“The worst shed I’ve ever bought. A complete pile of rubbish and if I hadn’t spent so long putting it together I think I would smash it to pieces.”

“Sent shed back as it was made of match wood. Very poor quality not fit for purpose. Rung before order placed asked specific questions about shed build and door width. Information given proved to be incorrect. Best part of this was speaking to the lady who organised return. Very disappointing but you do get what you pay for at the end of the day.”

“Very poor customer service my summer house was delivered on Thursday once unloaded I noticed it was the wrong one. After waiting in all morning I called customer service who would not rearrange delivery of the correct summer house until the wrong one arrived back at the depot. It is now Monday and I have had no contact from anyone to rearrange delivery of my summer house. Staff at customer service were very unhelpful up to now very bad experience.”

“Do not buy from this company. Their phone lines are left to ring until they pick them up and slam them back down. Even the sales line! The delivery driver was rude and arrogant. The installer is more interested in £100 revisit fee for an improper prepared hard standing area. I now have a shed in bits on my driveway with no date for erection and rain is forecast. Just beautiful!”

“Shed arrived with damage on a damaged pallet so delivery driver could not manoeuvre it properly. It was dumped on my driveway and I was not allowed in inspect it before the driver took off. Bad delivery experience means I would not order again or recommend. It’s stacked upright on the pallet nailed through the shed so will not fit any regular openings. Not suitably packaged for a domestic customer. All packing left behind for customer disposal. Unable to get through to she’d.co.uk on the phone”

“Very good experience up until delivery day. Summerhouse was poorly constructed and damaged. Delivery men dumped it all down so it looked as of it had been fly tipped. Customer service hung up 3 times before I finally got through, waiting for collection of summerhouse for a full refund and they have forwarded my photos to their supplier who is at some point going to collect but they haven't answered my email as to when this will be.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery was a joke! Advertised as between 7 and 7pm. Got a text night before to say between 6 and 6.30, rang to say that’s outside delivery hours and and promised a call back. No call so i got up stupidly early but they didn’t even bother ringing my bell, just dumped the shed outside the front of my house and left. I am a single female and now have to try and move the shed to back of house so it’s secure until I can get it built. APPALLING SERVICE!”

“Quite disappointed with the panels, felt they were extremely flimsey and expected more for £300, this was put into a rented house and feel the tenents will rest items against the sides and these will come away from the frame. So regrettably I've not got piece of mind knowing it may not last long.”

“I queried the Price Match Promise as I’d found the same plastic shed elsewhere cheaper. Finally received an answer after chasing 3 times only to be told the price couldn’t be matched. No explanation why. The crowning turd in the water pipe is that the cheaper shed’s price has gone up in the meantime. Thank you Sheds.co.uk for your sterling 0 star service.”

“I wanted to pay over 2 years but was told I could not deliver to another address. I did cancel but phoned the credit agency up to return my deposit and they told me they just need needed confirmation off sheds.”

“Fantastic value for money for pent shed. Plastic base came next day and shed being delivered within a week of ordering. Excellent communication when I had a query. Would definitely recommend to family and friends”

“Ordered with sheds as fast delivery date, when it came to the day of delivery all up and ready to take delivery at time confirmed by text previous day only for it to be cancelled AFTER the allocated time frame. Then to be told it couldn't be loaded on to the lorry due to weight issues. Complete oversight, surely this should be taken into account when delivery time and date is confirmed!”

“The ordering process was fine but the shed is flimsy in the extreme. Assembly is an absolute nightmare. We have spent hours today trying to assemble it with no success. We massively regret buying it.”
