The worst shed I have ever seen. Cheap nasty materials, awful customer service. This company shouldn’t be trading as their products are appalling quality and not fit for purpose. After just a few weeks the roof is bowing, the panels are twisting and splitting and it is soaking wet inside. Total waste of time and money.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I bought a 7ft by 3ft shed. In the specs it said it was actually 6ft 7inches. I received it today and it is actually 6ft 3inches. apparently they round up to 7ft for ease. No help from customer service. Just told this is the correct product. False advertising!! Panels also have damage.

Totally appalled at the lack of customer service waited in all day for my shed to arrive as arranged but nothing delivered no phone call tried to contact no call back had to chase , then nothing until I re contacted after a weekend never have a revived a reason or apology or reason Poor

zero communication after confirmation email. I contacted sheds.co.usless for an update to be told they have no record of my order, then blamed computer error, then delayed delivery. customer service very poor, just kept interrupting me saying they take no blame for computer error. Will not deal with or recommend this company ever. (forced to give 1 star, otherwise a big fat ZERO)

Appalling customer service. There was a serious problem with the sheds we ordered and we have just been stonewalled. Shockingly bad. So disappointed.

Hopeless - Sheds.co.uk claim 14 to 21 days to delivery, reality was they took 61 days to deliver!! They promised to contact me with updates after the 21 days and I received no updates at all. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever received and recommend anyone reading this review not to waste their money on this company - they do not deserve to remain in business

Delivery driver was brilliant. The shed itself is less than great, really disappointed. Warped in places, was sent three bevelled trims and one nasty bit of wood that I've stuck on the back to hide it from view. Windows are warped. The wood keeps splitting. The instructions are poor. I bought the 6x8 adley overlay. Avoid! It's up now so I guess it will have to do as it's taken me two days. Going to use silicone and expanding foam to fill ALL of the gaps. Such a shame. It was supposed to be the finishing touch to my garden makeover, now it's left me feeling a bit sad.

Awful customer service. One of the panels was wonky (top wider than the bottom) and ever after photo evidence a replacement has not been arranged. I understand that mistakes happen but not resolving them is a massive issue. Would not recommend.

Our shed didn't arrive on the date arranged, they did not inform of this until the morning of delivery. When I rang they didn't answer after 10 minutes and three songs on the phone. Will not be ordering from them again. And still waiting for updates on the shed

Shocked at the poor level of service received. Order placed in April, to be told the item was no longer available, still waiting for a refund! Apparently this is due to the supplier not getting back to Sixty! Beyond appalled.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Please do not buy from here unless you are a DIY expert and know exactly what to do with your new shed. I bought a shiplock shed in August, it took until October to have it delivered though. The wood has now shrunk and there are huge gaps in it. Not that customer services care. Curt replies and accusations that it was my fault because I was supposed to know it was smooth timber and I haven't used the correct treatment on it. So it's nothing to do with them that an almost new shed is not fit for purpose anymore. I can't begin to say how bad the after sales care is. Utterly horrendous. Steer well clear.

I ordered an Adley 6' x 4' Overlap Pent Bike Shed. to store two normal adult sized bikes. I found that the construction of the store was quite poor - had to rebuilt some of the corners myself so it would fit together / splits. Etc . Found the doors very warped, but managed to fit them hoping they will straighten out over time. Built the store, painted it and fitted all new slide bolts and padlocks. Looks great. Then tried to put two normal sized adults bikes in - what a pain – they don’t roll in without touching the roof of the store. Not tall enough to store without either fiddling around putting bikes in at an angle or dropping handle bars. Not fit for purpose at purpose at all. I have spend a lot of time building the store and I am upset that I have bought a bike store too short to easily store our bikes. Only suitable for child sized bikes. Contacted company services who asked me to confimr sizes a few weeks ago........nothinng since. Decided to take roof off store and raise the height myself.

Pretty much a nightmare from start to finish. Didn’t seem to get offered payment in instalments (maybe because order was not big enough but there was no info saying this was an issue). Was told it was on its way but no communication about when it would arrive so I could ensure someone was here. Luckily I was in when it suddenly appeared. When I unwrapped it I found it was badly damaged. The sixty customer service team were good but I had to chase to get a response from the manufacturer. When I finally got a response (10 days later) it was to say it was now out of stock so they couldn’t send replacement parts and had no idea when they would be back in stock. At least the returns process was relatively simple, although I have had to repackage everything which is a complete pain. I think sheds.co.uk is probably a good company but they need to be more selective in the manufacturers they use. Suffice to say this whole process has wasted a great deal of my time.

I have received a phone call 1 hour before delivery which was booked weeks ago, informing me that the order is incomplete and is missing the veranda, although I can assemble the main building, the roof will have to be removed again when the veranda becomes available, they could not give me a date when that might be delivered. This is unacceptable to only receive the call on the day of delivery and causes additional work, not good customer care.

This company have taken no ownership for many issues I have had. The biggest of many, is that the summerhouse I paid them to supply and install, is leaking. They ask to send so many pictures just to write back and say that it looks to have been installed ok, despite seeing pictures of being wet inside. Even though I paid this company for the install, I also contacted the installation team who have seen the pictures and agreed to send someone back to look at it....but they can’t get anyone to me until 2 months after initial install. Every time you ring customer services, you get someone different and everytime you write, they ask for more pictures that have already been sent. All I want is for a company to take pride in their product/service, not just take the money. I’ve had so many issues and will never recommend to even my worst enemy!

Apparently I've made an order with sheds.co.uk, More than a month ago. Money has left my credit card. But no confirmation. And as yet No Shed. No one is picking up the customer service telephone either. I have an email link to this review page though. I'm hoping that means I haven't been robbed. But as its the only correspondence I've had......?

The shed was very poor. Do not buy from this company. There better sheds out there for half the price. I guarantee that Sheds.co.uk will not display this review on the website. See twitter and avoid this supply of sheds. You’ll regret it.

I order a Summer House. An hour before the order was due to be delivered I was called to say their system had not ordered enough roof felt when I paid for the upgrade. I had to pay more for the extra felt and was advised it would arrive in 1-2 days. After approximately 5 weeks I still did not get the extra felt. They did send a delivery of the wrong colour felt that was damaged, a second delivery of the wrong colour felt, and a third delivery of the wrong colour felt. I needed the correct colour as I already put the original felt on the summer house, but in the end I gave up and re-felted the roof with the incorrectly supplied colours. Doors provided were made incorrectly as the positions for the locks were completely mis-aligned where one panel was built upside-down. Poor workmanship and quality control. Replacement doors took two weeks to arrive. Two pieces of trim were missing from the original order. They were requested and dispatched after about 3 weeks and went missing. Replacement parts were never provided. Endless phone calls and emails to different people (at Sheds.co.uk & Mercia Support) were held. None of the people really understood that when a shed is part felted you need more felt of the same colour, and need it quick due to the bad weather. Phone calls that were promised were rarely returned. In the end I had to accept a small refund to purchase the missing parts myself. In summary, dealing with this company was terrible. The customer service was the worse I have ever known as they just didn’t seem to want to resolve the problem, or have any control in doing so.

The shed delivered was very sub standard. Due to me apparently not knowing anything about wood the shed door shrinking is my fault as I should have put preservative before the protection I purchased from them. Emailed a complaint, its on the Tin clearly they say, no it wasn't. In the delivery instructions, there was no delivery instructions, clearly in bold on the web site, I cant find that. Just talked to a very rude, apparently a manager, and its up to me to know these things. All they ever say is there is nothing they can do, no customer service or sorry or anything. Do not buy from this company, after sales is shocking and treat people like dirt, I am considering legal action but is it worth it, may as well cut my losses and get a real company next time, never purchase from these joke ever again.
