The shed was of bad quality, i understand there will be some sort of bends and holes due to the nature of the wood and weather but this is in extreme, the base does not even fit the frame so we have to compromise when building it, the roof felt was a bit too short to cover the whole roof. i have paid for someone to install, then for someone to fix it with extra materials spend. Customer services was unable to help and keep saying this is the nature of the products, its frustrating to even argue as they were not listening at all and try to wash their hands off after purchase services. i would never buy again from them.

Use a different company if you want a summary. Ordered a play shed for son end of June for delivery 24th of August. We called end of July to ensure it was coming and told it was due to be delivered on time. Booked a week away with family to come back day before delivery of new shed. When the 'shed' turned up it was just a tin of paint that was part of of the order. The delivery driver seemed as confused as us. When we called to find out what was going on. It was just shoulder shrug 'oh dear'. My son is dissapointed and there was no one who really seemed to care and it feels like they expext it to happen and they have our money so its all ok for.them. Whilst times are difficult for all at the moment, I dont understand why they could not at least let us know that there was an issue before hand at the very least. Next morning we are no clearer. Almost 48 hours later we were told that its now coming on the 9th of October with nothing else offered from them and just hanging up which is disgraceful. Looking at alternatives currently. Use another company if you can.

I ordered the Oren 6' x 12' Shiplap Modular Pent Shed which arrived on 13/08/2020. Now when it comes to building a shed, one of the most important pieces is the flooring. The Sheds.co.uk team seem to be so imcompetent that they missed 1 of the 3 floor pieces in the delivery causing a massive delay in our work at home. Their customer service team replied back to an enquiry I made on 14/08/2020 stating that they would deliver the missing piece once a delivery date has been allocated. I have been waiting for an update for over a week now and have not heard anything. They even refuse to reply to my email. I request that anyone wanting to order a shed from these guys look elsewhere first. The delivery itself was incomplete. The delivery driver was rude. The customer service is one of the worst I have had to deal with. I refuse to comment on the quality of the shed materials as the constant bad weather has probably ruined them before anything was built. I don't understand how such a vital piece can be missing from the order and how ridiculous it seems to make a customer wait over a week for a response to their order enquiry. all in all, 1/5 stars for service.

As we do not manufacture or dleiver anything ourselves, being agents for our assorted suppliers, sometimes it may be required to liaise with them to get answers to certain problems. During times of high volumes of orders and queries, a response may take longer than we would prefer and for that, we apologise. We would never intentionally ignore a customer's email and would always be mindful of keeping the customer informed. It was disappointing to hear that your building arrived with missing parts, and once you had been in touch with us to bring this to our attention we approached the supplier to get this resolved for you. Once we knew your missing part had been ordered from the Manufacturer, we made you aware that you would be contacted by the delivery team directly to confirm a delivery date. This has been urgently chased up for you.

Sorry i cant rate anything yet as have not received any product or complete service. This ask is a bit premature right now. I would be quite happy to review the whole experience when I have. All i can say right now is that your website was quite easy to navigate and use.

Shed arrived in poor condition with broken panels and nails sticking out. Been over one week now and although both “sheds.co.uk” and the manufacturer has admitted fault no resolution. My kids and dog can no longer go in to the garden for fear of one of them standing on a nail or worse still the panels fall on them. Shocking customer service who don’t answer emails. My advice is if you want a poorly made shed go to wickes etc for a fraction on the price.

DO NOT USE. Shocking service and wont take responsibility for there manufactures issues. I ordered a shed in May on a 5 week Leadtime paying over £1000 for a workshop shed, which I was expecting to slip due to Covid, I was given a date in October :-(, the shed did arrive in August, however it was missing the two opening windows I had ordered. The driver from Woodlands Sheds who actually made the shed said a fitter would come out in a few days to fit them. I emailed Woodlands who said they knew nothing about it and I would have to take it up with Sheds.co.uk Sheds.co.uk say they have ordered the windows I should have had but neither company can give me a delivery date. Sheds have an impressive website, they use a number of regional companies local to you to build the shed, which seems like a great system until something goes wrong, then they just keep passing the buck. I can have the windows quicker if I'm happy to fit them myself, but i have no idea of what they mean by quicker! and no offers of any good will gesture against the extra costs incurred for the damaged items in the delivery either. SHOCKING company, DO NOT USE

received half a summer house over a week and half ago delivered by mercia garden product contacted straight away on day of delivery still awaiting other half of shed nearly 2 weeks after original delivery phoned everyday to find out when delivery is going to be, in the meantime piece of wood broke phoned to inform them and order it to be told they would be delivered separately even though both were ready, finally got them to be put on same delivery got text with delivery slot for today Monday phoned them to find out what time ( theres been a mess up they was going to send it courier and they wouldn't take it due to size) now I'm promised tomorrow, I bet I've to phone them cause they don't contact you even when they say they will phoned sheds.co.uk and there not bothered at all. Even offered to go pick it up to they dont do a collection service.

Price might be good but the lead times are horrendous! Even during covid19 and the stated possible delays its longer than x3 other companies I used. They state a quick delivery however thats after you've waited nearly 2 months for even a dispatch date. Customer Service dont keep intouch with you to say your order might be late etc, its upto you to chase down and contact. They're a middleman company - they hold the stock themselves to deliver

Received an Adley 10ft by 6ft on Wednesday, started to assemble on Saturday and found on assembly 5 peices of shiplap was split, the sides assembled ok but had to buy more screws as the instructions giving 3 per panel was not enough. So far most of the roof supports will not be used as not suitable for the size of the shed and too weak, so have purchased stronger timber to support the roof. You get what you pay for ! 1 star for the shed and 4 stars for the delivery guy and the service.

The shed took about a month to be delivered, I was so excited when it arrived and I got a friend to assemble it for me. We then discovered the roofing felt supplied was the incorrect size and too small. It has now been over two week since I asked for the correct size and they have still not confirmed when I can expect it and in the meantime we have had storms and torrential rain and my lovely new shed is getting soaked with no roofing felt. Not happy.

I'd give 3 stars for the 10x8 Shiplap shed and I'm being generous. It's flimzy but does the job and bought it as the last shiplap bike shed we purchased from Tiger Sheds was great. The quality on this isn't as good with holes, splits and nails poking though. The customer service however is appalling. Ordered on 18th June and took delivery 23rd July. Noticed nail pack was missing. Requested this and multiple calls/emails from us that 'the manufacturer' has sent out nails that took three weeks to come. Also no instructions that took two calls to get. Fed up, we bought screws and started to erect to find we'd received two left gables and had to take the thing down again. Thankfully, we'd used screws as there is no way you can take it down if you use nails as the wood will split. Called on 4th August and still waiting (now 22nd Aug). Multiple calls, emails and requests for a manager to call me back and nothing. Staff hide behind emails and blame the manufacturer. Frustrating to say the least but hey ho, guess like most industries, they're overwhelmed and just haven't got the staff to deal with it. To resolve, bought some shiplap wood and made the duplicate gable fit so we could at least put the blinking thing up. Be prepared to wait if your order isn't complete but PLEASE BY SCREWS, YOU'LL BE THANKFUL YOU DID

Ordered shed and paid for in advance. Waited patiently for the 30 plus days for delivery, no contact, silent. Asked for delivery date, was told that my shed was with despatch, they would be in touch. Said that wasn't good enough. If they had it, and with despatch, they should be able to give at least an estimate. Told them I cannot plan my work on the basis of 'we'll be in touch'. No reply. Just noticed today they refunded my money without so much as a thanks but no thanks. The shed I want is still being listed as in stock. If I choose to buy it again I assume this will go round and round and I will be expected to wait another 30 days before my automatic refund. So, customer service, nil points. Delivery, minus a lot of points. Still, assume they made interest of off my money. Sounds like good business.

What customer service!! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid for my shed, base and installation costs in one go, on the day I ordered the shed which was the 16th July. I was advised that I would be contacted once my order was ready to be despatched. Wrong........ I was given 6 hours notice at 9am that my base was being delivered at 3pm that day. At the time I was on holiday in Cleveland and had to drive back to Leeds and luckily we were early because the delivery came at 1pm. We then had to drtive back to Cleveland. First day wasted. I was then advised that my shed would be delivered on Friday 14th August but not given a time slot, we waited from 7.30am to 5.30 pm before the shed appeared. 2nd day wasted. I was then advised that the installers would come on Monday 17th to erect the shed. No time given again, this time they cancelled the day before and re-scheduled for today Friday 21st. NO ONE CAME, No apolgies, no calls nothing. I tried to call Sixty Stores Installation all you get is an answer phone message which loops back to the message every 60 seconds. How can any of this be called customer service.

Categories My Reviews My Settings Help LOG OUT Alternate Text Claire Simpson GB For companies Awful, Very poor quality goods - What use is a shed with holes, cracks and gaps you can see through Just had a shed installed by Sheds.co.uk who also supplied the shed (it took 4 deliveries to get it all here as bits missed or damaged every time) The end result is shocking, holes, cracks and gaps I can actually see through from outside. So it certainly will not be watertight. The panels don't align, the roof bearers are short and not connected, screws not connected to anything and I actually dismantled a 24 year old shed that was in better condition. Quality - Very poor Delivery - Farcical Overall product - Inadequate, not as described and not a usable shed. I have emailed several times and still no response from their customer services. I require an immediate response from Sheds.co.uk to replace this item as it does not meet standards, I have spent close to £800 and waited weeks, for an unusable item. I have multiple photos which I have sent to customer services and the installation Team but they won't upload on this review

No issue with the Summer House it is the installation - do not pay for it! I am self-employed and taken Monday off for the agreed installation date, I had an email the day before postponing until the 21/08/2020. My wife has taken the day as annual leave. No sign of the installers and absolutely no correspondence. I have rang (until my phone rang off) and emailed several times, I can't even say if the House is good because it is still laid in bits - wish I had done it myself. I tried to cancel and was told I would lose the installation fee. Not happy and if Sheds.co.uk want to get in touch. Good! about time! 511668

they’ve said theyve delivered a shed to my mums nothing was delivered this is now a police matter utterly disgusted Watch dog will also be inform My mum has a ring door bell which has motion sensor my mum is ill and cannot go out so no delivery was attempted

Shambles Where to start ordered a shed on the 18th july to be delivered today 14th august , tried phoning from 1pm to find out what time it was getting delivered, finally got through at 2:30 pm to be cut off , kept phoning back only to be consistently cut off when i did finally get through i was told i would get a call back ( still waiting for that ) , phoned the delivery company who had no booking or a shed for me . Got in touch via twitter only to get a response of the delivery company will call me by the end of the day ( again still waiting on that call ) Friends was waiting to see what my shed was like as they saw the prices was reasonable and was looking for a new shed and day house doesn’t look like they will be using this shambles of a company who dont even give an explanation of where my order is or why it hasn’t been delivered on the day it was supposed to 🤬🤬 **Update ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will take your money and not put the order through been on hold 3 times today cut off 3 times and took 40 minutes to get told that they never sent the order “ system error “ the shed was ordered over a month ago and not arrived .. i have now cancelled the order and will look to find a better company who can do a simple job .

Did not receive fixing kit or instructions, damaged panel and all other panels poorly built with bent nails and nails not all the way in, gave them the option of replacement shed or partial refund for faulty goods which I will have to repair myself, still awaiting a response

Was told my delivery would be today 18.08... Took the day off. No delivery by midday. Not being delivered today. Not going to be delivered until 25.08 so will have to wait to judge the quality of the order. Not happy so far though

Hi John, We are sorry to read your disappointment. I can see you placed your order on 15th August for delivery on 18th August, however as your order has been placed through finance the Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control, checks can take up to 48 hours. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery. This is stated on our website. I have doubled checked your delivery date and your are booked in for Monday 24th August. We do apologise for the confusion.
