“I brought a skylight shed 6x10, it was to thin very flimsy, some of it was missing, I spent £500 on that load of rubbish, I'm so disappointed in it, the shelf my child could have made it by her self, and better, feel totally conned out of my money total waste of money if you ask me, won't never go to sheds.co.uk again”

“This item has not been recieved as supplier is out of stock. I have tried contacting you by phone and email. The phone line was constantly busy and no response to email.”

“Ordered on the 13th May. Was told order was in stock. 1 week later I received a letter stating that "due to high demand" my order isn't actually in stock. Now it's in stock it's still gonna take nearly 2 weeks to be delivered because they're "not in my area till then" This company is a waste of time. Plenty of other company's doing sheds so I'd advise anyone who's reading this to go else where. Every shed they advertise shows "in stock" but who knows if it actually is. Don't get caught like me.”

“Truly abysmal service so far. Upon ordering you're supposed to receive an e-mailed receipt and a link to a webpage to book delivery. It took a full week and myself chasing them to receive the receipt and a different company (Forest, the supplier I think) contacted me by post to arrange delivery. Since I have booked the delivery this other company has called me to tell me they can't deliver it on schedule as there are none in stock!. Sheds.co.uk haven't had the decency to notify me themselves and the shed still shows as in stock on their website. I don't want the Moon and Stars...just the shed and service I have paid for. Buy from them by all means but don't expect them to care after they have taken your money. ????”

“I have already logged feedback with trust pilot. I sent 2 emails to you asking for help and you ignored them. I was assured shed would arrive on scheduled day and took a day off, the shed never arrived until next day !! The plastic shed is just that plastic wafer thin no facility to hang shelves. I am going to give it away to whoever wants it free. Your service is non existent after care none existent and contact is impossible. Costly experience losing 2 days holiday and £250 on a piece of flimsy plastic. But at least I have warned others”

“Wanted to take shed back. Had screwed 4 panels together. Was told no. I now have a shed that is too small. I would have paid more for a larger shed and paid a little extra for removal of shed and minor damage caused. I have another shed i need to buy. Will go elsewhere and everyone that comes over i tell this story too. Ashame cost me a lot of money and it was the spec detail by you guys that was wrong!! Measurements were incorrect”

“Items purchased were not shown as self-assembly; due to health issues I had to find someone to put them together for me. Not only that but parts were missing. Not at all impressed.”

“Do not use this company! Very disappointed at every point...... They didn't advise when the item would be delivered. Rang them 3 times to find out. Eventually they rang back to confirm when the item would be delivered and someone hd to be in to receive it. On the day of delivery, waited in until 4pm. Rang to check it was being delivered, assure it would- it wasn't. Rang them the next day only to be told the item was out of stock and would have to wait another 6-8 weeks, despite the item being shown in stock on the web site? Cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. Had to chase them continuously to get the monies, it took 9 days. Continuously lied to and I would not recommend this company or web site,. Very disappointed.”

“I selected Sheds.co.uk as they had the product I wanted, at a reasonable price, for delivery within 2-3 days. The reality was somewhat different! I had no contact from the company for several weeks completing the 'Where is my order?' form twice. When, fed up, I finally phoned up to speak with someone, I did get good information and a quick response. The pain didn't end there however. The shed was supplied directly from the manufacturer who delivered it on the wrong day and blatantly lied about having changed it to suit me. I have yet to unbox and erect it so can't comment on completeness and/or quality. Let's just say my hopes aren't high!”

“Purchased summer-house and agreed date for delivery. Waited in all day and not arrive, and no call. Contacted next day and was advised that they would investigate and call back - did not. Contacted again the following day and was told the same - again not contact back. Now left with no idea when will be delivered. Tried on-line tracking, and still shows original delivery date. When next contact, if no resolution, will cancel order. No calls, no email , no apology - disgraceful !!! Hopefiully the product is better than their customer service - when it eventually arrives.”

“STAY AWAY from this company nothing delivered on time ( didn't pass email to suppliers) despite myself contacting them 3 times, promises of return phone calls nothing. A request to speak to the manager and was continually told he was busy and no return call , eventually shed arrived and a whole bag of screws joints and things missing at this point husband wasted two booked holidays off one for failed delivery and one to erect shed. At present still waiting for missing pieces after sending 3 emails 2 phone calls and 3 weeks after ordering . problems can occur I understand but customer service terrible no information and having to chase a company when you have spent hundreds of pounds is just not on.”

“Ok product badly let down by inept delivery service. Small bike store came as 4 clearly marked packages, unfortunately the delivery driver was clearly unable to count to 4 and only left 3. Next day delivery promised for the missing section so took another day off and this did not appear. Missing parts turned up 5 days later after spending hours on the phone. So my suggestion would be don't expect it all at once and expect to take multiple days away from work for promised deliveries that fail to arrive. Bit of compensation/refund in price or even an apology would have been nice. What's more worrying is that you cant employ delivery people that are unable to count beyond 3!”

“Having left my phone number for the delivery, in fact two phone numbers incase i happened to be at work 10 minutes away. I eagerly awaited the shed. Returning home one morning there it was pretty much thrown down the steps to my flat, all insight of the road. Another 3 steps down and it could at least have been placed under cover of the terrace. I rang to complain....was told the courier probably had not charged his mobile phone, therefore could not call. 'What do you want us to do about it", was the question..how rude and uncaring. I was promised a call later on that day as they were going to call the courier to return. Neither happened. Shed quality appalling, not as in photo!!!!”

“I'm very happy with the shed itself. However the delivery company were SHOCKING. The delivery was due between 1 and 4pm. At 2.30 I called to get an estimated eta, only to be told that the delivery was cancelled. No-one had rang to tell me. The delivery companies words were "its not my problem we haven't got a vehicle" . Then when it arrived two days later, they didn't come with the right equipment to unload, complained that there was a kerb on the street where I live, and had attitude. Dumped the pallet in my alleyway and left me to break it down and get it into a secure place. I am totally disgusted with this service and unfortunately Rowlinsons and DX are one and the same to the customer. But the shed is just what I wanted and seems robust and well made.”

“Ordered octagonal picnic table on 21/10/2015 and paid same day, received confirmation mail re order. Have e-mailed via the web site and quoted ref number etc twice since ordering as now 21 days since order placed. Order has been purchased from School donations for Nursery children but have never received any answer or reply re status of order, only on the first mail 30/10/2015 did I receive acknowledgement of the mail stating they would be in contact, which they haven't!!”
