delivered only half the shed first was told would be about three days till i would receive the missing bits but someone would ring and confirm they did not, i rang back and asked if i could pick the bits up myself, was told i could not, was then told it would be five days till i would receive the missing bits still no phone call for confirmation, so asked them to cancel the order and to pick up the bits they had dropped off

Delivered soaking wet and covered in green mould. Very poorly nailed with about 40% of nails sticking out. One of the doors had a panel no where near correct spacing so looks odd. Was advertised with a padbolt and had padbolt in the picture...was sent with the most cheap and nasty hasp I've ever seen. Delivery was good and went together ok.

Ordering was easy but the fulfilment was terrible. Broken on arrival. Told delivery team straight away. They phoned in to log broken part and order replacement to be shipped. I was told I’d get a follow up to confirm. However a week past and I heard nothing so I called you. There was no record of the call or broken part. The customer service team were unhelpful and basically said to phone your supplier to sort it out! I said no, please may you sort out the problem as order placed with you. She said she’d call back and didn’t. Called again. She had ‘missed’ an email from supplier in her inbox that item had been dispatched. I was transferred to your supplier. They apparently knew nothing of problem despite being told 2 mins earlier that item was dispatched. Went through problem again. We will now see if anything turns up..... terrible shopping experience.

I ordered a log cabin back in December and from that point it went downhill. My order was delayed, then installation was delayed, then the installation wasn't without some issues... they left my garden like a tip with lots of mess plus my cabin doors and windows weren't not closing properly etc. so had to call the installation team back who were a bit off with me. At the time I was told I'd receive a call but didn't get one and since been promised a few calls back after raising concerns but yet to have anyone call me. Definitely wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

No confirmation email sent to me , all can see is payment taken from bank account! So guessing I may get goods delivered this week as requested not much more to review!!

Completely let down by this company. Shed was advertised as in stock and available for express delivery on a nominated day. Waited in on the day and heard nothing, only to be told when I looked on ‘Where’s my order’ that it might be 22 days later than expected. What’s the point of selecting a day for delivery then? Disappointed that I wasn’t even informed.

Parts were missing, and despite advertising they provide after sales care, all they do is give you the suppliers phone number.

Ordered fence panels for delivery end of Feb 18. After four delivery cancellations I requested a refund at the end of Apr 18. Shocking service as you didn't really have any idea when these would be delivered.

Wrong shed was delivered and when driver questioned by my wife he said cos its flatpacked, when I got home from work I found instructions to show wrong and there was another on lorry so next cust will prob have my shed, phoned to complain and nice lady said she would try to contact driver time will tell if they can resolve this today

Website said goods were in stock and would be delivered next day. Turns out not in stock and they want a week to refund. Online tetailing at its worst. Do not use this firm.

Online shopping experience was ok you pick what you want and date of delivery , but reality of it isn’t what you get instead you get a phone call saying can’t deliver on that day or the next day and so it be a week , warehouse doesn’t work transport . The day I was told I was getting it being following Monday I’m at work I was told don’t worry the driver will leave out side the house . No mention of refund or any help . I still haven’t got my shed I paid for the feedback I would give is this company got your money after you been online and purchased but what you tick for delivery isn’t what you get be warned !!!!

Leaky roof.*WARNING* Do not purchase from this company. No after sales care & completely uncoordinated with ‘installation team’. Purchased a summerhouse from them, started leaking the next day, terrible time getting team to come out and look at it. Eventually they did and diagnosed that central beam was ‘bowed’. Said they would get a replacement- they didn’t and i had a nightmare getting one. When i got it, couldn’t get them to come out and fit it. Installation team v unprofessional- said they would arrivevat 12 but came at 5 and threw the thing up in 45 mins. Also called me from hospital(!) once looking for sympathy. Bizarre. Eventually they decided problem wasn’t bowed beam but was a defective model. Finally offered to come out to put bitumen on roof. Never happened. All along the Sheds team were horrendous, particularly Sarah. What kind of company are they? They sold me an unusable product. Total waste of money- £1200+. Claimed I had signed a paper on the day saying it was installed properly. How could i know it leaked until it rained? Do not pay for installation. If something is wrong with your purchase you’re on your own. AVOID!!!!

We assembled a "summer house" from sheds.co.uk and a wood store from eBay at the same time. The wood store was of much better quality. This shed (assembled by a professional builder) has nails and screws sticking out and missing, is missing parts, and is such poor quality that the doors won't close properly. Would not recommend sheds.co.uk to anyone.

Although Sheds arrived when they was meant to, they was missing a very vital part.... THE FLOORS... After contact sixty i offered to go and collect these at my own expense but was told this wasn't possible. I then asked for these to be delivered the following day... Agian i was told that this wasn't possible... After about 15 phone calls i was assured that these floors would be delivered on the Saturday without fail... Not surprisingly we are now on Monday and still no floors... This resulted in me having to go to Wickes yesterday afternoon and buy timber to make my own floors at my own expense... After asking Sixty for a refund of these monies i have be told... NO AS MY TIMBER IS MORE EXPENSIVE THEN THE FLOORS THAT COME WITH THE SHEDS...... VERY VERY VERY unhelpful... Sixty just blame Forest for everything and seem to forget that i am a customer of SIXTY not forest..... I would only suggest buying a shed from SIXTY or indeed Forest if you don't mind spending vast amounts of time on the phone chasing up missing parts that won't arrive... I'd suggest another company, a company that isn't so big that as a customer you are just a number and when one instance of negative feedback just get's overlooked... VERY VERY disappointing service

We purchased a shed including a padlock, booked the delivery date, yet suddenly out of nowhere several days to early got notification of delivery. The delivery company is of the charming type that simply does not want to speak with anyone or indeed reschedule delivery - smashing! Scrambling around and rebooking all sorts of people at work, one of us manage to be home to receive the shed, just to see that only the padlock arrives. We call the shed company asking where the shed is, only to be informed that it will arrive as we scheduled. A new scramble then ensues to again ensure for someone to be home. Purchasing a padlock to make things easier resulted in an extremely poor customer experience. Why on earth the two deliveries cannot be coordinated is beyond me, or indeed just a big notification box when purchasing that the delivery date will be whenever the company decides. Or even the basic decency of hiring a delivery company that allows rescheduling of dates. Amazon, I think not! Luckily, I am not on the market for more sheds, but I shall definitely not recommend this one unless the basic operational details can be sorted out. Not exactly rocket science!

The man who delivered the log store was from Mercia . He was unpleasant because I had not read a text message from him saying he wanted to deliver at 06.00h. As it was he delivered at 07.00h - before time given by Mercia. He refused to put the components where I asked him to.
