with 'false promises'. Very concerned having now read some of the comments on this website.

Shed came damaged, split, sections did not line up, flimsy floor, emailed seller, they asked for photos and then never got back to me, a lot of money for rubbish, spent more time fixing the problems, won't be buying again from this company.

I'm the contractor for a client the summerhouse its self looks like it has been put together quickly with no care in the factory there is wood split from the nail gun used and the corners don't line up without adjustment cuts.

I placed an order with this appalling company on 1st may for a summer house and have had nothing but hassle since. It took 3 months for them to deliver and when they did only half of my order arrived. I was assured that the rest of the order would come the following week, it did not. In the end I arranged for them to collect what they had delivered as I had no confidence in them keeping their promises. I am still waiting for a refund despite having sent 16 emails over the last few weeks, I have received no reply to my last 3 emails and am now having to take things further in order to get my money back, £539 in total. I cannot stress enough that you AVOID using this company, they have appalling customer service and do not attempt help you, and they are extremely reluctant to refund your money when they are in the wrong.

I ordered my shed a few days ago and & they've taken my money. That's my entire experience of sheds.co.uk so far. I've been asked to review the shed 6 weeks before its been delivered so its just 1 star so far (for taking payment, well done). Now that I'm thinking about it, i still havent received any confirmation of my purchase, information about the shed or any sort of delivery instructions. I might need to reconsider the 1 star rating for being too high at this early stage!

I received the wrong shed and also missing shelves in July 2020 and over two months later I have not had this resolved. The only responses to emails (their preferred method of contact) is they will get an update. I suggest you look somewhere else for your purchase as when things go wrong Shed.co.uk will not help. I question all the positive comments.

Sheds.co.uk are complete RUBBISH and a total JOKE . My advise, don't buy a shed as the customer service is the worst I have come across with a delivery service which is even worse for the following reasons: 1) No warning of delivery date/time. Just turned up unexpected. 2) Delivery driver decides to drive over bag full of materials, and Sheds only offer a miserable £20 for damage and clear up mess. Driver can't see what is affront of himself. 3) Wrong and missed items of the order of the shed in particular felt which is too short in length and missing infill panels. 4) No compensation offered for missing and wrong parts, lack of customers service and still awaiting after four weeks for these parts. Even Initially refused to send extra felt and items and then I had to argue to get parts sent. 5) Called everyday, no one picks up with calls dropped and no one calling back. Eventually you get through and staff offer no goodwill knowing they are the party responsible to cause all these issues, causing leak and damage to materials in the shed. Communication via Emails are so slow to respond. 6) Promised missing or parts would arrive on 14th September and nothing. No follow up. 7) Trying to raise issue with the Director and again no response. 8) Can't count how many hours I have spent trying to get through to someone 9) Customer service put the phone down as they are not willing to listen and accept responsibility for the mistakes. Discussing level of customer service and lack of compensation for the inconvenience caused. In conclusion, happy to take the money and show no remorse or compensation if you have problems. The mark of the company which is totally rubbish which customer service at the bottom of the pile and lack of goodwill when they are wrong. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS WITH NO ETHIC OR PRINCIPLES. AWFUL SERVICE. NOT SURE HOW PEOPLE CAN RATE THIS COMPANY. Coming up to 4 weeks and still have a shed with no roof. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hi, Thank you for your review.  We are sorry you feel this way.  I can see that you did have issues with the delivery due to a minimal amount of sand falling out of your sandbag onto the delivery team's truck step. You were refunded £20 for this inconvenience. Anything which is missing or damaged and the customer would like to keep the product, we do send out replacements in line with the Terms and Conditions agreed at the point of purchase. We do not send replacement parts, aswell as offer compensation. This has been explained to you by a number of advisors.  I can see the replacement parts were requested on 3rd September and are being delivered to you on 17th September. From the images you have sent through, you do have a complete roof and you are missing 3-4 inches of felt and a barge board. From the comments at the end of your review, this seems to be incorrect. If this is the case, please email us as soon as possible. Please note we are still waiting for images of the leak and your damaged belongings, please also send these through to us.  We are sorry you remain deeply unhappy.

After 8 weeks still no shed. No info about delivery, Promised a call last week to arrange delivery, no call. No phone number, no person to person contact at all just email. Buy elsewhere

1 star too many they don't deserve the 1!!!! Awful, Awful, awful!!!! DO NOT USE THEM if you value your time, money and sanity its a daily issue dealing with them right now! They don't answer the phone they dont take any responsibility but they take your money very, very quickly!! Full of excuses no support, reassurance or accountability. The lack of communication is terrible and its too many different departments involved. I find it laughable but very apt that Sheds are only responding to positive reviews on here when it may be an idea to look deeper into customer service because they and Sixty-stores are terrible at it! Noone will take responsibility for the monumental rubbish that is this business!

I placed an order for a Stour 4.1m x 3m Lanarkshire log cabin in June and was told deliver would be towards end of August but would be contacted nearer the time to arrange exact delivery date. Despite numerous emails, each generating a 'ticket Reference', nobody got back to me, despite a supposed 48 hour response time. I have telephoned numerous times, each time the call is answered by an automated response, so no look actually speaking to a real person. On three occasions I did speak to a customer service representative, however despite promising to investigate why the order has not been delivered and get back to me, they never do. I have given them ample opportunity to sort this situation out, but nobody seems interested to assist, so much for riding themselves on good customer service.
