“Advertising " in stock" (when not). Poor communication. Never again!”

“Placed an order for an in stock item. A week later if has not arrived and I’m told to ring the manufacturer, so is it in stock or not?”

“Delivery charges mis-leading. Customer care dept did not follow up on e-mail enquiry. When eventually emailed to ask if they had sent a response still didn’t reply when I confirmed they hadn’t.”

“The advertised delivery time of 3-5 working days has not been met. Mine will be delivered 2 days late which has caused problems to the schedule of the person working on my garden. I have also incurred additional costs due to this delay.”

“Quite disappointed with the service we received. We ordered a fence to be delivered along with a tool and driving spikes to fit the fence. The tool and spikes didn't arrive in the order, 5 days later and we are still waiting for our money back and haven't received an explanation as to why they didn't arrive or apology.”

“Not very user friendly website. It did not advise deliver timescale before purchase. Even on order confirmation doesn't state deliver timescale. Only when I have logged to check where is my order it states that it will be by 1st May. But then in red box it states that it can be delayed until 22 May. If thisinformation would be advised before confirming order would not confirm order or choose another product with quicker delivery”

“Not impressed with the after sales service, have no idea when my summer house is coming, stand to be amazed , this is despite at least 4 calls to the office none of which have reached a human voice, answerphone kicks relling me to press numbers, but despite hanging on got no further than you are number 3 in the que”

“Missing items from order. Terrible instructions. Not able to contact anyone of a weekend when trying to fix together. Not happy for the amount of money spent, now having to try and get to a hardware store to get the missing items that may or may not fit as it’s jot part of the product, at extra cost. Would not buy from here again unless this is resolved. The lack of customer service available over a weekend when you, as a customer, will be building items is disgraceful. So unhappy that I have wasted money on this item. Plus, before it was even delivered, we tried to discuss item for delivery with customer service and they couldn’t have been less helpful if they tried. All in all an absolute disaster and terrible company from start to finish. Keep your money and waste it else where. Disgusted.”

“It took me a few attempts during the day to be answered, not sure if there was a technical problem as every time I pressed option 1 I kept getting cut off. When I was eventually answered and requested to order a shed (option 1 sales order line) I was abruptly advised this is an on line store and you need to order on line. Frustrating when the pre recorded options clearly state option 1 for sales!!”

“Shed was delivered with wrong size roof panels, and took them a week to deliver replacements, leaving with insecure shed open to the elements for probably 2 weeks by the time I get to fit them. Asked for a partial refund which seemed reasonable, and they flat out refused. I already had to plane the shed door and chisel one of the battens to get it to fit and some of the joins leave gaps which need dealing with, so not a great experience overall.”

“Had a very frustrating time trying to order summerhouse. The second page said i had missed something and when I went back to first page error wasn't highlighted, so I didn't have a clue what the error was. I ended up phoning customer services and was told to complete information again.”

“My husband has spent the day building our shed, and we are very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. A vast amount of nails have been hammered into thin air, they do not properly secure the panels. VERY POOR!”

“Got the shed online at a reasonable price... no floor... and arrived with bits broken... sent replacements .. weather is now pissing it down so all the time taken off to build the shed now wasted.... Nice cardboard boxes tho yano to be fair the cardboard was nice ... wet now it’s been in the rain , ........”

“Build quality is minimal at best, had to buy a chisel set so that the door would fit properly, will need to buy additional materials to waterproof it and the windows can only be described as nearly fitting, I guess you get what you pay for, I should have paid £600 on wood and built my own”
