BUYER BEWARE !!!! THEY DON'T MAKE SHEDS ! POOR COMMUNICATION, BROKEN APPOINTMENTS NOT INTERESTED ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CASH Read on if you are thinking of buying. I am so disappointed with this company, reading all the reviews I expected good service, I now suspect that these reviews are false. I ordered my shed 2 months ago and got a delivery date, I emailed them 2 days prior to confirm the date and explain that I needed to take time off work to receive it, the delivery date was confirmed. I took the day off work and waited all day, no shed arrived, I contacted sheds .com who put me through to woodland sheds, this was the first time I was informed sheds .com don't make sheds, they sub contract them out including the delivery. I spoke to Garath at woodlands sheds who was no help what do ever, he told me my shed was still in the depot and would not be delivered, he did not want to know just said take it up with sheds .com who were now closed. The following day I phoned sheds.com and was told someone would phone me back, I was at work. Nobody phoned back I had to call them and was then told the shed was being delivered at 12 mid-day, they knew I was at work as I had told them. I was allowed out of work early due to the heat in our office and expected to see a shed dumped outside, it wasn't. The shed then arrived at 4.00 but the driver explained that the strap holding the shed to the pallet had broken so the shed was in bits in the back of the van, I then had to help the driver collect all the bits and carry them across to my house, some of these had been damaged. I phoned Sheds .com again and explained the state of the shed, they weren't really interested, I asked if they would be willing to compensate me for the loss of a day's work and for the damage to the shed they just said NO On the plus side the shed does look ok for the money apart from the damage which I will have to fix but I would not recommend these to anyone. Awful customer service bad attitude, poor communication . I am seeking legal advice.

Ordered a shed on 24th May, received invoice but heard nothing further regarding delivery of seven weeks.. Rang this week to be told despatch team hadn’t got order, someone will call me back. They didn’t so rang again to be told order was only placed that day (14th July) explained that no, they’ve had money since 24th May, said they would speak to despatch team and call me back. No call back so rang again to be told that order has to go over to deserve team and I will receive a text later that day (15th July ) or this morning with a deapatch date. It is now 17:16, no call back, no delivery date, no text message. We try to support smaller businesses however the time and hassle in doing so isn’t worth paying more money for when I can click and collect elsewhere. Wouldn’t mind but it’s only a 3x5 shed as it is so not like it takes a lot of wood!!!! Fuming!!!

First when I received the summerhouse two panels where totally damaged, maybe a nails was out and scratch the wood (nearly went through). They must be used to as they offered to send new replacement board (1 month before to deliver) with a video showing how to replace it. So it must happen often, so get ready not to receive a damaged shed or summer house. Then I received 4 board to to the felt but all cut the same way so one side is curbed on the bottom the other flat. I received only one side of the locker, so I can't close and secure the summerhouse and had to by a new one. All together, even if they send me £60 compensation, it cost me a lot more to fix it all. If you ordered it already, don't book a handy man in advance. First check your product so if you need to return it, you don't waist you £££. Very disappointed especially coming for a company like this. I just stopped all my family and friend to use them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Possibly the worst company we have ever had dealings with. Incredibly unprofessional and hard to get hold of. We ordered a shed and waited two months only to be told on the day of delivery the company had made a mistake and forgot to order it. They then made us wait another week, then told us the delivery driver was sick and wouldn't be coming. Eventually they delivered the shed, but it's not even the shed we ordered. It's a different model. We asked for compensation and they have flatly refused, instead they offered two random wooden planters which we turned down. When the delivery came the planters were on the delivery anyway. They tried to palm us off with some pointless planters rather than actually fulfil their service obligations. They are a shockingly inept company and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

The website itself works fine, however the entire experience of purchasing a Forest Garden shed has been dreadful to say the least. Close to 50% of the items were missing including the roof and various door strips, which still haven’t all arrived over a month later. The shed installation was booked so they went ahead and put the shed together without the roof and door and I still had to incur the full installation cost. The quality of the materials and workmanship are poor and the floor arrived damaged and many nails not secure. I’ll incur additional costs as a result of a second installation needed to complete the roof and door etc. once all the missing items arrive. I’ve escalated this to the Forest Garden Customer Services Manager with an email including photos and other evidence and haven’t heard back despite being repeatedly told he had received the email and would respond last week. If you’re thinking of ordering a Forest Garden shed via this website, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve made about 7-8 phone calls to customer services and had to send numerous emails to try to get the missing parts without any luck so far and the initially delivery was almost a month ago. I’m left with a shed without a roof and a door after spending over £330 on it.

Pent Shed bought last July the worst shed ever took a 30 year old shed down to put this up wish I had never bought it panels and door splitting!! Been told because of our weather would not happen in Sweden !! I live in chesterfield offered to sent a couple of new panels asked would they be sending more when others split and was told coat it every 12 months ? was done in July 20 with treatment bought with shed 25 pounds on top of shed nearly 400 pounds do not buy waste of money made to last 10 years not a chance I don’t think this will go on sheds.co.uk because it’s web site will not let you

Shockingly bad!!! I would never (attempt to) use them again and would advise anyone else against it too. After eventually managing to sort out their weeks-early attempt to deliver part of our order, when the actual delivery date arrived, I phoned to check about the time and was told that the main part of our order hadn't processed at the warehouse and it was not being delivered. Having been offered a polite but empty apology, I requested a full refund and the collection of the part of the order that they had managed to deliver. I'm awaiting confirmation of that now. Maybe I was just unlucky, but it was enough to convince me to never go near them again and, rather than recommend them to others, I can only warn against ordering from them at all. The shed itself might be great, but we'll never know and will be sourcing one elsewhere in the near future.

Full items didn’t arrive had to then chase a number of times to try and get the remaining parts, the wood was really warped, tried to get them to resolve but just got a poor response (pretty much saying wood does warp) would NEVER order from here again and DO NOT recommend buying from this site, so disappointed

Beware, poor quality product and bad customer service. I bought the Rowlinson 6x3 shed in September 2020, once built I thought it was very of very poor quality, build and finish, with gaps in the door and walls. fast forward to may 2021 the wood panels in the door have split open, I contacted sheds.co.uk and after 2 months of constantly having to chase them up I was told as we had not painted the shed within 3 months of ownership the 10 year warranty was invalid, we were not told it needed to be painted to validate would be protected for at least the 1st year of use. I feel this product is not fit for purpose and hasn't even lasted 8 months never mind 10 years. Do not waste your money, products and customer service very poor.

Ordered a shed on 11th June, chased my order on 2nd July to be told it was out of stock (was showing in stock when ordered), and they do not know when it will be available. I was offered to order an alternative, but lost faith by then having not been informed of the situation and the shed had been paid for in full. I ordered a shed from another internet store, delivered in 5 days, and was kept informed of my order. Unimpressed with Sheds.co.uk

Placed the order and paid but has to contact them after 25 days to check the status of my order. Was told they didn't have the item in stock, despite their website clearly stating it was available. Would highly recommended not using this shambles of a company.

AVOID. AVOID They gave us 24 hours before delivery, I needed to cancel cause away from home but despite texting and emailing they still delivered. A neighbour kindly took it in, when she’d was made up we noticed a dent in roof and sides all scuffed. I contacted customer service and they as good as said it was my fault for taking it in, I had no choice I wasn’t here. I would NOT recommend this company their after service is appalling. AVOID at all cost

Extremely poor customer service. The sales process and delivery is fine but if you have any query about the product or fitting instructions they are a complete waste of time. Do not believe their claim of "expert advice". Their "customer service operatives" are clueless about the product, contradictory, unhelpful and even put the phone down if you question their quality of service. On the basis of my experience I would not buy from this company again.

Request for review of website sent before I have received a receipt or any acknowledgement of my purchase, let alone delivery - it has now been 3 days and although the money has been taken I have had no confirmation of receipt or any email confirming that my order has been received. I would be more concerned about your customer service rather than if your website is pretty. How can I possibly answer your questions

I ordered a Rowlinson Premier 10 'x 8 shed on April 16 with a 14-28 day delivery. I have received an automatic confirmation without a delivery date. I contacted the office by phone and was told the delivery would be on time and that I should wait. After 4 weeks there was no message so I called again; I was told the company was having problems and I could either order another one or wait until mid-June for Rowlinson to fix the production problems. At that time, the raccoon prices were very expensive so I decided to wait. It is the end of June and I called again, although it took a few days because no one answered, the Lord in the office promised to settle the matter and give a sign by Friday 25 June. Today, June 26, there is still no news. I do not recommend SHEDS.CO.UK. I find them incompetent, difficult to contact and disrespectful of clients.

The customer service are ok, but the company itself is one of the worst. Pieces are damaged, a whole one side of the shed was not included, no hardware were included (nails,..etc), very bad quality of wood (unsmoothed and spiky, can stick into your skin easily even using gloves). highly priced, and when you contact them for the missing piece they won't send any, niether help you even (they offer a stupid low amount of money that can buy nothing for the missing side and damaged pieces). Took a while for a refund (almost 2 months now and did not get the refund yet) and hopefully I will be refund the whole payement. This company is one of worst. Should be closed.

We had delivery of our shed after initially the wrong order was delivered - On erecting the shed was appalled at how flimsy this was and how many splits and open knots where day light comes through, emailed a number of times to receive this reply "All timber will expand and contract according to its environment. As a result of this expansion and contraction, it is very common to see splits and cracks developing in the wood Splits are common during the Spring and Summer months as the wood begins to dry out. The outer surface dries first and contracts, contracting over a still expanded core of the wood. The result of this is that splits and cracks appear along the grain of the wood. These splits are not a fault and do not affect the structural integrity of a product. They are simply a part of the how timber product responds to their environment." Total rubbish - we have a soaking wet shed when it rains

I’ve yet to erect my shed but I won’t be buying anything more from Sheds.co.uk. After purchase I was told delivery would be between 07:00 and 22:00 which is ridiculous. I was sent an e-mail on the day at 05:31 which not surprisingly I didn’t read, stating a delivery slot between 06:30 and 08:30. It arrived, having woken us all up at 07:15. Not a happy bunny.
