DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This company took payment for a shed that was out of stock and clearly was never going to be delivered. This happened 10 days ago and after the farce of applying for a refund (although it was them that cancelled the order not myself) there is still no sign of the money in my account. Save yourselves the hassle and order from elsewhere.

Bought a summer house and they pushed back the installation date 3 times, which made me wait more than a month. After going to their customer services asking for a full refund (product and installation) they said they would only refund the installation since the refund policy stated that I could only refund the product in 14 days. I found this ridiculous. Then immediately they called me, installed the summer house next day, which I thought was related to my complaint. Next day I got an e-mail from customer services saying that they can only install the summer house next week (after it was already installed) and offered a refund of £25. In summary, it is a disorganised company. Their employees don't talk to each other and they take ages to deliver what they sell. And in this case, not offering the refund for the product they couldn't install is unacceptable. I'm definitely never doing business with them again. The product after installation is of "okay" quality, but definitely too much hassle for something that should be really simple.

Ordered shed on 6/09/20 quoted a 20 days delivery. After numerous emails up to 06/11/20 the shed was delivered with shattered glass. Still waiting for replacement glass. Customer service is very poor. Woodlands sheds the manufacturer has no customer service just ignore any emails and do not answer the phone. Do not deliver shed on the date quoted then just turn up 4 days later with no prior warning. I would not recommend this company to any one, do not care about customers once they receive your money. Do not know if I will ever receive replacement glass. Just great £304 for a shed that is not water tight.

Delivery driver said he couldn’t get the shed through my gateway or over the wall and he couldn’t leave it on the pavement. He told me to contact customer services. I emailed over a week ago, asking for a refund and have had no response.

It was such a shame that the thickness of the material used was so flimsy. The floor material was so thin that it flexes under the slightest weight - it won't last a few weeks - really disappointing as I've had to buy some additional shuttering ply from local timber merchant to overclad the top of it. Really substandard quality and I don't understand the benefit of penny-pinching to this extent. What must have saved only a few pounds at best has generated poor customer feedback. Is that really worth it. Customers need to really know that if you do buy one of these products, then you need to budget for having to spend another £100 or so to buy some additional timber and felt to make good what's poor quality. Such as shame as it was otherwise good customer service.

15th June 2020: ordered placed on Sheds.com, with a quote on website saying that will be delivered in 4 weeks. Then an email arrives from Shire that it will be 16 weeks and finally the order arrives in 18 weeks on 29th October 2020. The order on 29th October only came with the frames and the fascia and contents and screws missing which was reported on the 29th October 2020 to Shire. Shire promises that the missing parts to come to us by the 3 working days which did not arrive and when chased said they were lost in transit. This is the first time after having a poor customer service through them I came to Sheds. one of the collegue was very useful and the first person that understood the situation. Another Fedex number was given to us on the 5th November quoting that this should arrive withing 3 working days. Which on the delivery date did not arrive and I rang back and put in a written complaint at Sheds .co.uk . I between those dates spoke to two more members at Sheds.co.uk and who were again helpful but asked me to checked with neighbours etc which I did and I confirmed no one had taken the delivery in. On 12th November I get a call from a restaurant 2.5miles away from me saying that they have our deliver as it had my husband telephone number and we went that night and picked it up. I email Sheds help email the same night along with photo and address to a restaurant than our details. I reported two missing parts in the order Since then waiting for deliver of the missing two parts and window sheel, and again several calls at Sheds.co.uk - I was given a tracking number yesterday that it has left and should be delivered to me today the 18th November . In all these dealings , I have spoken to various colleague at Sheds.co.uk , were some of the times the staff wont even give me their name and on occasions have slammed phone on me. The email response has been poor in terms of getting back and I have a trail of times I have rang the response I got and times the staff rudely have put the phone down. I understand it is frustration situation for you all , but as a customer it is to me too. Countless phone calls, first complaint not a resolution reached . Also my question to you is that I placed the order through you , looking at your rating and clearly has not been what it says. I have given up and not going to ring you further as I am practically out of energy and the insult of slamming the phone from your colleagues is not acceptable so will further communicate with you via email. They did not offer any compensation to the loss and offered a timber plantar and I refused and trying to get my rights through Trading standards. Hope it does help some customer before they place their orders.

I ordered a shed that was delivered during COVID restrictions where the delivery was meant to follow social distancing guidelines. Only 1 person turned up for the delivery and I was told I needed to help them unload the shed which went against their rules on COVID. Also, I think it's their job to deliver and unload the shed so they cannot rely on the customer helping out. The shed installation process was poorly communicated and i ended up cancelling this service and was promised a refund. A month later, and following several emails and numerous phone calls later, I still have not received the refund despite being promised on 3 occasions "We are sorry for this and we will get it processed and refunded straight away." Overall, the service has been very poor and I would not consider using this business again.

Do not buy from this company, absolutely disgraceful response to a leaking shed. Why spend over £300 on a shed to have it leak and all they offer me is silicone sealant. The shed that they strongly need to discontinue else they are not worth continuing in business is: 6' x 3' Palram Skylight Plastic Grey Shed. Absolute rubbish. The worst shed I've ever seen.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered a summerhouse from them and emailed them on 21st September a photo of where the construction was to be erected. It was delivered on 30/09/2020, the installation team erected it on 5/10/2020. We complained to them stating our dissatisfaction with the product as it was leaking, the doors didn’t fit properly etc. After several phone calls and emails this nightmare is still ongoing. Today we have had a delivery of some timber and we were expecting Daniel to visit us and yet again been let down. We are unable to put anything in summerhouse as it is leaking like a sieve. We paid for delivery and installation and have asked for our money back as the product is not fit for purpose. Ongoing saga.

Do NOT buy from this company if you expect fair customer service. My shed arrived badly packed and with roof felt missing. It took seven weeks to send a replacement and the rain got in the shed in that time. It took a lot of time chasing emails and phone calls (often ignored) and was stressful, as the shed was getting wetting and wetter. The company refused any compensation for this. It's your choice, but it's only fair that you get to read of a bad experience.

Hi I ordered in August they took money from my account in August and told me I will receive delivery in 19 October on I booked someone to do my shed privately for 100 pounds on 20th October I did not receive delivery on 19th October ring the customer service and ask where is my delivery was told because payment is not gone through so order is not active anymore I asked them double check from my account money is gone after checking she put the phone of and send me link where I can again book delivery after one week the guy whome I booked I have to pay him 100 pounds for wasting day for me after one week received delivery roof and flour was broken when I ring them they not answering call or reply i buy locally 90 pounds both thing and get it done then again call then luckily got through and explain everything and they offer me 25 pounds compensation when I spend on top 190 wont be ordering again with them

Shocking customer service. We ordered an "In stock" item in September, and when I enquired when it may be delivered I was given a very poorly written response to the effect "how dare you ask until 12 weeks has elapsed". I emailed the CEO and received another response it would be w/c 30th November and to book the installation myself. What??!! I did and followed up this week to request the actual delivery date during the w/c 30th November, to then be advised the log cabin is being shipped from abroad and has been delayed by 3 weeks!! So much for ordering an "in stock" item from a local company :( I can only assume the positive reviews are fake news as the "service" is absolutely shocking … I'm surprised they even include the words "Customer Service" on their web page

I bought a shed with an additional option of a padlock. The shed arrives in February. I get the padlock 3 months early. Please. Rubbish customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service, so far we have been given 4 different installation dates, and so far no call or email on the day they were due, I had to email every time to chase them up. No one picks up the calls, and I’m still waiting for yet another installation date!! So far my poor mother has been sat looking at her new flat pack shed out on the soaking wet grass for 6 weeks 😡

STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY!! My log cabin been up for 10days and that’s all i have had is trouble with water leaking into my Adley 3.3 by 2.6 log cabin, the company I am dealing with is refusing to help and have recommended solutions which I have done but to no luck!! Not I have a £2000 log cabin that has water coming in from everywhere!! STAY AWAY just look at the picture, plus the flooring is extremely weak wheee i had to add stronger ply wood flooring to even walk in the floor!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DONT LISTEN TO THE ITBER REVIEWS AS THEY ARE ON OTHER PRODUCTS

AVOID - The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Arrange and installation date but they didn't turn up, no apology or explanation was offered and i am still waiting for the timber base i ordered. The kids who answer the phone say someone will call you back but they never do. I was sent a email to the help desk but as yet received no response. I have raised this as breach of contract with tradings standards via citizens advice.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a shed for my elderly Mother on the 18.8.20. We paid extra for dismantling and removal of the old shed. The shed was delivered 23.10.20. Installation took place on 27.10.20, after several changes to the date! The old shed was taken down and dumped on my Mother's drive partially blocking it. My Mother raised her concern about getting her dustbins past the debris. The reply-"you could remove a couple of those bricks" The bricks in question are cemented in and form the kitchen drain! She was told someone would remove the shed in a couple of days! I contacted the company on the 3.11.20 regarding this and issues with the new shed. These are: the felt is split in places. In several places the felt does not cover the chipboard roof leaving it open to the elements. The hasp and lock we ordered from the company were not fitted, I had to do this. The shed is so thin that the wood splits as soon as you put screws in it! The apex at the back of the shed has not been mitred, just two pieces of wood overlapped. Nails sticking up in the shed floor. I have been emailing the company every couple of days, and have been fobbed off each time. Whilst the rubbish is leaning against my Mum's fence and water is damaging the most flimsy shed ever! Definitely not worth £866!! Appaling customer service

I spent £1600 on one of their premium shiplap shed, base & installation service plus their recommended paint. Within 24 hours of the shed being erected (Monday October 26th) the back wall of the shed was wet after overnight rain. I contacted them immediately on Tuesday 27th October and forwarded them the requested photographs. I was informed that this was normal. This was a considerable purchase and all customer services have recommended was the following: 1 Fill the knots that have fallen out. 2. Treat the outside of the building. I have given the shed the 3 coats of recommended paint and 2 coats of a sealant 3.Put a dehumidifier in the shed to remove the moisture 4.If the problem is still there after 3 months get back to them. 5. Make sure the shed is built 60cm away from foliage /fencing. I sent the company photographs of the site and they did not find any problems. The installation team also raised no concerns with the site. This company over promises and under delivers and I now have a shed which is wet after rain and is damp in when not. I am still having to pay for storage for my garden equipment. There is something wrong with it and it maybe poor quality or poor installation or a combination of both. To date I have no satisfactory response from them. They insist the shed is not leaking! I could or would not recommend this company.

Hi Annette, Thank your for your review. We have given the correct advice. Your building isn't leaking, this is water ingress due to heightened moisture contents within the building. We advise that your building is treated with the correct treatment (water proofing qualities, UV qualities and a water based solution), we also advise that the building is away from any foliage and is atleast 60cm away from any fencing or walls etc. This is to ensure that there is a reduction in moisture within the building. Although water seepage may seem alarming, it is easily fixed with the correct application of a suitable treatment and isn't a fault of the shed. Timber needs to be allowed to thoroughly dry out before applying any further treatment. We realise this is not what you want to hear and I'm sorry you feel that this is not a resolution for you, however we have offered the correct remedy .

I’ve had issues with my order from the start. They moved back my delivery date without notice and when it finally arrived the floor panel was damaged. They said I would get a new one but I didn’t hear back for months so I had to use the damaged panel and when I complained they didn’t do anything. Never again!
