“Ordering/delivery was fine, but the workmanship was poor, door had to be cut to fit! The shiplap didn’t line up with other panel, bits too short and wasn’t even fixed to the shed! Company wasn’t helpful via email. Would not use company again.”

“was looking at a shed, went to look at finance options and received an email telling me I had ordered a shed. All I wanted was to see the options and the site automatically orders you a shed. Completely rubbish and somewhat dodgy.”

“So the pictures look great on the website. But nearly a month has gone by and nothing! I’ve chased their call centre 3 times and they don’t reply. So I’d recommend using a different company.”

“The shed was delivered when it stated however that has been the only positive. Parts were missing - the ridge bar and the capping felt. When I contacted Sheds.co.uk I was advised that it could take up to 10 days to receive the missing parts! The ridge bar arrived within a couple of days but I am still waiting for the capping felt and have had to send another email asking when it will be delivered. I was offered a £20 refund for the inconvenience which also has not been forthcoming. To say I am very disappointed with the customer service is an understatement and I still have not got a complete shed!”

“The shed is appalling it has sap coming out everywhere and the wood is splitting. Not safe for children at all. Delivery was cancelled and then I heard nothing for months and months until I kept chasing them up and when the order did arrive it was the wrong size they took full payment and sent the smaller size and the wood panels are all different sizes so nothing fits correctly.”

“The shed we purchased for our daughter is really flimsy. My husband has put up lots of sheds but he reckons this is the worst one out of the lot. The floor is so thin that he's having to put a replacement floor on top of it save anyone falling through. Wouldn't buy from this company again.”

“We ordered a Summerhouse from Sheds.co.uk, it was delivered no problem and installation had been paid for as part of the price. We were contacted by the installation company who booked us in and then didn't turn up on the day - not enough work in our area - they said they told Sheds.co.uk but no one told us ! So we called sheds and they said no one was available until December, original fit date was the 22nd September, the shed was ordered in July and delivered 1st September ! We went ahead and arranged it ourselves in the end. However there was a length of wood missing and the doors would not close, so our workman had to do quite a bit of DIY to make this work. I wouldn't recommend.”

“Very disappointed in the quality of the shed I received, my builder has had quite a difficult job on his own putting it together, parts were missing and we had to go to B & Q and get some pieces to make it more sturdy. I appreciate you exchanged the larger shed rather than the 6 x 4, the larger size 8 x 6 is a better size so thank you for that.”

“Don’t waste your money. Better to wait until better times. Poor construction if this shed. Really poor tolerances in design. Over priced Can’t give less than 1star sadly!!!”

“Absolute Joke!!! Worst customer service I have ever came across…… Ordered a 8x6 summer house August 6th 2021 + Paid an extra £250 for installation with a 3-4week delivery time. I then received an email saying upon delivery I will need fill in a check list and BOOK IN ANOTHER time / day for my summer house to be erected. This can take upto 2week…. We’ll closest day available was 22nd September… almost 2 months later. Anyway, Nowhere does it state this in the website !?!? After hours waiting on hold average time of around 20mins, to be told to email instead because it’s faster apparently….. despite just wanting to talk to a human instead of raising a ticket for such a simple thing…. I explained I did not want my summer house left in bits in my garden for a month as it will get damaged due to other renovations going on… I asked them to book a date of delivery and installation as close together as possible and it took them 3 attempts to get it right !! As they kept texting me random dates they were delivering my goods and I had to contestant call to tell them to question what an earth they are doing sending me random dates through via text !? September 17th….. finally the goods have arrived. Except one thing….. they have me 2 different colours of felt. I am advised to email them again and that it will delay the installation date……. Waiting to see how they resolve….. wish me luck.”

“Went for the Adley 6 x 8 overlap shed. Very poor quality overall, to name some: Cheap and flimsy materials used. Poor base. Side panel bows slightly. 3 of the small front panel cladding boards were split. Will have to add some more felt as I don't think the felt supplied will stand up to strong winds. I have added wood myself to make the shed more sturdy. Ideally should have asked for a replacement but had demolished 2 other sheds for this one and needed to house the things I needed asap, couldn't wait another 4-6 weeks. Was a lower end price shed but would still expect better quality than this. Would not recommend !!!”

“The shed was delivered on time, which was fine but when we came to assemble it we discovered that you had in fact delivered two end panels and one side panel instead of two sides and one end. When we phoned up we were more or less told it was all our fault we should have checked the parts when it was delivered. Shouldn’t some check the parts as they are loaded. A replacement panel is on order but I can’t get a delivery date out of you. You’ve already cost me an additional days labour. No not happy at all.”

“I am very disappointed with the quality of the shed. Wood split when putting the nails in we had to use screws in the end. Bracket for fixing the roof was missing(managed to get a replacement). Some of the pieces of wood( which were delivered with no packaging) didn't fit and were different lengths, again we managed to replace. Not enough felt for the roof. The instructions were in an opened plastic envelope and were wet so very difficult to read.”
