placed order on may 10th,had receipt from paypal straight away,now may13th havnt even had an acknowledgment of the order even though thewebsite stated 1-2 day delivery. i accept theres been a weekend in between but poor service.

Don’t waist your money. Save up amd build it yourself. It’s full of cracks in all the panels and all the sides. The roof is so flimsy i am afraid the squirrels will brake it... and don’t get me going on the instructions. Rubbish. Did not have many expectations but this is a train wreck...

I wanted to speak to a sales adviser but the telephone answering system wasn't working. When I emailed to ask for a call back I was told that I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone and had to order online. Not good!

Easy to order not able to book a delivery date paid for it a week ago very annoying reference not recognise going to contact them tomorrow to see why been awful

I would have expected to received a formal acknowledgment email that confirmed my purchase, which I did not received. I also tried to ring and was on the phone for 10 minutes still waiting even though I was told I was no 1 in the queue. I gave up waiting after this. I would like to know the date of delivery as I would like the shed delivered on 17 May. Please can someone ring me ASAP. Many thanks

Price was good. Delivery unclear as once I purchased and tried to track my delivery it stated that deliveries could be in fact double the time first stated because of a busy period. Tried calling multiple times couldn’t get through. Sent a message via website and someone got back to me. 4 days after buying I still don’t know when my sheds arriving though...

Sheds.co.uk have invited me to write a review so I will. The website is good with all the information needed to make a decision easily available. The online ordering process was equally smooth. I did not receive an order confirmation so had to contact their customer services. They did reply in good time advising that the order has been received and was in 'processing'. 4 days later it is still being processed and I have no idea of a delivery schedule. I needed this shed erected this weekend (it's Friday today) so no chance of that. So although the website is good the service post making an order is very poor. would not recommend

Great price and the online buying process was quick, liked that you can select a delivery the one thing to let it all down was the shed itself. Poor quality, broken, nails sticking through every panel, wrong sizes so we had to buy additional fixtures or cut to fit. Windows are worthless. Nothing sealing them or holding them in tight so might as well not have any. Floor very very thin so expect to replace/ reinforce if you have not paid extra to get a decent one.

Purchased a 6x8 Tongue & Groove Shed, said it was in stock on the website, waited 5 days, no delivery and no contact. I called the supplier and they said it was out of stock and they were waiting for stock to arrive, 2 week wait. I've just checked the website and it's still saying in stock!

Shopping experience easy enough and it is brilliant that you can spread the cost but once payment was accepted I didn't heat anything back regarding when I can expect to recieved the product Very frustrating and rather disorganized.

Not very impressed with the shed, pre constructed panels seem to be in fairly poor condition, nails having missed their mark, damaged pieces, roof was particularly awkward to construct and could've been made easier, parts warped as soon as they were taken out of their packaging, the door doesnt line up correctly, panels to the sides of the doors are flimsy, instructions are unclear. i know it isnt going to be perfect but ive never had this many issues putting up a shed before. thoroughly dissapointed with this shed for the money I paid. Delivery driver was great though.

After an enormous amount of difficulty in contacting by ‘phone (a message kept telling me I was timed out and to try again), I did eventually get through and I opted to speak about ordering a shed, my initial question about colour was answered but when I tried order the product I was told that I could only order online, even though the webpage said that ordering could be done online or by ‘phone. Ordering online is not difficult but if you are already speaking to somebody using the ‘phone option that directs you to an order line they should not refuse to take a verbal order and send you back to the webpage. The telephone contact message needs a serious looking at, it very nearly lost the company my order. I don’t have a delivery date at the moment.

Ordered and paid for "1 x Apex Overlap Pressure Treated Double Door No Window 10x8". It came with windows...... All trust is lost already and I only glanced at the item ........ I am now waiting for the rain to subside before checking to see if it has actually been pressure treated and if all parts are complete and in one piece. I don't usually write reviews, but I have had no reply to my email reference receiving the wrong type of Shed.

Not happy that I've still not receivedmy summer house even to it was ordered in April and now being told it might be end of May I wasn't told of any delay when ordering this as I would of brought elsewhere

The phone system didn’t appear to work properly and the only time the phone went through from one of the numbered options there was no answer. The payment page failed a couple of times before payment finally went through. Money has been taken from my account a few days ago but I have still not had any information about when my shed will be delivered. Overall very frustrating and disappointing. Hoping the shed is of good quality to make up for the frustrating ordering process.

The efficiency of the website and speed of delivery was fine and as expected. The product itself, however, was extremely poor quality. Starting with the instructions, it's not that they were poor, it's that they were printed all jumbled up. It's so easy these days to print a booklet, Word does it for you, so it's hard to even imagine how they got printed in such a random order. As for the shed itself, the wood was really poor quality; really thin and rough and filled with knots. I have to doubt that this was dipped as advertised as the doors are totally warped. I had to spend several hours sawing off extraneous wood and using a belt sander to make the doors even fit in the opening. The flooring and roof panels are cheap, untreated chipboard and warped when they got wet as it was raining when the shed was delivered. Now the shed is assembled, there are huge gaps in the sides and I can't see this shed lasting much longer than a few years before it succumbs to the British weather. In conclusion, it was absolutely not worth the £170 I paid for it. I got it because I didn't have time to build one myself, but I really wish I'd laid aside the time to do that now and saved myself a load of money and hassle.

I tried to place my order by phone without any success. I phoned numerous occasions and got through to your switchboard which gave me 3 options. When I selected an option the line said I was timed out then went dead . I then decided to place the order on line which was successful. However your online process does not allow you to put your delivery address and assumes the cardholder address is the place of delivery. As i was purchasing this shed for my son I required it to be delivered to him and not to me. After several emails I believe the shed is now to be delivered to his home. The shed has not yet been delivered so I cannot comment on standard of workmanship, delivery time, damage etc. However I live in hope to see the shed soon and at the right address. I strongly feel at this point you need to review your phone and online order systems.

Delivery was great and the driver was helpful and friendly. However the product is very disappointing with some wood warped, other bits damaged thus making it difficult to put together. Unfortunately I didn’t realise this until part of it had been put together so just persevered with it but it looks awful. The wood isn’t great and I have lost count of the number of the splinters I got from the product. Would I recommend? A resounding no

Service: email Comms informed me the delivery of the shed and base would be made on the Friday. The base came on the Friday but the shed wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday. Product: the shed is okay. It's solid enough but the instructions are awful and there were random nails protruding all around the edges.
