“Adley Shiplap 10x6 shed bought for £750. Appaling quality. Facts: On arrival it had: - 12 misfired nails that protuded out of the side of the frame meaning the edges wouldn't butt up against each other properly when fitting - 4 split boards one of which was on the floor and quite significant - 1 very large splinter of wood between the frame and wood on one panel meaning I had to remove the nails, lift the, remove the splinter and renail to get the boards to fit against the frame. - 3 split boards were where the transport blocks hadn't been attached for transport so the overhanging boards that should cover the base had split. - The roof arrived bowed making fitting very very difficult. Opinion: Save your money go somewhere esle. There appears to be no quality control going on here (certainly no indication of that like an attached QC sticker or tag) the facts mentioned above should not have occured in something costing £750. The minimum they should be checking for is misfired nails, not attaching transport blocks is also unforgivable. Yes the website is lovely but don't forget you're buying a shed not a picture of shed. To customer service. I haven't included an order number because I fixed it all myself and speculated that the second I'd replaced one of the badly misfired nails with one of my own that it would count as "modification" and invalidate all warranties.”

“Avoid at all costs company is a shambles ordered a shed over a month ago got a invoice and thats all the contact I had from them I've phoned on multiple occasions now and keep getting different dates for delivery over a month now and still no shed customer service is shocking and call handlers are not helpful no awaiting my refund”

“If I could give zero stars I would!! We contacted the company to swap sheds, they asked me to email which I did, we then emailed and called and was advised by various members of staff if would be sorted and it wasn’t. The customer service is beyond poor, I have cancelled the order and requested a refund, they are not responding to my emails. Do not buy from this company!!!”

“I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. They took money on day of order - and then took 7 months to deliver and even then managed to deliver on wrong date! Faults in log cabin structure, with absolutely NO reasonable solution, and then refused to communicate with me. Had to get my monies back through Barclaycard Visa - who were excellent. What an awful company to do business with.”

“Very very poor quality my husband is a builder and was disgusted with this shed , the roof didn't fit properly and he had to get more timber to make right , the screws to fit the roof felt were not fit for purpose, will never buy from this company again”

“Web site and customer care say you will have to be indoors to sign for your shed. And a date can't be given for delivery of said shed as it comes from somewhere else. But the depot will notify you. I was on Sunday and delivered Monday, not much notice. And no signatures required! Not happy at all in taking a day off, at short notice.”

“Description on website is misleading. We thought we were buying a 6’x 3’ shed, but it doesn’t measure up to that. We could have returned it at a cost of £35, but decided to keep it. The delivery was very speedy, after only ordering it on Sunday, it was delivered on Tuesday. The quality is ok, but it could be better. Customer service was terrible, we were told that should have read the small print, but the dimensions were wrong anyway. They weren’t that helpful. We would not buy from this company again.”

“Very disappointed,flimsy,there were bits of wood nailed to the shed for transportation which i get...but why put such big nails in. They damaged the shed when trying to remove. Regretting buying this as its so flimsy.”

“Would not buy from this company again. The shed I received is different look and size to the advertised shed. When I raised this issue, they argued with me despite me sending pics to clearly show the difference. The shed I actually got is cheaper elsewhere so in all, I have been ripped off and they couldn’t care less.”

“The log store we ordered looks good but is poor quality. This reflects badly on sheds.co.uk. Delivery was as promised but I am very disappointed that at this price point the log store is such poor quality.”

“Ordered in August 2021 Received in October 2021 Still waiting for installation January 2022! Zero update on delivery Zero contact after delivery No liaison with 3rd party installation team after delivery If I could turn back time no prizes for guessing I’d go elsewhere.. Very poor!”

“Started great with loads of options. Ordered shed and was never given any order confirmation other than the automated one after my payment was taken so I was immediately put off. I took the “extra security” lock option for an additional £60 for something I could have purchased for £20. My shed then arrived while I was at work. The delivery driver said he was on his own and could not carry the shed round to my sheltered area in the back garden. I have him the benefit of the doubt as I assumed it may have been sealed in 1 or 2 packages. I came home to find my shed sitting in several bits, soaking wet and there for anyone to take. Disappointing. I admit it may become easy enough to build when it eventually dries out (in winter) but it also arrived with no instructions and unbelievably no nails or screws to actually assemble the shed. So unbelievably let down”

“*****Really disappointed please please don’t buy from them. quality is very bad. I had a shed before it was very good quality proper solid the one I received from shed.co.uk has wholes you can see from the wholes and also damaged from top of the door.I had paid someone to install it and paint it. He was in the middle of painting and noticed the wholes and damage. I contacted customer services they said they cant do anything wholes are normal in the wood and they can replace the damage part but cant do anything other than that.I had already told them that i had paid someone for installation replacing means to pay someone again.Customer services team said they cant do anything and never contacted me back.”

“Website is easy to follow, pick your shed and customizer it where necessary, extra security, internal shelving, extra Basing and protective staining are all options. Hopefully shed is in a1 condition when delivered Quality is poor, no quality control of panels sent out (had to saw down paneling to fit roof.) Felt is of the cheapest poorest quality it's actually brittle and cracks and tears if you have to curve it”
