“The wood might last 15 yr but the structure definitely will not - if my husband hadn’t spent the last 2 hours assembling the frame I would of returned it to you. The props to open the lids has to rest on the acrylic glazing which pops up anyway as there insufficient clips. Some of the screws holding the structure are not long enough and the pre screwed sections are already loose....poor poor quality!!!”

“If there was a zero I’d give this. I’ve been trying to call these guys all week after not hearing anything about my £700 order and the build. The phone system has been down every day and no ones gets back on the online chat. Wouldn’t surprise me if this was a dodgy company I’m going to call my bank to check it’s not fraud.”

“Your advertisement of delivery in 3 to 5 days does not live up to its promise. One of the reasons I ordered a shed was on this advertisement and after inquiring I was told now had to wait up to 4 weeks. On going onto your help line my complaint took days to be answered and did not tell me when the shed would be delivered. I would not recommend your shop as this is false advertising on your part and if you have a problem with delivery you should be open about it BEFORE purchase.If I had known I had to wait so long I would never had purchased from you. I am still waiting for the shed to be delivered.The shed was ordered on the 23/04.”

“Ordered at the weekend a shed with a 3-5 delivery timeline. Been told it's not coming for three weeks! I also had to email them in order to find out this information rather than sheds.co.uk proactively letting me know, phone lines were "down", incredibly difficult to get hold of. I would not recommend.”

“Can only assess as poor as placed order on Sunday, before realising the ‘pressure treated’ related to floor bearing but not the whole shed. So I cancelled the order the same day. Since then, Sheds.co.uk have made no effort to contact me but they have taken the money in full.”

“Terrible service!! Ordered and paid for a shed to be delivered on the 2 may. Received an email late on Friday to tell me that my shed won’t be delivered until the 14 June. Called to change order to get a shed for this Thursday was told that’s not a problem didn’t receive a confirmation email called again told it wouldn’t be delivered until Saturday and still don’t have a confirmation email.”

“Bought a summer house from them and paid an extra £224 for installation, had the summerhouse 2 weeks now and no sign of an installation date from them, tried phoning got to no 1 in the queue and after 20 minutes waiting the phone was cut off!!! customer service is non existent and replies to emails are virtually nil, so people be aware if you do want to order from them, I certainly won't be in the future”

“shed is poorly made none of the bits fit together without force all the wood is bowed the worst bit is the roof beam with is un usable some of the bits are missing delivery was poor when it was delivered the delivery man seemed angry and annoyed he had to do his job and actually deliver it.. if you need a shed for cheap i strongly recommend going somewhere else took me ages to save for this and its very poor unfortunately i have attatched pictures the beam ya cant really see the bow because ive forced it across and the other picture is the roof where ive had to have a massive over hang to cover a big gap because of the cheap beam”

“I ordered one of the fast delivery sheds and was really happy that I'd found a shed that would be delivered on the good Friday bank holiday, allowing me to construct it over the weekend. However the day before it was due to delivered I had a confirmation email from the delivery company saying that it would be delivered on Tuesday- 4 days later than my chosen delivery day. I rang customer services on Thursday afternoon to query it but they have an automated system that hangs up on you regardless of which phone option you choose so it's impossible to get through to anyone. I am still waiting for the delivery of my shed and would not recommend sheds.co.uk o anyone particularly if delivery on a specific day is important to you.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS,waited in for a delivery,never arrived. Not one curtious phone call. My original booking was for this Thursday 18 April 7am to 7pm so I booked a days holiday from work, then I got a text saying my delivery will now be 17th April 17.45 to 19.45 without even asking me, so I rushed home from work to be in for 17.15, guess what🕵️‍♂️🕵️‍♂️ No delivery, no curtious phone call. I suppose the poor driver broke down on the motorway Or someone hit his van😂😂😂 2019 and this company treats its customers like this. Shame there was not a delay when they took my money immediately 😂😂😂,DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE LET DOWN”

“Wood had water marks on it, green speckles, the plastic bag which should have contained the screws was empty. The assembly takes 42 screws and is very difficult. Very disappointing.”

“Shed arrived but no fixings at all.... two phone calls later i still have no way of building the shed. And have just been told that the fixings needs to be manufactured (what did they sell shed without manufacturing all necessary parts)?! Now i have to wait 10 days, yet i have team booked to build it tomorrow (week after delivery) who now i have to pay for the time, Thanks!! should have gone somewhere else!”

“At the time of writing this review I haven't received my item which was due for delivery yesterday 16 April even though I received a confirmation email the day before to say the delivery would be 16 April. I have emailed and lodged a complaint. Very unhappy with service provided.”

“very unclear as to delivery costs ,just bought a shed for £169 and have been charged £60 for delivery despite site saying free delivery,then told oh yes there is a cost in your area. WILL NOT BE TRADING WITH YOU AGAIN and relating expereince on FACEBOOK PAGE !!!!!!!!!!!”

“We ordered our shed & received no order confirmation or delivery date, so after emailing the company we’re advised that the delivery company would be in touch to confirm the delivery date. We phoned back a few days later as we had not heard anything and we’re advised it was being delivered that day. My husband went home from work to make sure he could be there for it arriving, however by 5pm it still hadn’t came. We called the next day to be told the same thing & luckily it came, however was missing the required fittings. Called again and we’re advised it would be 2 days (not ideal as we only ordered due to the express shipping)! 5 days later - still no fittings & the customer service team couldn’t care less & emailed advising “they have done everything they could do in this situation” and to expect the fittings in the next few days. Worst service I have ever received!!!”
