“After filling in the online form, I quickly received a phone call to arrange an appointment. I needed to reschedule the appointment but this was easy to do with a quick phonecall. On our appointment day, Paul was very friendly, helpful and patient. He was easy to talk to and offered great advice.”

“I have used sharps before and have been happy with the whole process. Needed the primary bedroom done this time. But like everyone money was a deciding factor. My planning visit went well , for the designer there is obviously a time cost thing that enables them to give extra discounts if you sign up on the day. I wasn't up for this and the design didn't quite fit my requirements. I emailed the designer after with some teaks and questions and he was happy to send over new designs.... Even helped me chose a beautiful finish within my budget. I was very pleased with the whole process. Thank you.”
