Ordered shed 15/06/20. Finally arrived a month later and had the incorrect roof. Contacted them immediately and was told they would resolve. After multiple calls and emails with 50% not being responded too. I still am without a roof. They will not refund and are not replying to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

just out of the promised "within 30 day delivery" window. no sign of my shed yet. I emailed a week ago to be sent an automated "we will reply in 2 days message" yet im still waiting for a reply. iv tried contacting them on their phone number to be sent around in circles on the automated menu message. Absolutely shocking customer service. il try to cancel my order but im not very hopeful

I purchased a shed back in May and I'm still waiting for the replacement parts. The customer service is appalling and the product is of a poor finish. I would not recommend using this company.

The order was placed on the basis of pick a date for delivery, which was confirmed by them by email, however just 2 days before the delivery date I received an email from the manufacturer that the seller (Sheds.co.uk) sold the shed without having confirmed with the manufacturer of its availability in stock. Very disappointed. Still waiting for reply regarding the refund and it has already been 4 days since my request.

I don't understand what sort of company doesn't respond to enquiries about cancelation two weeks after making one.

Do NOT order from this company. The customer service is appalling. Never delivered our shed, tried to claim they did deliver it, then once they couldn’t provide proof of delivery they are charging us a fee to cancel the order despite the fact we have been waiting over 2 months for the shed. When I have tried to call them I have spent hours on hold, been hung up on, lied to, and never once has anyone rung me back when they said they would. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the cancellation charge, however the delivery driver arrived at the correct address on the agreed date, unfortunately no one was there to accept delivery and therefore the goods had to be returned and as a consequence we have been charged for the return journey of the goods. The delivery part to the customer is free.

Read before buying anything from this company ordered my shed, took a while to turn up but eventually came, once I'd built it up found out they hadn't supplied enough felt, I ordered a 12 x 4, they supplied felt for 8 x 6...and that's where the problems started, email after email, sometimes customer services replied and sometimes they didn't, most common reply was "waiting for a response from our manufacturer", 7 weeks later after delivery I'm still waiting for my felt, could've brought my own but why should I, paid £479 for the shed and do I wish I'd brought elsewhere, you bet I do, poor company, worst customer service I've ever known, totally shocking and I wish I'd never brought from this company...avoid at all costs, zero out of ten

Many misshapen and warped panels/beading that needed replacing due to not sitting flush or splitting , barely enough felt to cover the roof and a great deal of nails half in or bent that needed replacing, was also quite short on screws for the build. Quite disappointed with the fragility of the floor and the small print on the 10 year warranty and treatment are quite sneaky.

Shed due to be delivered today, a month after purchase. Emailed them this morn to see if they could give an approximate delivery time, received an email back saying it was out for delivery and would arrive between 9am and 5pm. It’s now 10pm and no shed!!! Rang both sheds.co.uk and sixty stores Just before 5pm and both had switched the out of office on the phone lines. Having Just found this page and other review sites I am now really worried about the purchase. Hopefully someone will make contact and I can update this review with something more positive.

Ordered a summer house, changed my mind immediately and requested to cancel. The base then arrive the next day - 6 weeks ahead of schedule. So I ask to stop the cancellation as there was no point after this. I am informed it's not cancelled. I call up to check, as the delivery information has not been updated. I am reassured it is all fine and set to be delivered on 11 August. Lay the base down, waiting. I call up to check, advised it is all ok for today, so I ask what the time slot is ....I am told it has been cancelled?? I waited 6 weeks!! and now being told I will need to wait until Oct 2020, sorry there is nothing they will do for the inconvenience. Really annoyed, so frustrating - now they are asking me if I would like to cancel?? or wait for another 2 months. After I have laid the base down and waited for 6 weeks. Unbelievable.

Long delivery wait time. Took a day off work for an 8-5 delivery!!!! Phone at 4.30, yes you're last delivery!!! Why didn't you say that then? 6pm still waiting!!! Absolutely shocking customer service!

Hi Kerry, Apologies for this, it is advised that you do not need to be home for your delivery, it is also not guaranteed that an exact time will be given for delivery, it's advised on our website that you will receive a call before to say it's on its way, as we are unable to determine how long previous delivery may take which I can see you had. We are sorry that your experience at sheds.co.uk didn’t quite match your expectations.

If I could rate it 0 star I would have. I paid 600£ for a big shed. To accommodate it I spent 2000 £ to have part of my garden paved. Sheds.co.uk delivered mismatching boxes, but not the ones containing the shed I purchased. their costumer service is basically non existent, they have NEVER answered my emails. Getting to talk to someone over the phone is very very difficult, but those few times I managed to speak to an operator they said “leave it with me” “I’ll get back to you in the next couple of days” and nothing happened. It has now been a month that I’m trying to contact them... I now found myself with the garden full with massive boxes I don’t know what to do with, and I probably will need to pay for their disposal too!!! Very very unhappy with the service. Would NEVER recommend sheds.co.uk.

Ordered a shed in April 2020. Delivered in May. Unfortunately one part was the incorrect size. Reported it straight away. It is August 2020 and we are still waiting for a replacement part. Contact by email just results in getting fobbed off with "we've escalated it to our logistics team", but no delivery in sight, and no concessions offered by the company. Keep getting cut off when you try to ring them. We understand the pandemic might make things difficult but if they can't sort this problem out then they shouldn't have been trading during this period. They've got our money and it seems they have no real interest in sorting out our order. Awful customer service.

If I could give a zero then I would as this is the service I have received so far! Picked a delivery date nearly 2 months ago and was phoned TODAY the day it is being delivered that they could not deliver it! Awful service!

This shed is rubbish,there was knots in most of the panels,when sunny I could see daylight,will have to fill them.the so called windows were the flimsiest plastic you could get hope we don’t have high winds soon. Very very rough panels.i am not very happy.

Ordered Oren 6' x 8' Windowless Shiplap Modular Pent Shed at the end of June, delivered on the last day of the quoted timeframe, so happy with that, even though the delivery company could not have been any less helpful if they had tried. What I’m not happy with are the 4 missing parts, the overall poor construction and damage to a panel. Apparently, knot holes, caused by knots falling out before the panels are sprayed, is my problem, not the manufacturer’s. It’s up to me to find, purchase and apply a suitable filler. So much for applying a wood treatment to protect against the rain!! I have taken time off work for the delivery and installation of the shed and have a pile of useless wood to show for it, more than a week later. I have given the company a further 6 days, including the weekend, to get the missing parts delivered. After that I will be requesting a return and full refund plus compensation for the complete waste of time so far. A very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend.

Complete and utter waste of time! Initially was very happy with the shopping experience, found what I wanted and ordered very simply. Accepted the slightly longer than normal wait time of 8 weeks, due to Covid-19. But as time went on and the lack of information or contact from the company the more concerned I got. Finally at week 7 roughly I got confirmation that my shed had entered manufacture. Great, I thought. Another 3 weeks went by before delivery. Shed arrived incomplete. Both gable ends were missing! What use is a shed with now side walls? I reported this immediately, via email (phone line utterly useless, practically non-existant). Was told missing pieces had been ordered. Started to examine the pieces which had arrived. Not happy. The wrong rear panel had been delivered, very poor workmanship on other panels. Nails hammered into nothing, split pieces of timber. And the icing on this crappy cake was noticing the inch gap between the 2 doors and the latch lock not actually catching or locking on anything (nice and secure clearly). Anyway, as I want at how diabolical this company are and their lack of care or attention to detail. I have cancelled my order and am now waiting for a returns collection and a refund. Better not be another 10 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We paid for a shed on May22 it wasn’t delivered until July1 st then vital parts were missing. Despite many emails we are still waiting for the missing parts (Aug 5th). Customer service appalling.

I would not give them any stars have been waiting since Thursday for missing parts phoned 10 times emailed numerous times no one gets back to you very unhappy as they told driver it would be sent out straight away
