“Didn’t receive confirmation email about lead in times Not sure when shed will arrive”

“The phone service I received was very good and the delivery was very efficient, arriving in the time slot given by text. However the potting shed has been erected by my builders and I have to say we all feel the finish is disappointing. 1). Where the windows end it seems very flimsy to have just two small plastic catches and I wonder how they will stand up to some of the wild and windy weather we have here. 2) I also feel that it would have looked a lot better if the very top at the front had just one strip of wood instead of the two with a gap in the middle. I wish I could say I was pleased with the shed but I’m not the two things mentioned above just spoil the shed and being at the front is the first thing you notice. I would be pleased to receive your comments”

“I ordered online a week before I wanted the shed. There was no way to indicate a preferred delivery date on the online ordering system so I phoned the company. I asked for delivery one week later - on a Friday. The girl who answered the phone told me that she would make this happen. Next, I received an email from the delivery company (DX delivery) saying that the shed would be delivered on the Monday.....OK, not perfect but I'll actually only be away from Tuesday to Thursday. On the Monday, a text from the delivery company at 9.08am declares that delivery will be made - by 6.00pm 'today'. It's now 9.45am - only 8 1/4 hours (max) to hang around waiting ....watch this space !”

“The delivery was a day later than scheduled wasting my time and no information was ever given to update me of the change nor any explanation offered. When finally delivered a roof panel for the shed was warped with mould on it. Customer services, though polite, didn't want to talk on the phone and just gave me an email address to contact them. No apology was offered from the company though a replacement panel is being sent with a delay of 3-5 working days!”

“Website messed about with the price..one minute it was 319 then up to 419 When i enquired about the big price change i was told that the price hadn't changed and it had been the higher amount for a while. And then guess what? It changed back a few hours later to the cheaper price despite having an email from a sales rep telling me it was tough i would have to pay the high price. I ordered it when it jumped back down to the lower price. Recommend you screen shot any prices you see as they seem to change more than they let on.”

“One of the shed doors warped and will need to be replaced and some of the finishing boards were either broken or beyond use. The biggest concern is the quality of the as these are too thin floor sections as are not safe to walk on if you were carrying something heavy. I believe that you could run the risk of falling through the floor as it is so thin. I had to cover the floor with a more robust floor panels. After sales I called several times for some help and response. I asked a simple question if the windows could be filled in or buy some wood to do it myself . Overal the experience was not that good and I'm still left with wood that I will undoubtedly replace at further cost.”

“Shed is ok , very basic , some of the bits of wood had nails coming through so wasn't even put together properly . Some size bits needed cutting down, overall not fantastic! .”

“Ordered online, picked delivery day ( Saturday) rang on Friday to check delivery told I would receive a call to confirm. Received a call back , then told that Saturday deliveries were not available and to pick a midweek slot. Not impressed, website misleading, let's hope it arrives on Tuesday !”

“Price and delivery were good but the fence panels were of poor quality - roughly finished and not well put together. The panels were supposed to be pressure treated and are guaranteed for 15 years, but compared with other panels I have bought, they appeared uncoated. I spent quite a while with drill and screws rectifying the assembly shortcoming ( nails not in the right place mainly) and then more time cleaning the panels up and giving them a preservative coat. The panels were cheap and I got what I paid for, but I wouldn't use again - pay a bit more for better quality would be my advice.”

“Definitely more self build than self assembly. Requires power tools, spare screws and tacks. Bought a box and it took several evenings to build. Not great value for money if you count the work needed to build!”

“I guess the shed is as advertised but the reality of 1 x 1 inch timber frame on floor and walls means it wont stand up to much. The roof appears to just be 2 sheets of 11 mm OSB board with no support. The floor is the same but with the 1 x 1 inch timber support. There are quite a few miss fired nails that have either missed the 1x1 timber or are sitting proud. The main concern though is the height. I am 5' 9 and still have to duck to get through the door and can only stand up in the centre. The roof needs felting and the roll that is supplied as standard is the cheapest avaliable. I will be purchasing a roll of good quality mineral felt. Delivery was within 2 days with good notifications and the drive was freindly and helpful.”

“The Product could be a lot better, the Door Opening was 38mm bigger than the door leaving a considerable gap, the door was not treated, the door stop is not fit for purpose. The Window Plexiglass was covered in Wood Treatment that had to be cleaned off. There was no Door Catch. Insufficient Black Jap Screws for Hinges”

“Shed arrived in good time. Had broken side panel . Took me 4 phone calls to get replacement part ordered.. Part arrived, no warning lucky someone was in.. I then next day receive an email saying when would I like my new part delivered ! As I already have it I ignore the email so let's see what happens next. ! Shed ok service poor. Won't buy from again.”

“My shed did not arrive on the day stated. I had to make contact with the company who told me it was never going to arrive on that day. They took my money immediately but did not contact me to say it was never coming on the day stated i had to contact them to re arrange a date it isn't here yet . Poor. Customer service no reason given.”
