Summerhouse delivered on time with a very helpful driver. Unfortunately the back of the summerhouse cam in two pieces and each of those pieces were not square meaning there was quite a gap between them because of this. Also there were a number of splits in the wooden slated panels and on the front of the summerhouse two of the bottom panels were a completely different colour to the rest and look really odd. This was not a cheap buy and clearly there is a real problem with quality control. There was also overhanging pieces of wood on the side idol frames meaning that the corner strip could not be fitted until they were trimmed down. All in all would not recommend.

Order placed 31/03/21. Chased after 2 weeks and was advised that the shed was out of stock. Suggested i pay more for a different version which i did. Heard nothing for 2 weeks - chased again. On 26/04/21 was advised that the other shed was also out of stock. Requested a full refund. No refund after a week. Chased again 5/5/21. Received apologies and assurance. Full refund was finally received on 11/05/21. The only positive thing about the experience was Ben in Customer Services who was apologetic and responded fairly quickly.

Purchased a summer house for over £1500 online from Shed.co.uk. The call centre in the sales department are very helpful and friendly. However, when it was delivered the quality of the summer house was terrible!!! There were large nails protruding dangerously from many of the parts, the doors to the summer house had large scratches on them, the wood was not cut properly and was rough and uneven. There was even a piece in the middle of the veranda which had been attached the wrong way round and looked stupid. It was clear that no care at all had been put into making it. We contacted Sheds.co.uk by email and sent them pictures of all the affected parts. After numerous email exchanges, it was clear that they weren’t at all interested. Their replies sometimes took days, they repeatedly asked the same questions. They offered £65 in compensation which we refused – their justification was that from the pictures the damage appeared to be cosmetic and not structural. I explained that this was incorrect and also irrelevant as the summer house was a decorative and functional feature anyway. I asked for the affected parts to be replaced (which I thought was very reasonable), which they refused, stating they could not collect the summerhouse or replace any parts. Their emails never gave a name of a customer service advisor and did not give a reference number for the complaint. I asked to escalate the complaint and speak to a manager but this was refused. I had no choice in the end but to raise a claim through Paypal (with whom we had paid, thankfully). Lo and behold, after raising this claim we had a reply from the company immediately through Paypal. They were obviously very irked by this action as they then stated they would collect the summerhouse and issue a full refund, and refused to discuss any other possible resolutions with us. The summer house has now eventually been collected and we have had a refund. I have no doubt that this would not have happened if we had not paid through Paypal however. Terrible company, non existent customer service and terrible quality of sheds/customer services. Having read other reviews now, our experience appears to be a regular occurrence. I suspect that the positive reviews on here and generated by the company/staff etc.

Shed ordered 09/05/21 Paypal receipt but no actual order confirmation received from the company. I also emailed to request detailed dimensions on the same date to allow me to build a base for the shed prior to it arriving and the email that came back assured me that I would receive an answer within 2 working days. I have still not received anything or even if my order is being processed and am considering cancelling my order as the lead times for sheds is long enough without knowing whether or not I am actually going to get mine or not. This is a review of the company rather than the item I purchased as at this stage I don't know if I have actually purchased it or not

I bought a Forest Garden shed via Sheds.co.uk. It arrived within the 6-8 week delivery time. The quality was terrible, the panels were flimsy and some cracked. The cutting was poor, the back panel and the back plinth rested on each other only on the sides, there was a 2cm gap in the middle. One or two of the panels had patches of rot, so soft I could push my thumbnail into the wood. The "windows" are extremely flimsy plastic that a child could push through without much effort. To make matters worse I then saw the identical shed in Screwfix for about £100 less. Even at that price it had terrible reviews on the Screwfix website. Avoid. I have asked them to take it away and give me a refund

The worst company ever! Ordered a 1500 summerhouse 1/2/21 with a 2 week delivery time. House arrived 29/4/21 or should I say the frame no windows, told to call and check on delivery, told arriving 5 days later by dpd to avoid damages. 11 days later nothing call the company to be told glazing not even in stock and to call back end of month for date of arrival. So we have a summerhouse built partially painted. Raining drenched floor and not knowing when it'll be finished. Called 12 times today and was either cut off or phone put down on us when we explained. Stay well away.

The website , is easy to use, however if u need to re edit an order I found it wouldn't let you do it! To reedit the order u have to delete that said order and start again!, Customer service seemed nice. However they made a mistake on delivery and treated me badly!, Spoke to me like rubbish!. bad points are when it comes to delivery they only have two allocated days to deliver to my area and do NOT compromise on changing these days, which makes it pretty hard to take delivery if u work them days every week and cannot get any time off for months!, Cannot answer the rest of the review as I have not taken delivery due to the above problem

Do not use this company they sell you an installation service which uses emails as a point of contact and has no number. They emailed me night before saying they couldn’t install after I had taken time of work and travelled 300 miles. subsequently they have cancelled my installation so I am stuck with a summerhouse in my garage they won’t compensate for the inconvenience and refunded the installation cost and told me to find my own installer which isn’t a simple task. Buy somewhere else as same products are cheaper else we’re

I originally purchased a Shelter Logic Carport in March 2020 but by 7 months the fabric was shrinking and tearing on the support structures in places. photos were sent to Sixty Companies customer Services and Naomi was initially very helpful in telling me what to do, my son took photographs and sent them to her. Jenny told my son the company was not responsible for purchases 'error', of which there was none and they were told that. It is now 12 months since purchase and the company has done nothing to remedy the problem, or even keep in touch on any progress from Shelter logic manufacturers. One can only conclude this is a company that do NOT honour the proffered guarantee arrangements and the generally accepted trading standards of the UK.

Ordered the shed on 27th March 2021. Delivery booked for Saturday 1st May 2021. Stayed in all day waiting for the delivery. Nothing. No phone call, no text, no email to say you're not delivering today, so I've had a wasted day. Tried phoning. Office hours only. Tried pressing the "Where's my order" button on the website. Was expecting a new screen to pop up and ask for my order number, but that doesn't happen. If you're going to make claims on your website (www.sheds.co.uk/care) about how good your after sales service is you need to live up to it. Let's see how good your remedial action is. So far all you've done is taken full payment. Extremely disappointed.

Diabolical. My 85 year old Mum bought a Loxley Corner summerhouse in January 2020. They fitted it in the dark! The doors never shut and warped out of shape. The windows have dropped and there's a gap plus won't open. After repeated emails replacement doors were sent in October. Fitters never came despite several appointments. In the end we had to pay someone else to fit them. No window beading in new doors. On top of the original cost of the summerhouse plus fitting it's cost another £250 so far to rectify the issues. Sheds has not offered any compensation whatsoever. Customer service have always been polite and the replacement doors were delivered. The product is however substandard as was the fitting and follow up service. Despite several additional emails to Sheds there's still no response! They stopped replying! Emailed again today!

Ordered a bike shed and base on a Monday. Absolutely no communication after that. The base was delivered on Thursday so I emailed for an eta on the bile shed to have an email back saying it is out of stock. I’m not happy that it took myself to email to find this out. Full payment has been taken even though the shed isn’t in stock. No happy, poor communication
