“It took sheds.co.uk 3 attempts to deliver our shed, undamaged. When the shed was errected we found more damage to panels. We were told they would replace the panels which required it being taken apart (the roof was on and felted at this point). I contacted the company to say I did not want to take the entire shed apart and they offered us replacements only. Very disappointed after spending such a lot on a shed!”

“STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF ANS I HAVE WAITED ALMOST A MONTH TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER THEY SENT ME A SECURITY SHED THAT HAD BROKEN PARTS THEN MESSED ABOUT TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK PAST FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WITHOUT ANY JOY BE ADVISED STAY AWAY FROM THIS 2 BIT COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME ????????”

“Delivery was good and on time. However very disappointed with the shed. The size was perfect but the quality was very poor. I know it was described as a budget item but it is really like a tin can. It was really difficult to put up and very easily got bent/ dinted despite taking care in the process. Would not recommend this shed for any purpose as it is far too flimsy and sorry to say it is a waste of money.”

“would not ever use this company again, waited to be contacted about 48 hour delivery and it never happened, I had an email 9 days later by the sales manager clive bates, that said the couriers were waiting for confirmation of delivery which was ridiculous, the delivery address was given and i was told delivery would be saturday which would have been perfect i gave a phone number and told them to call when the shed was loaded, not sure what went wrong but i never had an explanation,.”

“Having spent a lot of money £2369.99 on a Log Cabin and then £295.92 for Red Shingles for the roof. The Cabin roof was like a 50p coin and as the shingles don't go round angles this left a gaps where the two angles met the gap required a ridge tile to cover the gaps The response from Sheds was that they supply enough tiles even after their installation Manager agreed that we needed more shingles to complete the roof As they have refused to be of any help it would appear that once they have your money they don't care so buyer beware you may be better off getting a shingles from your local DIY Store they may even be cheaper and a better service”

“I have just purchased a static caravan and thought a nice metal shed would be handy to keep bikes and bbq in, well what an utter fiasco, ordered said shed money was paid but shed was discontinued so we will get you another type, but I must receive it before season end. No worries they say, so I stay on all day screwdriver in hand. No shed they deliver it to an old dear down the lane no phone call to see where I am just dump it in her garden and no signature. Local handyman lets me know he thinks my shed is across some poor dears garden so of I trundle to carry 105 kgs on my back to my van. Tis now 5 o'clock screwdriver ready open boxes and no instructions. What a firm, no better than a chocolate fire guard, my grandkids could have organised it quicker and more efficient.”

“Shed turned up on the back of an open lorry soaked. Offered no help of getting it off the lorry and said I'd need 3 or 4 people to help offload Luckily the very top part of the shed was split down the side. Cheap material for prime price. Told the driver not to bother and sent the shed back . Took a week to refund.. Won't be using them again that's for sure”

“Shed delivered, dreadful state. Warped wood, pieces missing and broken. Not fit for use as an overnight shelter for a dog. Still awaiting refund. Chased after sales who are slow to say the least to resolve. Sent pictures of said damages shed three times then threatened with ombudsman before I got a response. Still awaiting refund due to break down in communication between supplier manufacturer. Would not recommend”

“Booked paid for 48 hour delivery. Took the day off work for it to be delivered and it turned out it wasn't even in stock. 9 days later it finally got delivered after chasing about 10 times. Awful service. Never use again.”

“i was most disappointed in the sheds structure the joiner that i had asked to erect the shed took one look at it and shook his head and said to me that the shed was'nt worth putting up as the first strong wind would blow it away. i'm sorry i orderd the item as i have had one great big hassle trying to get to speak with someone to get it returned (numerous phone calls and e-mails ) . I speak through experience here when i say i would not take the shed if they were giving it away for nothing. i would like to add that it is a dreadful waste of the planets resources making things from wood that would blow away in relatively light wind and probably end up in a dump somewhere”

“Playhouse was of inferior quality of nails sticking out and just dumped on the front awn with the felt torn open Customer services completely unbothered by our concerns regarding our safety telling us we should check it carefully for nails if it was for our children Very poor quality and terrible finish for something over £300 Would definitley never recommend or use these products again”

“Where to start. On ordering I was given a 7-10 days deliver estimate. Now 3 weeks later I still do not have my shed. After a week waiting on an update I called the company. 3 times I was told I would receive a call back. 3 times this did not happen. When I finally got someone I was told my shed was out of stock. 3 weeks. Still no shed. Appalling service. I am starting to wonder if this is a real company. Was told if I wanted a refund I had to put it in writing. No issue taking my money straight away. Considering I could have got a comparable shed locally and have it by now I completely regret using this company and will advise everyone I know not to use it.”

“We ordered a 6 x 4 plastic shed from this company, but that's most certainly not was in the box. With 6 large parts missing and 12 of the aluminium parts missing, we were continuously told every day " someone or the manager will call you back". Their customer service was a disgrace, and after nearly two weeks of being told parts were being sent, then they weren't, then a replacement shed was being sent, then it wasnt, eventually a phone call from the manufacturer solved the problem and a replacement shed was sent. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone”

“not worth the cost . so thin it bent when putting it up,had to get e xtra bracing to strengthen Would have returned it but having spent two days putting it up decided to grin and bear it. Certainly won't be recommending you to anyone else. A partial refund may sweeten the pill.”

“The first person i have dealt with was fantastic. The second person i spoke to a week later about a confirmed date of delivery, which the first person instructed me to do, was icredibly rude, did not sound like she wanted to be on the phone. ended up giving me alot of attitude and hung up on me very very abruptly. Shed arrived and there are bits missing, which has put me behing sceduale and unable to errect a shed and have animal with out a shelter!. Massively dissapointed and a waste of £665! I will never come back and shed problem is still not resolved either!I have tried to call Sheds.co.uk and number does not work anymore!!!!! Will be writting a review independently on google about this warning others, as im that upset and feel cheated!”

“I would avoid this company. I have had a plastic shed delivered which arrived missing one shelf which I've paid extra for. I have now emailed the firm twice and not had a reply. I have called their 0845 8695763 number and it's constantly engaged. I have called pretty much all day today and yesterday. Looks like I need to raise a dispute with my card provider to get my money back.”

“Order an item from Shed.co.uk and paid for 48hour delivery. Recevied confrimation of my order but they could not tell me when delivery will be made. They also advised that it will only be delivered to outside my home. Being disabled I would need to arrange for someone to be around to carry the item into my garden or home. Because they could note confrim when delivery willbe made i could not make such arrangement so had no option but to cancel my order. Sheds failed to action my order and the shed got delivered. I no longer needed it from them because I had placed my order with another company. I asked sheds to come and collect it which they did not do. Their phones all of a sudden developed a fault and I could not contact them. When I eventually did, some days later I asked them to come and collect the item. I heard nothing and when I called back 4 days later they refused to come and collect it as it had gone past the 14 days cooling off period. Also, they said that I had been in contact with their suppliers. This is all lies as I didn't even know who they get thier supplies from. The whole ordeal has been very traumatic and stressfull. I am now out of pocket for their error and on top of it all the constantly lied thorugh the whole ordeal. I would not recommend them to anyone and would never order from them again. The one star rating given it too much...they are not worth even half a star!”
