Two panels were missing out of 6 (end panel and the base) When the two missing panels were delivered one was wrong leaving me with an extra panel that the driver refused to take back with him. Still waiting for the last panel and still got an extra panel that I hope they will take away.

What went right?? Shoddy construction, complicated and fiddly to put together, no security as hinges can simply be unscrewed. This is expensive to buy but cheap and shoddy. I'll stick to proper wooden sheds in future.

Very poor quality product, needed to return shed. Poor customer service, emails not answered, only phone number available charges.

The worst product thats ever been delivered to my door. Serious quality issues. Shocking email response times and no ideas how to resolve issues.

Ordered and paid for shed on the 14th September 2016 having seen it advertised as " in stock" Waited until the last day that it was promised to be delivered ( 23rd September 2016 ) Contacted customer services who advised me to phone the " delivery team" regarding where it was. Contacted them to be advised it was not even going to available until the 24th October 2016 at the earliest !! Spoke with Customer services who advised me they didnt know this and when asked if my money could be refunded said it would be 3-5 working days. Beware of parting with your money without checking if they can actually supply what you have paid for.

We ordered the Rowlinson Corner Potting Shed and was told delivery would be 21-28 days, here we are almost 7 weeks later and no shed!!! Despite numerous calls and being cut off after half an hour of waiting to supplier we still have no idea when shed will be delivered. They apparently they can't get hold of haulage firm!!! Absolute rubbish customer service- fed up and about to cancel order ????????

Dreadful customer services. I tried to cancel 6 working days after placing my order due to unforseen circumstances with some tree roots. I was told I would not get a full refund and would have to pay 'production costs' as it was a bespoke item. Trading Standards confirmed that as I selected a shed offered on the website, as was, with no alterations, it is not bespoke therefore I'm entitled to a full refund according to sheds.co.uk t's & c's. They then said large items aren't covered under distance selling regs, again Trading Standards told me this was rubbish and everything from a knitting needle to a log cabin is covered under distance selling regs. Sheds.co.uk sales manager, Clive, continued to argue saying Trading Standards advice was wrong and still refused to give me a refund. He became very rude and offensive when he realised I was not backing down. I put everything in writing, a few days later I received an email saying I would be getting a full refund as they 'found another use for the item'. Im guessing they also contacted Traditional Standards and discovered they had no choice but to refund me so that was their way of saving face. No apology but I did get my refund.

Received a damaged shed. Poor communication on replacing damaged panels. Reasonable price but you get what you pay for as shed is poor quality and cheaply made. When uplifted shed other sheds on truck look just as bad. Wouldn't recommend. Better to pay a bit more and get decent/good quality. Company don't care though as they churn them out and get their customers so what's one returned shed to them.

I had seen exactly what I wanted in the John Lewis Gardening magazine and was excited to order it. However, I placed my order and heard nothing for over a week. I checked the status of my order on your website and found that the estimated date of delivery was 19 August. It was now already 25 August! I got through to your organisation and they said they would check and get back to me that day. They didn't. I had to chase again and in the end they told me that they could not deliver until 9 September. By this time, I had lost interest and cancelled my order.

Dear Sir, Firstly I would like to say how disappointed I am with your delivery driver, he refused to walk three steps further and put the shed into my garage even though my elderly wife who has heart problems and emphysema explained that I had been rushed into hospital the day before. Leaving her distraught and crying on the phone to my children as she didn’t know how she was going to move it! I understand that there is an insurance issue but the garage was empty there was nothing there that could have been damaged, surely a bit of compassion and common sense could have been used by the driver, perhaps you should show this clause on your delivery advice sheet to your drivers so that in future something like this would not happen on their next delivery. (It is at the absolute discretion of the driver to agree to deliver your product(s) anywhere else) Secondly considering the price of the summer house I find it very substandard quality, with gouge marks on the wood a rusty door handle and no door frame which means when it rains the water leaks in around the doors! There is also a small crack in one of the Perspex windows and the wood has only been sloppily stained on one side. I honestly expected a much better quality product for the price, at the very least with pre drilled holes for the screws and doors that fit properly and open and close without a struggle! I had just downsized from a 4-bed house to a 2-bed and had lots of things to store away. So, I ordered a 6x5 shed on Thursday thinking that it would be delivered by Monday, at least (2 working days delivery guarantee). Because it a priority for me to get hold of the shed ASAP, I even took a day off of work on Monday waiting for the delivery. However, there was no sign of the delivery men. Then, waited the whole day on Tuesday waiting for the delivery, still didn't arrive then. Then on Wednesday, I rang the company myself and was told that the delivery is sorted by another company and that they had no control over it. There is a tracking link available on the website. But all it said was that "your shed should be with you by Monday".....and it was Wednesday already and I still hadn't received it. I was losing my patience. I then rung the delivery company but was transferred from department to department and was advised to ring so many different numbers and I finally got hold of my local delivery company. After ringing the local delivery company, I was furious to learn that the shed was delivered to a wrong address on Tuesday night......the delivery company obviously tried to hide this fact initially. Whilst this was happening, I was constantly emailing sheds.co.uk but was told that the delivery had been done and should look whether it was left in a safe place. I requested the delivery company to try to redeliver the shed to my home but they completely ignored me. I tracked where it had been delivered and went to collect it myself in the end. However, neither sheds.co.uk nor the delivery company were helpful with what went wrong with my order. When I asked for compensating for my phone bills and my day off of work, I was completely ignored. I would definitely NOT be using sheds.co.uk again in the future. I was in need of the shed urgently so I accepted the shed that was delivered to wrong address but had to go myself to collect it. Otherwise, I would have gotten it from somewhere else.

Very poor quality, flimsy construction, frame broken in several places where wood contained knots, overlap varied from approx 2mm to over 7mm, not consistent at all, can actually see through slats when looking down through the sides. The windows resemble plastic packaging and left the (very nice, helpful and efficient) delivery driver and me laughing - we regularly get winds of over 80mph plus up here. Ordered 2 sheds at the same time - still waiting for 2nd one to be delivered! Currently rebuilding 10x6 shed and reinforcing entire structure - thought I was getting a good deal especially as I had seen identical picture of shed on Screwfix at a higher cost. How wrong can you be......

The shed is such bad quality! The wooden panels a lot of them are bowed, the floor was so thin we were frightened to walk on it and we had to re inforce it! We really should of returned it but needed storage straight away for lawn mower etc. No way was this worth the money paid! Will never order from this company again!

Shed quality was rubbish. Floor is so thin that it flexes every time I step on it., and feels like my foot will soon go through it. I am now having to buy some proper chipboard flooring to strengthen it. The overlap boards on the side are so thin that they have all warped and twisted, so there are large gaps showing between them. This will let rain and mice etc, so defeats the point of having a shed.

I ordered and paid for my shed in 06/07/2016. I still do not have the shed. You do not respond to emails at all and your online after care sales dies not recognise my order number or post code. I rang you yesterday and you clearlydid know my order number and post code. The lady rang me back and said the shed would come today. I still have not received the shed and your online tracking if the order still says it doesn't recognise my order details. I am not impressed. If the shed does not come today I want my money back.
