I can’t get through to speak to anyone on your premium rate number. The number just rings out. I have been trying for days. No e mail either from the after sales team after making contact to ask a question. No call back from the same. Time for delivery for cabin on website says 7-10 days, but now been given a date that is almost 5 weeks. I have not received product so can’t rate that, but after sales is absolutely appalling.

Awful experience! Sheds.co.uk don't tell you what you need to know...your 2 day delivery becomes up to 20 days as soon as you order (even if they knew when you paid)...and despite self-lauding their service, your order will be fulfilled by a 3rd party (not the manufacturer as they like to suggest). So now my shed is late, the delivery never happened, I've had broken promises from the 3rd party and I can't even contact the courier. What does the great sheds.co.uk service do? Not much! Very unhelpful, they don't address the issues and hide behind policies. I'm sure sheds.co.uk is great if all goes well, but when it doesn't, you're left with broken promises and no shed. Very unimpressed!

I have yet ot receive my order therefore cannot rate the quality of sevice. n email stating date of delivery was promised but not rendered.

I ordered an item advertised on the website as in stock and deliverable in 7-10 days. Then after chasing through their call centre I find out it's actually not in stock and will be delivered in 28 working days.

ordered 2 sheds online and at that point all was ok. Went downhill very fast from there. Found out that sheds were coming direct from supplier (Rowlinson Garden Supplies) and was sent text to give me a delivery date. These sheds were for our caravan so my wife arranged to be there all day for the delivery. No one turned up. Phoned next day to ask where my sheds were and was told they were down for delivery that morning, when I asked why no one rang me to say they were not being delivered I was told "sorry about that". I hastily called my wife to get back to accept the delivery and eventually the delivery turned up late afternoon with only one driver and he expected help to unload the sheds, luckily there was someone on site who could help him. Part one of this disaster completed. On opening the boxes the weekend after delivery we found virtually every panel had damage and at this point I really should have told them to collect their faulty merchandise and refund my money. Unfortunately I had arranged for someone to dismantle the old sheds and erect the new ones so I couldn't take this option. I phone d both the supplier and Sheds.co.uk and emailed 18 photographs of some of the damaged panels and was told that they would replace any damaged panels, that would have been ok had I not had to erect the sheds to get everything back inside. Sheds.co.uk have not even acknowledged my email and today 2 weeks after I sent I phoned them and asked what was happening, again to be told "sorry I haven't got back to you sooner" by Donna who I sent the original email to. she told me she hadn't heard back from the supplier (but hadn't followed it up either) and as I had refused to accept replacement panels then there was nothing else they could do (see above as to why this was not an option). Not even a goodwill gesture!!!! This review is now becoming a novel so will close by saying AWFUL PRODUCT QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE & I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Beware, you have been warned

Oh good you want my review!! Delivery day today. Its Saturday morning. i get a text telling me shed being delivered at 07.00. Ok no probs. But he turns up at 06.40 and off loaded at side of my house before i realised he was here. I heard a noise and realised it was the delivery man. I had to sign but firstly i asked him to take the shed through to the back garden... To be told NO. Im on my own and now have to ask a neighbour to help me move the shed. POOR POOR POOR DELIVERY SERVICE. Never again!!

Bought Shed online payment made. Delivery date given but on the day no one turned up and no communication. Logged onto website under my order and without any prior communication to me see the delivery date moved by ten days. Called up (hard to get through day after Bank Holiday) eventually called on Friday only to be told my credit card payment was retuned (the day after I bought t) and that I need to check my card provider as to why. After calling my credit card provider they advise the payment was cancelled at the supplier side. I dial back 10 minutes later only to be told that there was an issue their side and problem was not with credit card. I asked why, I the customer, was not informed that my order had been cancelled " Sorry for that" was the reply I got. Ten days wasted and waiting on Bank Holiday - will not use this company again.

Disappointing! Initially seemed straightforward, fair price and good selection, but the product was supposed to arrive 6 days ago, and hasn't. I did not receive any update on a delay (all the more apology for it). When contacted the retailer, nobody answered my emails or phones in 2 days, except for an auto reply saying I will get a reply in one business day.

Ok I have ordered my summerhouse and now I'm beginning to get a bit worried, I have tried to phone the orderliness now for half an hour and all I get is sorry there is no reply, I need to add to my order which is going to be delivered on Saturday, I cannot get hold of anybody, not good customer service

No contact after delivery. Chased multiple times with promises of call backs which never came. Finally got a response and had to threaten to cancel in order to get any level of service. The item will be delivered a week later than advertised. Hopefully it turns up complete and undamaged with the quality making up for the service.

Ordered shed over bank holiday weekend for delivery on a wednesday and got confirmation of this. Got phone call during week saying it cannot deliver that date as the website shouldnt have given that date and it would be the week after. Emailed asking to cancel as could get one quicker elsewhere. Still waiting for £250 refund despite promises over 2 months so am having to go through small claims court to get my refund

Delivery driver brought the wrong order he had left my summerhouse at the previous customer and i got his potting shed i then had to go with the driver back to the last job to help him unload and load my summerhouse then to make matters worse the extra floor support timbers i orderd were missing so i will have to buy some timber to be able to get the job done this weekend Very very dissapointing experience

I wanted to change some details on the order, I wanted them to erect the shed, as I had Finance on the shed I was prepared to pay for it seperatly, but no answer to my email I emailed a second time today to a Wendy Shepherd, still no answer, so I will cancel this and the finance in the morning

I ordered and after about 16 days and no shed, contacted you with difficulty and found my order had never been sent, although my money had left my bank when the order was first placed. Only 3 out of 4 parcels arrived. I had to contact again and again before hearing that the 5th part had been returned broken. Eventually all 5 parts were delivered!!

Online order process was simply and quite useful but once I had paid nothing else went well. Fencing panels did not arrive on day promised. 1 day of work wasted. When I chased I was told the panels were out of stock so couldn't be delivered even though I had a booked delivery day.... and the panels were in stock when I ordered them2 weeks ago. Panels came into stock on the 9th of May but couldn't be delivered until the 14th and when they arrived they were not as pictured or Described. Not happy

bought this as a secondary shed, not one straight panel or wooden beam, fittings and window frames in plastic bag full of water, flooring bowed and cracking under normal walking, thought I had been sent a reject by mistake. not a patch on the quality of first shed I bought from competitor. def not value for money on this.
