BUYERS BEWARE POOR QUALITY , NO REFUND Bought metal shed from this company and 2 professional builders were unable to put it together as was twisted and holes didn't line up. Complained and asked to return shed, despite ongoing promises of collection for 5 weeks it is still in my garage and at the last phone call the manager seemed unaware of any issues (despite many calls) and promised to sort it out and e-mail and phone me right back after arranging collection (nothing happened). Shed is still in garage and I have no refund. MANY LIES AND REFUSAL TO COLLECT/ REFUND FAULTY PRODUCT. DO NOT TRUST.

The box arrived on the right day but when opened there is a big scratch on the lid. I took a photo and mailed it to sheds twice but have not had a reply. I will give them until the end of the week and will contact my credit card company to resolve. Be warned!!

We had problems from the moment the shed was delivered. The shed base was damaged and we were given 2 options, repair the damage ourselves or wait a week or more for a replacement base. We chose to repair the damage and the driver took pictures of the damaged base. We sent an email to customer service to discuss the damaged base and request that we were reimbursed for the repair, after a week with no response we sent a second email. When we finally got a reply sheds.co.uk would not even consider discussing reimbursement, unless we gave them detailed receipts of all the items purchased for the repair even though they had pictures of the damage from both the driver and ourselves. After a few emails were exchanged sheds.co.uk stopped replying to us and we have not heard from them since. We are disgusted with their customer service. Would not recommend this company.

I was looking for a no hassle company installed option of a good quality shed.What I got was a dissapointing experience and after 3 weeks still no installed shed.Installation team arrived 2 and half weeks after the order and said it was too difficult for them to install. After complaining a second team is due to arrive this week for another attempt.Not a good experience.

just like waltons sheds they took my money no contact from them when i got intouch with them they dident even have the shed i ordered got my refund for second time would not recommend

You have cashed in my money but made no attempt to deliver my shed or to inform me when I may expect delivery. Very poor service indeed. I have today emailed a request for a refund.

I brought a shiplap 7 x 5 shed and fitted it myself, there was gaps in the panels and the material was cheap and thin chipboard ! Very flimsy broad.. I paid £375 for this shed and thought I was getting something better then I did!! Poor quality..!!

I was initally impressed with the service but on receiving our order a 3x6 Bike shed we found that a number of items were missing. We had put time aside to build the shed so found this very annoying. I rang on the Monday morning and was told that I would have to send photographs of the missing items. How I am supposed to photograph something we do not have I don't know. The gentleman I spoke to was polite but I explained I had no idea how to send a picture by e mail. So I sent an e mail without pictures and have heard nothing since. I had to visit a wood yard to get replacement items and pay again. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. You should accept when items are missing or give an alternative way of sending photographic evidence. Such as by mobile phone.

Ordered a shed looking at its specifications. The shed that arrived was quite different. Advertised spec: 3 windows, 14mm shiplap cladding, padlock protector etc. Actual shed: 2 windows, 10-12mm shiplap, no padlock protector, flimsy felt etc. Few wooden parts were warped. Overall, disappointment!

Poor quality summer house, a lot of ill fitting parts, was also dumped at the side of our home whilst we were on holiday for anyone to lift! Had to eventually cancel the other half of our order after waiting 3 weeks for delivery only to be told we faced a possible other 14day minimum wait with no explanation as to why, only to be told 'it's not our problem'. The companies staff have the customer service skills of a goat and that's putting it politely! Do NOT waste your money or energy on this company.

I ordered a shed on 22nd July expecting to have received it in 10 to 15 days as stated on the website. we waited for 2 weeks and decided to give you a call to find out the progress. We were told that the item wasn't in stock and they would upgrade me to model above, however this wasn't even a free upgrade i wasn't even offered any kind of discount. I was told the new shed will arrive within a couple of weeks, however as we had already been waiting he would put a note to try to hurry things up. He also explained i would have an email confirming the new order, credit card would be refunded for the timber floor (not needed for new shed) and that a delivery email would follow, that was well over a week ago now and so far I've had no delivery information or conformation email as promised. So far not so good, I still have a few days until the 2 week mark but really unimpressed with the services, i would have at least expected to be upgraded for free which didn't happen and so far my card hasn't been refunded the difference.

The shed (order ref: 100002727) supplied is not fit for purpose and is unusable. Arrange contact with Clare Hayter 07920440183 to discuss and arrange immediate urgent replacement at no cost to us. Ordered a delux range shed 10/6 feet. I think, Floor was the cheapest available in UK. Floors on cheap garden sheds from B&Q are far far better than one provided along with my delux range order. Had to reinforce it usin 18" floor boards to protect my feet from getting jammed when it breaks. Still waiting for a response for the complaint I have raised.

Very poor customer service. Bought a shed from this company, decided to return as not the size as they promised on their website. What happened next is a nightmare, worst experience I had. Initially, they would not accept it back as they insisted that we attempted to install the shed which I insisted we havent. However, according to their terms & conditions, buyer can return the good/s in whatever reasons even just a change of mind. Eventually, after the many long phone calls I had, they were willing to accept it back "BUT" at the expense of me paying for the delivery & re-packaging costs which cost me nearly £100. After this, I have to keep ringing them to chase when the item to be collected. On receipt, apparently, there was a damage to the item that they took £42 off the money I paid. This company ripped me off and It took almost 2 1/2 months to have everything sorted. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD !!!! That bad that I was inclined to see a solicitor for legal action. Hence, never ever would I recommend this company to anyone else. So, be careful before you buy anything from this company.

Delivery promised 3-7 days. Now 12 days and counting. I only hope the construction is better than the delivery. Can't rate what I haven't got but am not allowed to submit so will start with lowest rating. One never knows, it might improve.

Damaged on inspection during unloading. Very poor quality, Broken parts, Ill fitting parts, nails sticking out. Very poor overall. Returned back to them straight away for a refund. Lots better available elsewhere. Very Disappointed customer

Very Poor, emails ignored, nobody phones you back when promised communication needs to be improved, will never use them again. ordered on behalf of my 80 year old aunt, she was told she'd get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery, They came without warning pieces were left all over the place and panels stacked badly, my aunt commented that they could blow over and they did on to her foot which has been left badly bruised. Very poor experience with even poorer communication, my advice would be to look elsewhere!
