“Terrible customer service - error with booking system would not allow me to pay deposit- endlessly called customer service line. No reply - after being told I was number one in the que / dozens of times. Selected option one for sales and call was answered straight away.... Your system marked my deposit as paid - even though it has not been - therefor my order can not be processed. Finance company insist that they can not take deposit... Will use another company.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Extremely bad workmanship of shed that arrived, broken panels etc in fact my fence panels are in better condition! The customer service is also appalling and I am still waiting for my deposit back !! over a month now.”

“The delivery was terrible. The guy should place all items to the front garden or curbside. He didn't do it. He just saw as we worked with them. I've made a complaint and nothing happened. Very bad customer service.”

“Too early to ask me to review. There was an option to pick a delivery date on one shed, however there were no options to pick for the shed I bought. I then had to track today and found out it could take 5 weeks to deliver. Very poor. May cancel order.”

“On- line order missed vital parts already paid for. Took many hours of 'phone calls to put right and delayed the builders I was paying for. It took 2 weeks to do the base and then put all the component parts together. On-line help took hours when we had problems caused by distributor. If you think you are going to erecting this for the 6, 0000.00 it eventually cost me, think again. Very disappointing and I would not recommend”

“Absolutely appalling experience. Product is good, but if something goes wrong, the customer service is non-existent. Emails are not answered, phone line doesn't work, there are no text messages or emails to alert you on delivery as promised on the website, shed just gets dumped in front of your house. The fixing kit was missing from our shed on delivery and trying to obtain a replacement one and re-schedule the shed installation guy is an absolute nightmare. I would certainly not recommend to anyone.”

“part of order delivered. spent a long time on phone trying to get the rest of the order... still haven't got anything sorted. have made purchase on credit card and will likely have to initiate a claim through the credit card. very poor communication and poor customer service. avoid buying from this site.”

“Ended up cancelling order. Terrible customer service. Late delivery with no telling when in future it would come. Staff were abrupt and put down phone incredibly quickly to get rid of me. I never write reviews but I will be leaving several on social media. Worst customer experience I ever had”

“Delivery driver advised that the shed was damaged and therefore not worth delivering. This was advised at 3.00 pm after waiting home to receive delivery. If product was dispatched in poor condition where is quality control and will replaced product be acceptable?”

“Really poor communication and dreadful customer service. Spent almost 20 minutes hanging on the telephone waiting for an answer despite recorded message saying I was first in the queue! No information regarding approximate delivery date. Still considering cancelling my order. SORT YOURSELVES OUT!”

“Biggest load of RUBBISH I have ever bought. Summerhouse damaged no free wood stain,quality control non-existant, Shiplap split in numerous places,nails protruding having missed the intended target, instructions for different item.SOME WOOD VERY WARPED.Needed to buy wood filler to rectify the problems Overall absolute disgrace I FEEL ASHAMED THAT I PURCHASED such rubbish Obviously the Summerhouse was not checked prior to delivery. SAVE YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE. ITEM WAS DROPPED ON DRIVEWAY,driver never called. Phoned customer services to complain was offered replacement damaged parts which never arrived, phoned again only to be offered £40. Still no sign of the free wood treatment, absolute abysmal”

“The website made it very easy for me to spend £850 on a shed (funny that....) but when it came to delivery I was hugely let down. Despite having agreed a delivery date at the point of purchase, I was told the day before delivery that I wouldn’t actually get the shed until 4 days after the delivery date. This has now caused enormous knock on issues as I am having a garage demolished and needed the shed to securely store its contents. The predictable, if not unhelpful response from the supplier was in essence “we’re sorry you feel that way but tough, there’s nothing we are going to do about it to help you with your issue.” Thanks guys, a great customer experience.”
