The second time we have used Sharps. They do a good job and create well-finished units at a good price. We have been very pleased with their service.

So happy with the service and the product after the first installation, I had two more bedrooms fitted with wardrobes. Each installation was planned as I required and carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company and their product to any one who asks.

Beautifully Fitted by very pleasant carpenter. I'm very pleased with the overall effect. We had difficulty getting the rubbish collected, which was eventually taken away after a week sitting outside our back door. The carpenter seemed to think that it was our responsibility to have it removed at our own expense. I would warn anybody of the disruption caused by having to completely empty a room, including orthopaedic beds, which two elderly people like us found very difficult to do. Beware of the very fine dust, it gets everywhere!

Brilliant planning and superb carpenter but planner did not know that an item ordered was no longer supplied. After numerous calls and 2 deliveries of the wrong item they finally returned the money for said item. No compensation for the hassle and time taken for hanging around for deliveries. Follow up not good enough.

Overall we were pleased with the result and generally speaking the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, however there were three areas where our Sharps experience could have been improved. 1. We wanted fitted down lighters on the wardrobe. Put in on the design but removed by the surveyor because of the sloping ceiling. Yet the brochure p132 clearly shows just such an installation. Why illustrate an option that you cannot deliver on? 2. Our fitted wardrobe was delivered in many sections all carefully boxed and wrapped. At the end of the fitting we were informed that we had two choices. Dispose of the rubbish ourselves or phone a number given by the fitter to have all the rubbish collected. On phoning this number we were informed that pickup would take up to three working days And that all the rubbish had to be left in clear view at our front door. This was the case from Thursday until pick up the following week. Considering the cost of the installation rubbish removal should be effected on completion of installation. 3. We had a small problem with a handle on the wardrobe door. On phoning the direct line number we only got through to an answering machine with the promise of a call back. No call back occurred. This process was repeated the following day with the same result. When we queried this with our local Sharps representative she suggested we phone the switchboard rather than the direct line number and we got through successfully. Why not give the switchboard number instead of the direct line number as this seems to work?

I think my fitter was an angel in disguise because he was absolutely brilliant. I am so happy with my new study which was a difficult one for him. My cottage is old and all the walls are uneven, but he carved and chiselled to perfection. The whole procedure was easy and super efficient. I certainly shall recommend you to others.

Efficient service, professional staff, good quality furniture. Lots of dust during fitting and light fitting was loose and temperamental. Other than that, impressed with the accuracy of the measurements. Overall, happy.

From start to finish service was very good. Sharpe agent was helpfull helping us design wardrobes for our bedroom. The quality is excellent and we are very happy with the end result as they were fitted very well.

Very efficient company employing excellent staff - representative- delivery driver - the carpenter... all good. All the minute requirements had been catered for and advised to the carpenter and when he left I had a wonderfully fitted bedroom including the knobs I ordered and the changes I had made shortly after ordering. A job well done by a company that obviously employs qualified personnel and looks after them! (Having worked for multi-national companies, I know that the management of this company is good and that they employ only the best. Well done for an excellent product and service. P Masters

DONT SIGN ANY FORM WITHOUT COMMENTING ON THE BOTTOM!!! The worst carpenter I have ever used was initially sent, Sharp had to send another carpenter to take out day 1 work the 1st carpenter started. New carpenter was sent to take out and start the job again. My very expensive polished floors were damaged as no floor protection was used when I specifically requested that they need to be careful not to damage the floors! I made a complaint that was ignored several times. They sent an independent floor repairer who advised that all the room floor and the connecting en-suite would have to be re sanded. I SIGNED A FORM to say that I was happy with the minor repairs carried out but the advice given was that they would have to come back to sand the floors. I advised that I would speak to Sharps bedrooms to discuss and that the French polisher would write a report to advise them accordingly. This was never done even though I called and requested them to send the report. Sharp bedrooms have now left me damaged floors costing me approx £4,000/£5000 in floor repairs. The Sharp Manager Does not return my calls to deal with my complaint. I am very disappointed with the service and that I asked for fitted wardrobes not damaged floors and they have refused to compensate me for the damage!? Or deal with the complaint in the correct manner?! I am still waiting for them to come back to me.
