Well you delivered my shed but wouldn't install it for a few days after also the standard of the installation was embarrassing I really regret buying the shed from you

I purchased my shed on the 9th of June the shed finally arrived on the 28th of July, I was told it would be take the max of 14 days to arrive after the 9th,l June,what a joke I have spent £42 on phone calls they haven't even offered me compensation or discount due to there faulse advertisement,i have been fobbed off and lied too By so many of there staff and management I would not use this company AGAIN they a shambles and a waste off time they have no respect for the customer and so distrispecful all I have heard for the last 30+ days is its not our fault, please take my advise avoid using sheds.co.uk.

From ordering to delivery very poor service, shed didn't arrive when we were contacted and informed it was coming,arrived after emails and lots of phone calls 2 weeks later. Door had some damage from storing which my mother didn't notice on delivery she is by the way 84, we only received one window latch for two windows Poor design Shed looks good on site, but door lock is not compatible with shed design which has created modification just to shut and lock the door. Would not recommend as feel very let down This was not a cheap shed costing £549 for 8 by 6 shed We thought we were buying a quality shed but sadly not

i would recommend to shop somewhere else. First my greenhouse did not turn up, then when it did windows were damaged and half of it missing. Then it was booked in again, Tuesday comes no sign of it. Called them up again got re booked in for today, just called them now for ETA and its the last one on for delivery today. That's 4 days booked off with no greenhouse to build. Will it ever come who knows. They have had my money for a month. I would be shocked if they put this review up, I will be going to watchdog on this. You call them and they say nothing to do with them it's the supplier you need to contact. Great customer service!! Think twice when you use this site, I will do my upmost to get this message out to as many people as possible.

AWFUL COMPANY AVOID ..! I ordered a children's playhouse and paid for it in the 9th of June when ordered it over the phone it was in stock and would be delivered in 7-14 days max and yet I have still not received my item over a month later! I have made over 10 phone calls to try to find out where it is to faced with very rude staff and given another number to call which informed me my item is not even available in stock yet after all this time yet is still on the site saying in stock within same time scale. This was a present for my daughters 6th birthday yet this has passed now so totally ruined !

I would not order through these again, ordered a doubled doored shed on 23/6/16. Order arrived on 30th wrong shed, had to ring a number of times after 4 days finally got is wrong shed, you need to return our mistake. We will send you the right one, guess what that arrived and it was the exact same shed again they said it is wrong shed. I cancelled order as I did not trust them to send right one

After I received my shed I realised it was the dip treated one and not the pressure treated like I ordered. I spent some time calling sixties store and forest garden who both blamed each other for the mistake. I decided that I would return the wrong shed and I would get the correct one delivered. I arranged for the shed to be collected when they drop off the correct one. I called forest garden the day before the new delivery to double check all was as planned. I was told that my new shed would come when they collect the wrong one. Later that day I called again to check it was still all ok for the next day. However the person I spoke to told me that I wasn't receiving a shed the next day only getting one collected. They said the one I originally ordered was out of stock. No one called me to tell me this and I was misinformed by someone earlier that day. I decided to keep the wrong shed as it was getting beyond a joke. But the icing on the cake was when I got my phone bill!! I had spent £33 calling them to sort out the problem. You would be better off using a company that do it all. Make, sell, and deliver. Very poor service.

Ordered a shed. Tried to cancel the order as the delivery time quoted was a lot longer than expected. I've tried emails and calling. The phone is never answered (or just cuts off) and no one has replied to my emails. I cancelled the payment with my credit card company and still no contact. This request for feedback is the first contact from them since I placed the order.

Was phoned to expect delivery the following day between 7 and 10. No show, no shed and poor response from customer services who insisted that this level of service was unfortunately in line with the industry norm. Nowhere near good enough.

Once ordered the delivery is arranged with Rowlinsons directly however they were given an incorrect postcode from Sheds.co.uk and have since told me it was being delivered on 3 different occasions but I'm yet to receive it. When querying where my order is Sheds.co.uk after sales care just tells me that orders can take longer in peak season and to wait however I know that the delivery has been messed up. When contacting Rowlinsons I've had to wait on hold for 30 mins twice and the last message I got asked me to return their call 'if my order hasn't been received' but I can't connect as their lines are too busy so I have emailed instead. I'm still waiting a reply

Odered shed, no conformation of email, tried phoning, no line tone, worried thought it was scam. Contacted bank to investigate. Week later recived letter asking to ring this number for delivery! This communication is too slow. Sheds delivered but we haven't had chance to put together yet

Unfortunately, delivery of my purchase was delayed twice. When it finally arrived the packaging was damaged and parts were missing. Very poor service indeed.

I ordered a shed well in advance of my garden project and approx three weeks before delivery was informed by the manufacturer, Forest Garden, that they had no stock and may not be able to fulfil on time. The manufacturer could do nothing and said I should contact seller, so contacted Sheds.co.uk - absolutely poor customer service: - They continued to show the item in stock even well after I informed them the manufacturer had no stock. - They refused to offer me an alternative at their expense as they clearly could not fulfil the delivery they promised on their website for which they had my money. - They refused to give me the name of the directors of their company (even though you can find them on company information sites). - They don't understand the meaning of words - they say "can't" when they really mean "won't"! As a result my garden project has been put back inconveniencing me and others who were assisting and I have no shed. In the end I had no choice but to cancel the order as with such bad service even before delivery I dread to think what would have happened if there had been problems.

Communication was dreadful, no confirmation email when I purchased the item. I called three times for a confirmation email and still nothing! Online order tracking has very limited info, again I called for a delivery date and was advised Friday 3rd June. I waited in all day and nothing arrived. I was then promised it would be delivered the following Monday. Again item was not delivered. When it was finally delivered the packaging was ripped and half open. I would not recommend this website to anyone, ever. I have called to complain and was advised there isn't anything that can be done now I have the item. I'm yet to take it out of the box in case it's arrived damaged or half missing! Quite probably the worst service I've ever received.

I ordered an item weeks ago which was delivered to me damaged. It was returned immediately by the delivery driver. Despite e mailing and telephoning, I am still waiting for my money back. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Ordered shed before 18th may which was when I got official notification from yardmaster the supplier shed still hasn't arrived no one contacted me neither sheds.co.uk or yardmaster the supplier. Still waiting for sheds to contact me Absolutely rubbish service would not recommend either of these companies. This is approximately 1 month on now

Product arrived. I was not happy with it - just not right for me (too flimsy). Sent email and photos to return - within a couple of days of receipt. Then received two calls trying to convince me to keep. There was a suggestion that I would have to pay for the return (despite terms of sale are specific re free - no quibble return). Received assurances someone would contact me to collect, not heard anything further. Tried to call - over 25 times in last few days - just get cut off. Emailed supplier via website twice - still waiting to hear from them. Over two weeks have now passed since I asked to return. Terrible.

Avoid this company! Three weeks after ordering I have had no delivery nor contact from Sheds.co.uk. I have emailed them; but had no reply. I have phoned them several times but no one answers and the line cuts out after an automated message, so you cannot leave a message. Thank goodness I used a credit card so at least I should get my money back. Rip-off merchants.

Seems like a repeating story ! Ordered a yardmaster shed, waited for the 14 day delivery and as you may have guessed it hasn't arrived spoke directly to yardmaster who have told me it will be at least another week, no apology just some lame excuse. THIS WILL BE NEARLY A MONTH BY THE TIME I GET IT. This project needed to be completed to a schedule and now it won't. Absolutely rubbish would not recommend if you have a plan for completion
