“14 days ago we ordered a shed which stated 7 to 14 days delivery. Over the past week we have tried phoning daily never yet got through, after numerous emails we are now being told will be aleast another week. Terrible service”

“not at all happy i was told 2to 5 days for delivery which is why i purchased product and now i am told i have to wait almost a month this not what i call good customer service and i am thinking of canceling my order as i needed this product this week as a surprise for my husband”

“can't process an online order . Delivery cant be made for a further week; I have to pay men and then explain to customer why their garden will not be completed as agreed.”

“Very flimsy, and no instructions to be put together. The floor is absolutely none useable which I had to replace. The sides are made of very thin wood. All in all really bad .”

“Terrible from start to finish. The item said 7-14 Days delivery ... it turned up 5 weeks later. Once delivered, two items were snapped, two bowed and twisted and most 3-5mm shorter than stated. Once I requested replacement parts they said they would be with me on a Tuesday, arrived Friday. The shed itself is far from a security shed. You could easily just pull the thing apart should you want to. I ended up battening everything up with extra screws it was that flimsy. The apex parts were shoddily built and I had to rejig one piece as the angles were well out. Fitting the door hinges with the security screws was a joke due to the amount of nails in the door to hold it together. Customer service was none existent and I am still awaiting a response from both the manufacturer and supplier regarding this item. Top tip ... do not buy this shed and do not use sheds.com.”

“Most of my summerhouse was delivered but the floor supports were out of stock, so now I've taken 2 days off work to look at a pile of wood that I can't build. Someone promised to call me back within the hour - that was yesterday lunchtime. Today they tell me there's a 48 hour response time from the suppliers. I wish I'd gone elsewhere.”

“Where should I start. Rude staff bought a log cabin paid for it was told it wouldn't be there for 28 days so I cancelled the order I was told would be refunded with 3/5 days didn't get refunded until 9 days. I rang several times which I couldn't get through on both occasions for a while when I did get through staff were rude un helpful and tried to rush me off the phone I certainly would not recommend to anyone”

“The service was absolutely diabolical. Firstly, when ordering the shed I went through several steps in processing and arranging delivery only to be told once I confirmed the order that the delivery would be curb side only. This meant I had to take the day off from work to arrange labour to move the shed to where I needed it. The day before delivery I received a call from the distribution centre that the shed was no in stock and that I would have to rearrange. I called Shed.co.uk who accepted no responsibility for the error and would not offer any compensation. I cancelled the order and would never use this company again.”

“Shed delivered damaged ... 1 week on it’s still sitting on my driveway and Sheds.co.uk are deferring me to an unknown ‘supplier’ of theirs. Expected more for the price”

“I have tried to call the company, but your phone lines are not connecting. I purchased a shed at £374.00 on 22/06/18. The order was cancelled swiftly due to a Problem (at my end). I was told I would receive a refund immediately. More than two weeks have now passed and no refund.”

“I made an order on some outside furniture on the 23rd of June. I was able to select the delivery option for the following Thursday 28th. Delivery was not made. I called and was told that the stock had been checked and delivery would be delivered on the 5th of June. So after waiting in all day there was no delivery. Called again to be told that the furniture is now not in stock and wont be ready for delivery until the 16th....... With another week to wait for delivery.... 6 weeks from the start of delivery. So I asked for a refund to be told my funds would take 5 to 7 days to return. Very disappointed. No supervisor available to speak to me..... I wouldn't bother with this company again... I hate liars.”

“Still waiting delivery. Courier scheduled for 4th but the driver ran out of time!. Not delivered on 5th either with no communication of when it's likely to be delivered. Very poor.”

“Quite funny that you're asking me to review my experience when I haven't received the shed yet. No update on delivery after original email says 2-5 days for the shed to be delivered but when you track it online it says could be 3 weeks due to busy period this should be made clear before order is placed but Who knows when it will arrive, a simple email giving a rough date would be nice but it's all good as I've got my shed alarm but no shed so cheers!”

“asy site to use. No issues with delivery dates. Communication with installer very good. All this was great then delivery day came! No contact was made with me. I had to call the office to confirm it was being delivered today. I waited in all day, had to find additional child care and the shed never came. Absolutely appalling service. I now await confirmation it will indeed arrive for the installer on Saturday, in which case all will be forgiven.”

“Ordered shed, indicated in stock, with 1-2 day delivery time. Waited for shed, no shed and no communication. Rang supplier, informed shed out of stock with 2 month lead time !!. False advertising, no manners to call and tell me. Was I to sit in hope until August having ordered a shed in June ??. Will never buy from or recommend sheds.co.uk. omplete rubbish. “I ordered my shed ages ago and still don't have it. I have had to phone every day and am constantly told it will be delivered that day and it never arrives. It is hopeless. This has gone on for nearly 2 weeks now and I am still no nearer getting my shed.”
