Mouldy, rusty & Soaking wet! The base & side panel has black mould spots on and the nuts and bolts that where meant to be in a protect plastic was soaking wet and staring to rust. Two stars, one for website it Is clear and easy to use a good range products priced to suit most budgets. One for delivery was precise and the delivery driver was very helpful and accommodating.

Purchase and delivery handled very well, customer service afterwards has been poor, driver told me item was damaged and said he would arrange a replacement part be sent, he didn't, sent in an email from their website with photos but no response to that either. Finally phoned and sat in a queue before being disconnected and having to call in again. 2 weeks on and its still sat in the grand waiting for the replacement base so I can install it

I haven't put the shed together yet, so I'm giving Sheds.co.uk a 'Poor' rating under the assumption that the shed will turn out to be a quality product. To explain why a 'Poor' rating: When I made the purchase, the website stated that delivery would occur on my chosen date, within a 3-hour window. However, half of what I ordered was delivered to me on a totally different day (had to stay home from work on an additional day). When the date I selected rolled around, I waited the entire 3-hour window, and in the end it did arrive, over half an hour later than the aforementioned window. In addition, while the text that notified me of the delivery window said the driver 'will happily leave your order at the front, side or back of the property,' when I went out to where he had parked at the front of the house and told him he had driven past the rear gate where I'd like it to be left, he tried to argue with me, saying he was running very late. It was only after I asked a second time that he then moved the truck and started to unload the shed. Hopefully, I won't need anything else delivered.

I ordered my shed Sunday to be delivered on Wednesday my day off. A week later and I'm still waiting for my shed to be delivered. They tried to deliver on Thursday afternoon, I was in work like most people hence why I ordered it to come Wednesday.

I placed an order for a shed with relative ease and paid for it online, when placing the order delivery was stated with in 5 working days... I did not receive an order confirmation but did receive an email asking for me to review! When it came to the say before delivery was expected, I went on to track my order having heard nothing... This was when I found out that because it was 'peak' season I may have to wait up to 14 working days for delivery, almost 3 times as long as was originally stated when placing the order! I feel this should be stated before they sltake your money! I have now made 2 attempts to contact the company to chase this up using their online form and have had no reply! Will now have to call on Monday!

Initially delivered to wrong address and had no side panels. The wood was twisted out of shape and made it very difficult to put together.

We ordered the shed and never received a confirmation email although i got this one to feedback so im obviously in the system!!! Have spent LITERALLY hours on the phone trying to get through to inform them of this and when they eventually answer and say they will send all the details this has still not transpired....its a week now and we have no idea what when how the shed is being delivered ....and we have time booked off work. A terrible situation

Whilst the website and buying experience was very good, with clear delivery information and processes - aftercare has unfortunately been lacking. Having ordered two sheds for delivery within 5 days - both are now advising dates into mid-June (when I am on holiday) and the promised contacts to arrange delivery have not materialised. To get to the bottom of this I called their telephone line to be told I was "3rd in the que" - clearly must only have one person manning the phone as after 15mins I was only second in the que. After an hour trying, I have finally given up. Seems to be all style and no substance. (In the future I would recommend not asking for a review so soon after delivery when your ability to deliver the item is still open ended and not received).

when phoning about late delivery I was cut off 5 times , shed arrived damaged as well ( complaint in progress ) . Its a Forrester shed and when contacting them direct they were good .

Order placed on 11 April with despatch shown as 12 April. After payment this changed to 04 May. By 05 May I enquired where the order was to be told it was out of stock and would be the end of May. Disappointing but these things happen. It arrived mid May but I was on holiday so it was left with a neighbour, not really convenient for them. Not the greatest customer service system to be honest. BTW, I ordered furniture coves and they are good value and good quality.

I bought and paid for a shed and installation. Upfront obvs. I can't seem to get in touch to find out when the installation will be done. On the Contact Us section of the website there is NO phone number or email! Which is usually ominous. They promised that someone would contact me, but now I'm concerned that the shed parts will be dumped right outside my house, for quite some time. Vert strange and annoying. If someone is actually reading this please email me lorne@rwrw.co.uk to put my mind at rest.

Advertised delivery times weren’t true in my case. ‘in stock 3-5 days’ was actually nearly three weeks. I even phoned before ordering and was advised there was stock.

My order was not delivered, most annoying when there is no time scale in the day for delivery except 7am to 7 pm. Now I have to wait almost a week before delivery company try again. I was promised a call back which also didn't happen.

Very confusing! I ordered a three tier quadrant planter, I receive an email that refers to a lodge style shed which I did not order. I find there are different sizes of the planter but could not find any way of ordering a different size. I then received a phone call explaining the planter would take a further week to get delivered and was told the delivery driver would only drop it at the front door. I have explained that the order would have to be placed in the garden which has easy access for the delivery. I then receive a confirmation of the delivery by email. This email contained yet another confirmation that the delivery driver would not deliver the order any further than the front of the property, irrespective of the conversation I have had with your representative. If the driver will not place the order where I have specifically asked for it to be placed, I will be faced with no other option than to refuse the delivery due to severe medical condition which would prevent me from securing my delivery and leaving it open to theft. I will have to see where this goes because I am so confused by your system which is unclear. Yours most sincerely Mr Passmore

Badly finished. Shed door has warped after one day also some small nicks in the wood Phoned company they asked me to email photos which I got done this was over a month ago no reply try phoning again after being put on hold then told no operators to take call

I rang though ask if shed was in stock lady said yes cook next day delivery order 2 days later recieved message saying shed will be here 4 weeks

I am still waiting on confirmation about when my item will be delivered. It was ordered on Monday and as of Thursday I still do not know when the delivery will be, despite being advertised as "express". I have made one phone call and was told someone will get back to I me. Still nothing. Disappointing.

Shed itself reasonably OK looking at it's price, but delivery service is just something! I can't find any suitable words except "F words" to describe it!

I ordered on 7th May, the money was taken through Paypal and I chose my delivery date as 13th. However I rang yesterday after my order did not turn up and was told that delivery had not even been booked, then I was cut off! I then tried to call a number of times but noone answered. I still have no idea when I will get my shed and, based on this service, will probably cancel my order and go somewhere more reliable.

Quick delivery but this is all that was good about this product. It is of poor quality and workmanship. Nails hanging out or not even put in properly. Wood cracked and spilt on every side and every panel of the summer house. The window frames are not even finished and all loose and not even attached to the main frame. Basically poor product for the money all round. Sending back for a refund
